Hasty Tasty Pizza in Hammersmith and Fulham

As the name suggests, no waiting around for a tasty slice (or oval shaped) pizza! Really glad I tried this place for the first time…a nice alternative to Maccy D’s/M&S in Brent Cross Shopping Centre. Will definitely re-visit 🤗

It feels a bit strange to be reviewing somewhere where you can't even sit down, but it has a listing on here already and we liked it, so why not?! My teenage son and I came across it when we came to Hammersmith one evening last week for a gig at the Eventim Apollo. We were planning to grab a quick pre-concert bite to eat at the McDonald's, a few steps away, but as we came out of the tube station the pizzas here smelled so good that we couldn't resist! The unit is situated pretty much right opposite the tube entrance, in the shopping mall, so it's undercover. Basically the pizzas are all on display in a heated cabinet, so you just choose which you want and it's ready for you instantly, so no need to wait while they heat one up. There was a great selection, I'd say around 10 varieties, probably more, with the veggie ones being a margherita, one with jalapeno peppers on and a mixed veg one with olives. I can't remember if there were any vegan ones. The meat selection was also very good. They are all the same size and are ovals rather than triangular slices or round ones, and are larger than a slice but a bit smaller than a normal round pizza. As they are oval, they are really easy to eat, as once you've chosen one it goes into a sturdy cardboard pouch with just the very top part of the pizza showing, and obviously you ease the pizza up in the cardboard as you work your way down it - so no holding pizzas and getting greasy fingers! It's well-designed. There are also giant warm pretzels next to the pizzas, and a fridge with your standard soft drink selection. The pizzas were lovely and hot and stayed that way in the cardboard, and were really delicious! We ate the pizzas standing up outside a nearby closed shop. We were en route to the Eventim Apollo, and in actual fact if you wanted to buy a Hasty Tasty pizza to eat as you wait in the queue there, that would be easy to do as it's about two minutes' walk away and in the queue there are bin bags attached to the railings so you can easily dispose of the packaging before you go in. I had a look at their website and see that there are just six in the country so far - it's a great concept for people needing a filling bite to eat while on the go and works so well, so I hope that units will open in the shopping areas in our area of London too, as we'd certainly use them.

Great individual pizzas to grab and go. There is a good selection of different pizza. As they are individual pizzas you get more than you would just buying a slice. Conveniently located just outside of Hammersmith Tube Station.

wonderful greasy pizza, would highly recommend for pizza lovers. Their cheese and pepperoni combo, really taste superb.

If you're on the go and you need a piece of pizza, Hasty Tasty is the placey. It opened early in 2019 in the Broadway centre - that den of fast food and cafes underneath the monolith in the centre of Hammersmith's one-way system, right alongside the entrance to the District and Piccadilly line tube platforms. It's speedy - this really is food on the go. Plus soft drinks etc. Quality wise, it's fine - a quick fill. It will never win awards for being the best pizza in town, and - to be fair - it's not trying to. Hasty Tasties are springing up in stations and heavy footfall locations across London, and it shows no sign of slowing. It's a very continental thing; Spanish cities, even Turkish cities, seem to have been doing pizza by the slice for ages, from little windows and counters. London is catching up.

When delivered, person could not count the money! And was also on a FaceTime call to somebody! Said goodbye, how much it was and nothing else!!

The coleslaw tastes like Greek yoghurt! Not sure if it's off?! Kebab and burger were fine though.

To be fair all of their other food is great but ordered southern fried chicken for first time tonight and it was the most tasteless flavourless chicken ever. Shame as all their other stuff is good

I ordered the food at 18.01, I called at 19.30 and still wasn't ready food arrived at 20.00 2 hours !!!

The baguette was very nice but chips weren't and we're cold, also cheesy garlic bread was burnt but cold. And I ordered 2 diet Pepsi's and got 2 diet coke's instead. Not overly happy

was very nice only downside was that I found the kebab meat was sliced very thick , otherwise it was lovely

First time ordering from here. Easy to order, food arrived hot and 10 mins earlier than predicted. My only issue is the delivery charge and charge for paying by card.. Most places it's free

Food is beyond awful/inedible tonight. Don't like to leave a bad review but the whole lot is only fit for the bin unfortunately. Chips undercooked, lamb donner is dry/tough/overlooked. Not happy at all, won't be returning.

The food was delivered on time. However I requested salad and chilli sauce with the lamb shish but unfortunately both of those were forgotten. There was also no salad or sauce of any kind in the chicken wrap. It was literally just chicken on it's own in a wrap. The chicken strips were pretty dry and tasteless. The only good things about the meal were the cheesy chips and potato skins with cheese. I'm afraid I won't be ordering from here again though.

Food is good timing is awful I understand it gets busy but two and half hours for a burger is a joke not happy

Super quick and tasty hot food, kebabs came with a wrap underneath and a pitta, really good idea

all of the food was cold. the cheesy chips had hardly any cheese. the kebabs were not in pitta bread as stated but a very thin wrap. part of our order was missing on delivery and i had to phone them to get it. the kids meal did not offer a range of drinks and a carton of ribena was delivered which my daughter does not like.

Delivery driver rude, told me to right to call on order, little did she look as I did on line and there in black and white on the receipt. Rude

Awesome food, different to what most take away restaurants have in their menus. You should definitely give this place a chance

Used to highly rate this take away haven't had in a long time but not what I remember the chips were soggy kebab was dry and tough bit disappointed to say the least. Could of just been a one off as used to be really nice but quite frankly will be going elsewhere in the future
