Met a friend here for lunch. The staff were quite friendly and definitely helpful. The food tasted pretty good, but I've got to say my portion was SMALL. It wasn't cheap either, and it wasn't very good value for money.

Food was great, staff in a slight rush to take plates though.

Looked so lovely when we walked in. As we passed the kitchen you could look in and see the huge long hot coal grill, massive. We sat upstairs, very posh. The prawns were amazing, served in a butter garlic and chilli sauce with flatbread to mop it up. We got a mixed grill between me and my husband and it was just right. The lamb was tender, the chicken was white breast and cooked perfectly, the shish kebab was so good, just enough rice and a crisp, fresh salad. The charcoal grill left a wonderful flavour on the meats and it was spiced but not too hot. Immaculate service. One of my favourite meals out for ages. Thank you Sarah for inviting us. Ten out of ten.

Excellent food. We tried chicken shish and chick kofta - both were really good. The kofta was exceptional. We ordered falafel too, which was not that great, but the chicken made up.

Just got a reminder to review this restaurant we visit a lot and we are currently on the way here again as I write this review. Amazing food. Lovely staff and will come back again and again.

Abysmal staff, was presented with attitude when arriving, attitude when one of our party members was un able to make it , attitude when eating. We was watched constantly like the staff where waiting for us to finish our food. The food came out with half the meat missing (it was the wrong order but staff tried to pass it off as the rest of our meat was coming.) It's a real shame, there is potential for a great Turkish restaurant but let down by staff who just can't be asked to provide even a little hospitality. My wife is disabled and it appeared that staff just did not have a care in the world about her comfort not that we are expecting to be waited on hand and foot but when our party member didn't show up we was basically being asked to move(we didn't but because we didn't the rest of our meal felt like someone was just hovering by waiting for us to finish ) The hostess is likely the key culprit in this as it appeared her lack of hospitality training was showing. Total disappointment Food was good but nothing to scream about, each to their own tastes so I can't complain about that, but a dining experience is more than the food on the plate, it's about atmosphere and service, the food could be garbage but with the right atmosphere and right wait staff, a dish tastes so much better ! Please hire some quality your customers will thank you and the rest of your wait staff will have direction.

Second time eating and really delicious, fresh well cooked food. Pay a little more but can see where the money goes and it’s the next step up in Turkish food! Will be back Best eat in Sevenoaks town centre by a long way

The lunchtime menu is fabulous value and also fabulous food. Definitely going back!

Located between the town and station this restaurant provides very good service and excellent food with a wide choice all cooked to order in the open plan kitchen on the ground floor. My preference is to sit upstairs and there is lovely area with cushioned booths and lovely light windows . God starter choice and the vegetarian options are all excellent , great for couples of a god group of friends . Reasonable price , excellent beer.

The food itself was delicious. The drinks service was poor but the one lady who was helping the owner out (can't remember her name) was excellent. We were on the ground floor and the front door was constantly open due to damaged door closure, get it sorted boss otherwise take your heated blankets!

Excellent food! Really well-seasoned, especially the lamb shish. Staff were attentive and restaurant has a lovely ambient. Prices slightly elevated but what you’d expect from a higher-end Turkish restaurant. Portions make it worth the price

Food was quite good and reasonably priced, but restaurant was totally lacking in leadership. On arrival a clueless waiter couldn’t find our booking on his list despite 2 members of the party already seated at the table. Starter missed off order, told it was ready but had to wait, drinks had to be ordered twice. Staff willing but not managed.

Very nice restaurant, friendly and accommodating staff. Some of the food was amazing. Access is not good for less abled people, see photos of stairs to get up to the restaurant and then a further set for the toilet.

Eat at this restaurant. The food is delicious, well presented and well prepared - a treat. The service is smart and relaxed.I'm going again soon, once Xmas is out of the way. I took my doggie bag of lovely rice, bulgar wheat and super tender meats - lunch at work sorted!

Beautifully cooked halal Turkish food which isn't too pricey compared to places in London. The portion size was very large and the quality was amazing. I wish they had a few more non alcoholic drinks like mojitos but otherwise excellent.

Complete lack of ambience and some of the waiting staff were in dire need of customer service training Overall a completely underwhelming experience An apparently untrained waitress managed to knock a full glass of wine over one of our group The reaction was to hand paper towel to the soaked guest and invite the guest to mop up themselves - no apology!! The guest was informed that they will receive a complimentary replacement glass of wine. Well thank you very much but what about the soaked clothes, seat (no option of even changing the soaked chair!!) Can’t really say much more but needless to say I won’t be returning or recommending this establishment

Great to see Mediterranean food cooked and served so well. Delicious and varied menu choices, prepared and cooked to order. Attentive staff, are friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Have been visiting Hattusa Sevenoaks for several years and the food was great as usual. The most recent visit had a significant change in atmosphere. We loved Hattusa for the reason that it was always a very relaxed atmosphere. The recent visit was very different with the whole service being rushed, from when placing the order to clearing plates, etc. It was made very clear that you were expected to order, eat and get out as quickly as possible, to the point that we were given 10min to leave. Just out of the blue the manager advised that they had a table booking in 10min. We wouldn't of minded if the restaurant was busy but there were only two other tables occupied with over ten tables free! If our specific table was needed again wouldn't of minded if we had to change tables or move somewhere else but the only option was to leave. Very disappointing to say this but we will not be visiting Hattusa again and could not recommend the restuarant any longer.

Great food with the lamb dishes being the highlight. Service is friendly and attentive. The restaurant and surroundings are beautiful with a classy yet relaxed vibe. The price was surprisingly good for the high standards and I would of payed alot more. A must go to restaurant if in the Sevenoaks area.

Have been many times and also had the takeaway service. Always consistently great quality, big portions, and lots of veggie options. Great ambiance and many a work do has also been had here.

Lovely food and great service...

Visited this restaurant for a family birthday lunch. We were seven adults snd two babies. Service was excellent throughout the meal. We had a selection of meze starters all were excellent. Mains, sea bass was excellent with a lovely grilled flavour, mixed grill very good too. Would highly recommend for a decent casual dining experience.

I've only been to the Tonbridge Hattusa before I went here and already knew I liked the food, but there's isn't a sit-down area at Tonbridge. The waitress we had was fantastic, sorted out drinks out pretty quickly, and then gave us time to choose our food. We decided to go for the hot meze platter. The sharing starter was fantastic. I've never really had hummus, but this stuff was amazing, and so were all the other items. When the main arrived, the meat was cooked to perfection, especially the lamb. Overall the food was great, the service was great and it was a nice little place to sit down, relax and eat a wonderful meal

Fantastic tastey food, great friendly service, beautiful decor. The only thing I would say is that if they gave mints with the bill would be the icing on the cake ;)

We ordered through deliveroo. Our first order of two vegans burgers...one was ok whilst the other was half the size...it seemed to be microwaved?? It was rock hard?? We were given credit so ordered again and this time received a burnt burger that was half the size of the ok burger and hard again...maybe not a good night for hattusa? We won't eat here again

Been here once before with friends and the food did not disappoint. Came back again since we were visiting the area. Once again the food was great, cooked to perfection although I would prefer stronger seasoning and flavours. Service was good and the team tried to accommodate us even though we did not have a booking. Booking would be recommended as this restaurant is busy.

8-Jul-22 first visit, and a number of times since. Hattusa is excellent. Staff are always delightful, the BBQd meats are really excellent, with fabulous flavour and always very tender. The various sides are always of high quality and the food is nicely presented. They do some good cocktails and have a wide choice of wine and other drinks. For a casual meal, I highly recommend it. Given that you do need to book, I just wish they'd do online booking.

Good price with very generous portion. We enjoyed all the chargrilled dishes. The Turkish lemondate was a bit too sweet for us but looked authentic.

First time here and it won’t be my last! Beautiful nourishing food with enough offered for all kinds of dietary requirements. The chicken kofte with rice & salad were delicious! And more than ample. My friend had the swordfish with salad which looked delicious. Lovely staff as well. Reasonably priced!

booked a table here tonight with my wife .. I'd booked a table for 2 by telephone for 6:30pm, we arrive 5 minutes early got a great welcome by a young lady with a big smile 😀 we were shown to our table upstairs, cosy table by the window ,we ordered drinks 🍸 and ordered some food, we started with some hallumi Frys with a yogurt dip and bread 🍞 witch was excellent best hallumi I've ever had , I ordered the chilli garlic tigre prawns with salad 🥗 and chips ,my wife order her food ,when it came out there was so much food all presented well it all looked delicious and wow the food all tastes so good . we had an outstanding experience in this outstanding restaurant the atmosphere was great the staff were very helpful, we left stuffed and did not have room for pudding, we will be recommending you to others for the outstanding food & service we got in this outstanding restaurant Thanks, guys. we will be back soon .

One of my neighbours recommended this place as one of the best in Sevenoaks. Given that I already have a favourite Turkish restaurant, my expectations were high. Hatussa has exceeded my expectations by far. We ordered a mix grill and every type of meat was cooked to perfection. Will definitely come again multiple times.

We had lunch with some friends and it was very nice. The portions are good size, and the food delicious.

My waitress worked very hard, I have an allergy not on the allergen list so items on the menu were severely restricted. We were seated on the second floor, the stairs were very steep! I have been to quite a number of Turkish restaurants and this one was quite poor.

Had an enjoyable lunch here in pleasant surroundings. The menu is fairly typical of UK Turkish restaurants, well presented and prepared. The staff are very helpful (took a great deal of effort to identify if Anny of their menu items were prepared using Rapeseed oil, which my other half is allergic too - and is not on the standard allergen list). Would be happy to eat here again.

Great restaurant, used it many times but although good, the food is beginning to get a little lackluster, suppose, if it's your 1st time you'll love it but after a few visits it just becomes a little boring and expensive tbh

Once again, another lovely meal at this restaurant. Staff are lovely- very efficient and attentive. All of our 4 meals were cooked to perfection - 4 very clean plates. Always look forward to eating here. Best Turkish restaurant in the area!

Great service.Waiting staff excellent . Food was Great but unfortunately not my cup of tea. I tried something different but I didn't like it and was honest with our server. Hubby liked his. We were then offered a selection of desserts free of charge, which was not expected or needed but fabulous. thank you for that. Pistachio Ice cream is the best. For me next time,starters and deserts a must. Well done staff this evening in Hattusa. thank you.

We ordered a cold meze, hot meze with mixed grill platter and a chicken dish. We don't know Turkish food well but the food here taste great and flavourful. Especially enjoyed the hot meze and mixed grill platter, very generous portion and special shoutout for the lamb, it was amazing.

We went to this fabulous restaurant with family that live locally. What can I say the service ambiance and food was superb as was the quality of the wines we ordered. Friendly restaurant where nothing was to much trouble with very attentive and efficient staff. The pictures do not do the restaurant justice as it is friendly cosy and atmospheric and just a real delight! Well done to the team here we will be back a totally fantastic evening!

Absolutely delicious lunch at Hattusa. When going in it looked really quiet with only the kitchen on the left, however we were directed upstairs to a bustling restaurant with very friendly and attentive staff. Food was fantastic, very delicious. We would highly recommend.

Came here for a Friday night dinner and it did not disappoint. Such a tasty menu. I ended up taking some home with me as the portions are generous. Friendly staff who didn't fuss but were really friendly. open kitchen where you can see them cooking. Will go back if I'm ever in the area again - book ahead!

Went on a busy November Thursday evening, great atmosphere, professional and very smiley waiting staff, was a total pleasure to take some guests there. Great food, large portions and a take home bag for what we couldn't manage. Great place will keep coming back

Service was perfunctory at best, waiting staff seemed disinterested, not once was I asked if the food was to my satisfaction. If the food was as good as the decor it would have been okay, but it wasn’t. Had Kleftiko, one of my favourite dishes, but the lamb was very tough. My father always said a hungry dog will eat anything, and I was hungry and so I did. Glad to get back to my hotel.
