Amelie has been amazing. Very attentive and offering a genuine warm welcome and customer service.

Recent refit but never been before, best harvester we’ve tried in a long while. Server Michael was great, food out nice and quick and salad bar well stocked.

Haven’t been to a harvester for years but really enjoyed our meal, will visit again

Went for breakfast, food is good for the price. Waited a bit too long and the restaurant was a bit cold (food was hot, I was just cold while waiting). Recently refurbed and looks nice inside. Would return.

Just had a lovely lunch here. Have not been to a Harvester since the branch left West Brom but had an opportunity to visit this one today and so glad I did! Opted for the salmon rice bowl which was delicious and went down a treat especially during this hot weather we are having. Will definitely make the effort to come back again.

Come to this pub all the time the food is good always clean and tidy. The staff are lovely, thank you to Amelie for looking after us.

What a great place. It engrossed me so much I got very emotional and excited. The Good Lord guided me to this place it overwhelmed me. I have just been released from a Secure Mental Health Unit and this will help me with my recovery. God Bless you all

Toilets and facilities immaculate, fast service, great food, stocked salad bar. Only issue being that the olives on the salad bar were slightly dry on the top but that is just because the oil had settled. Another great meal at the Harvester!

As usual we had a lovely meal and all though busy we had prompt service. Our server Amelie was pleasant and attentive, and checked with us to see that we had everything we required.

Fabulous birthday meal with all the family, food was delicious and the staff were brilliant. Big shout out to Sheree who was amazing, so kind and attentive really made the night special.

Visited beacon harvester last night for my husband birthday food was amazing staff very friendly and helpful . Defo will be returning soon .

Average food, not able to use a voucher as their system said my meal wasn't a main course, when it clearly was (6 items off the tapas and sides menus). Fried calamari and mozzarella fries were limp and damp not crispy. Nachos were good and had a decent kick. Kids burgers were a little dry. Kids deserts were good - build your own deserts. My partner asked for coffee and cheesecake combo, coffee came then they told us thet had run out of cheesecake.....

Loved our night here. Mason was a great help and always gave us friendly service. We will gladly come back again

Lexi was our server - a really lovely, polite and friendly lady, very attentive. Thank you Lexi. Food was good, albeit a bit pricey. Restaurant has had a revamp and looks good.

Went on Easter Sunday. Given a table with plenty of space for our baby and the highchair. Chelsea was great. Showed all food options that were available to me with a gluten allergy. Chatty and nice to our baby. Very attentive too. Overall good vibe and good experience.

We had a lovely afternoon at the harvester Beacon. The food was fresh and hot. The salad bar was clean, fresh and tidy. The staff were friendly and professional. As soon as people left their tables were cleaned. We were asked about allergies as soon as we were greeted. Decor is lovely. Will definitely be back.

Came in Wednesday night food was really nice, our server mason was extremely pleasant and provided great service

Came in on a busy Good Friday for a family meal with two young children. Waited 5 minutes for the table to be prepared for us. Area was clean and the decor was amazing after their refurbishment. Staff was polite on entry and very welcoming. Sherrie was fantastic and her service was amazing considering the section was full. Partner had a gluten allergy, staff was helpful and was able to substitute items that he couldn’t have. Chefs accommodated this too. Food was served in a timely manner with kids meals arriving first, followed by the allergen meal. staff spoke to the children in a polite manner and was more than happy to help us with anything ie children’s cutlery. Overall the beacon is our go-to harvester as every time we visit it is such a pleasant experience.

We had a lovely meal at the Great Barr Harvester. The service was great. Our waitress Mason was attentive and helpful. We willl definitely go again.

Came in this evening for a family meal. The service from all the team was amazing. So attentive without being over bearing. The food was cooked to perfection. Salad bar was lovely and clean and stocked up. Cannot fault the visit at all.

Two night stay at the adjacent Premier Inn so popped in here both nights, very welcoming and great service from all staff. Shout out to Chelsea who, even after a very long shift, was very attentive and friendly. The cider was 👌

Visited this evening for a meal for my husband’s birthday. The place looks great after the refurb, the food was spot on and the salad bar well stocked and fresh. We were served by Chelsea who was very accommodating, especially to the fact that my husband is on crutches and seated us so he did not have to use his he stairs. She also moved our table without hesitation when the sun was shining through the window directly onto to us. We will be back soon.

Food was good if a little long on the wait times, service couldn’t faulted and place seemed to be well kept. If I had to pick at something it would be the broken water tap for customers and floors need a deep scrub.

I really enjoyed going here. It was my sister's 16th birthday, and the place we sat to eat was really nice, the decor and design of that area put a nice aesthetic to the dinner we had. The food was really good, but I think something that maybe could be improved is making sure their burgers aren't too dry. The service was excellent, we had Mason serve us and she was kind and polite, and it just added to the atmosphere. Overall, 4.75/5 stars! (although google does not want to let me put a specific rating -_-)

As with previous review of this place... Burnt dry overcooked ... Ah well, At least the salad was slightly better. What a shame.

This our second visit, again the staff were friendly and welcoming, service was quick, there's a good variety of unlimited salad bar, our main food was lovely and the portions were a good size so much we ended taking the the rest home the staff were quick to give us lided containers to put our food in, happy to say we had a lovely late night supper, definitely going back again😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely place, great atmosphere and staff are great. We have been going there for breakfast recently as this is the only restaurant that opens up at 9 am, which is great when having toddlers. Breakfast menu is really good and they accommodate for vegetarians as well. Staff are very friendly and always looks after us and special care given to my toddler.

Used the 50% of mains excellent value for money. The family all enjoy going to the harvester.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. During my visit, I overheard staff making unkind remarks about me. When I addressed the issue directly, they failed to apologize and instead turned their backs, completely ignoring my concerns. Good service is just as important as the food, and being treated with respect should be a standard in any establishment. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. I hope management takes steps to improve staff professionalism, as no customer should be made to feel this way.

Was so looking forward to the boxing day dinner this year; but was sadly disappointed. We arrived on time but the food was not at our table until 2 hours. By this time the children with us were hungry and tired waiting so long and then the salmon I wanted had ran out. Then the waitress serving us was saying its not her fault due to shift handover. An utter mess. Was very shocked as Harvester Essex services as been brilliant over the festive period.

The restaurant was cold (December). Food was reasonable but took far too long to come. Lots of screaming kids running around.

Our Christmas meal was without doubt the best we’ve ever had . The Beacon Harvester in Walsall, … Brilliant meal, staff were so friendly, cannot fault it at all. Even had a Christmas card already on the table for us. So thoughtful. Xxx will definitely go there next Christmas xx

Terrible waiting times for food when visiting for breakfast with Santa

Went for drinks only, disappointed in holes in upholstery and dirty. Also toilets had a lot of mould on the upper walls, it all looked very tired

We often eat at the harvester, mostly for breakfast but also like to go for lunch and dinner, everyone is very welcoming especially Michael, he always takes time to come and have a chat with us and see how we've been, always making sure our food is OK and making sure the kids are with colouring, he's the heart an soul of the place and really cares about everyone's experience being 10/10

Good quality food at the right price. The service was absolutely Wonderful. Rich attended to all our needs and the quirky substitute. Great value for money nice place wonderful stuff.

Always a good family meal in great venues and good atmosphere

I visited this spot for breakfast with my family. The food was enjoyable, but I didn't like the less sugar and salt beans! The atmosphere was decent, but the service left room for improvement — we frequently had to call staff over for assistance. Overall, it was an average experience, though the breakfast menu did offer a great variety of options.

The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Our waitress Chelsea was very polite and professional. She was very attentive and demonstrated excellent customer service. She noticed a family still had not received their meal and took the initiative to check on their meal before they asked. The food was freshly prepared and there was not a long wait. I cannot wait for my next visit. Food was great and outstanding customer service from Chelsea.

Had the festive vegetarian dish of Oyster Mushrooms Galette which was served with barely warm vegtables of broccoli, peas, roasted carrots and roasted potatoes. Neither my friend nor me enjoyed any of the food. We left about 80% of it and no-one came out to ask why we didn't eat it. We had bramley apple pie served with icecream but the pie was barely warm. :(

Stopped here (2 adults and 3 children) on our way through. Very impressed. We had, sirloin, mixed grill, fish and chips, southern fried chicken burger and mac n cheese. All was amazing, free refills on the softdrinks and the staff were lovely.
