Worst service I have ever experienced from security to waiters. They are so rude and have an ego.... Don't bother to go there if your not a regular!!!!!

Actually had a decent experience my first time out. Tried to make a booking months later and was informed they will only accept a booking if I left them a review. I thought hmm strange.. but I'll bite. So I left the review. Then I'm told of cos I'm reserving for table of 6, they will need a minimum of 3 reviews before they'll take the booking. At this point..I just lost it. Try earning your reviews the organic way! What rubbish!

I Went to this place for my fiftieth birthday, Ihad thirty guests coming, however the ground floor only had seating for around teeny people, when I quizzed Ayman he simply replied the rest could sit outside, when shown outside there were no heater lamps in working order when I asked therefore my guest all had to eat on rotation, as one finished they would have to stand up for the next guest to sit down and order food. The food was served in plastic containers with plastic cutlery. I did not expect this for my 50th. The drinks were very expensive and the service was dyer, they just want to take your money without giving any service or care. Please save yourself the embarrassment and upset and go avoid this venue

Came here for a friend’s birthday. Food was a rip off and I believe this place exists just to rinse out as much cash as possible from whoever walks through the door! We paid £27 for a wine that cost £4 in the shops. Wouldn’t go back here if you paid me by. All these positive revues from people with 1 contribution look suspect to me. Go elsewhere if you want to be valued!!

Was charged 33 pounds for two drinks completely overpriced and and total rip off avoid at all costs I was normal rum with a tin of coke and they brought the huge bill without letting us know the astronomical cost - the other reviews in here must be bogus

Best Shisha and best service, they have a lot of drinks and a lot great food, it all comes with a great price

The staff really stood out for us. Very attentive, they ensured we were comfortable and happy with everything. The food was vey tasty and as a bonus we had a magician for entertainment! We will definitely be coming back :)

Worst shisha bar I’ve ever been to, clearly don’t have a clue how to make shisha, like it’s hard 🤦🏻‍♀️ The manager was good at resolving the issue but clearly wasn’t the first complaint and it won’t be the last, multiple people in the lounge...

Me and my boyfriend visit this shisha bar quite regularly throughout the week. Perfect for a nice shisha night. It has a calm atmosphere and customers are mainly mature customers which is great if wanting to stay around from noisy teens.
