Come for my friends birthday! Kinza and collegues are nice and so friendly, great customer service. Food was prepared in good time and was yummy, they have a lovely lunch offer 12-4pm. Nice decor good for taking photos too.

I had a great experience, staff are lovely and helpful. The food was delicious, However a few condiments was missing from my burger and i was not told till i noticed unfortunately. The staff Arslan was extremely helpful and friendly.

The queue was very long outside the restaurant, we were not approached by the staff inside the restaurant. However Zain who was at the strawberry/chocolate fountain outside the restaurant came over to ask how many of us there were. He was very helpful. He was very professional and polite. You need to train all your staff to be approachable and professional like Zain! Thank you

Disappointed seemed a really good place to eat but the food took a lot time to arrive 40min and wasn’t the greatest. Seems like they don't have enough staff. Also they put beef rashes on my eggs benedits which wasn't great didn't like the flavour. Didn't pay for service in the end. Don't waste your money.

Service was very poor from ordering to receiving food and drinks. Waited about 15 minutes to order and then took another 20 minutes to drink coming out. Tried to give us the wrong food and communication between staff was awful. Once received our order they tried to bring over another tables food. Food and drinks were tasty but service was extremely poor.

After seeing this restaurant being highly spoken about on social media, i decided to look them up and noticed a review on their website saying 'Gluten Free Heaven' i then decided to look at the menu online and couldn't find an allergens menu? of if there is one it isn't easily accessible. I then decided to private message on their Instagram page asking if they have Gluten free options as i was taking my 6 year old daughter to see Disney on ice and wanted to treat her to some Gluten Free Pancakes beforehand. I received a reply saying they can offer Gluten Free burger Buns to have with a Burger and they do a vegan waffle. i decided to book as i wanted to check the waffle ingredients when i arrived as not all Vegan meals are Gluten Free. I was asked about the allergy i mentioned on the book and they didn't seem to know if they have anything Gluten Free, after asking multiple staff and the chef they seemed very confused and kept offer my daughter ice cream from the counter to which i replied no thanks as that will have cross contamination on. Long story short, they lacked knowledge of allergies and after saying no thanks to the ice cream, nobody come over to speak with me about it or even ask for our order, after 10 minutes we got up and walked out! they wasn't even bothered that my daughter was upset as she was hungry and disappointed! luckily i managed to get into Pizza Express last minute so my daughter could eat before the show. Safe to say i wont be returning or recommending the restaurant to family or friends.

Absolutely awful in every aspect. Service to food to missing items to length of time taken. The communication between the staff is horrendous. Kids meals brought at the end .. no concept of comms to customers. Drinks missed. Service just awful. Everything was a struggle including paying the bill. Bland, tasteless bread (not toasted), poached eggs were boiled eggs … just shambles. Went next door to Snowflake for ice cream instead which was a WIN!

Excellent services from the team! Didn’t realise breakfast menu ended @ 16:00 but the kitchen made an exception for us due to us travelling a long way! Friendly staff and hilarious… will see you again soon x
