Sherrie was amazing deffo needs a pay rise

I stopped coming a while back but have been pleasantly surprised by my last two visits. I really enjoyed.

Come in for a family meal and was not disappointed, fantastic service and incredible food definitely be returning.

We hadn't been in for a very long time some friends had been talking about it earlier in the day and decided to give it a go and we're glad we did the food and service was excellent 👌 we will be back some time soon.

Was good for a breakfast couldn't rate the atmosphere as it was just as it opened, well worth the money !

Loved the food. Salad bar, starters and mains. All tasted good and was happy with the price.

Very enjoyable meal , not all sauces available when we went to the salad bar but were soon topped up, good value will happily return.

A special mention to Zoe. A credit to the company. Made sure my children got their special seat :). Heat value too

Came last night for meal. The lady on the door was so lovely and welcoming, we hadn’t booked and they looked really busy. She asked me to give her a minute whilst she got us a table. She was so very helpful. Our waitress was also lovely. She was attentive without being over bearing. We had everything we needed and our drinks topped up whenever they looked close to being empty. The food was tasty and well presented and the salad bar was fresh and clean. As we were leaving everyone we passed said goodbye and wished us goodnight. Honestly one of the most warm and welcoming places I’ve ever eaten. Wonderful

There is currently a 50% discount for blue light card holders. Great food even better at half price

Salad was good my chicken was dry and ribs was burnt Staff was so rude I wouldn't even try to complain or ask for my money back as the staff was arguing amongst each other please save your money and go somewhere else even McDonald's feels more up market than this harvester there is better quality harvesters out there don't come here

Poor service - many things on the breakfast menu were not available - no apologies for ignoring us or making us wait - and to top it all when we complained on line they endorsed it - absolute shambles of an organisation - more training it seems…... Don’t bother going not worth it - try the Bell further down the road!

Very nice lunch offer, for friends and good value for money. I would go again.

Chelsea is a wonderful waitress, she always makes my young daughter feel welcome and is so pleasent and extremely helpful.

Decent food, but had to wait 15 minutes for our orders to be taken and then another 40 minutes for food to arrive. We were pushed for time (not the restaurant's fault), but just seemed excessive for 2 burgers and 2 kids meals. Orders weren't taken in order of being sat and therefore food wasn't either. Prices are quite high for what you get at £15-20 per meal. Will likely return for drinks as its location is convenient for me.

We are only down the road from this restaurant and go there a lot , food is very good and all the staff are very helpful and friendly, I would like to give a shout out to Chelsea , a very helpful and pleasant young lady , she is absolutely lovely to my granddaughter who gets very excited to see her , she has to have a hug before we go , she does all this with a big smile and great sense of humour

Sherrie in particular was lovely, looked after my Nan on her birthday and I really appreciated it

Not been here for a while so was very surprised how good it was. Food was perfect and I,m hard to please. Waitress was very chatty and friendly. A real credit to the pub.

Lovely food, service was quite poor. We did visit on a Sunday afternoon.

Very disappointed!!! Main meal was served while still eating our starters. Ordered half chicken, which had been served pink and raw in places. When brought to the managers attention, she just said ‘we test all meats are upto temperature’. Never offered to change the meal Waited 25 minutes for the bill even though it wasn’t busy Wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be going back. Poor food and service. Not worth the money

I ate at the restaurant yesterday with my partner and daughter, it was lovely food, definitely recommend. We were served by Mason, who was pleasant and polite, and extremely helpful! He definitely made the experience better.

Portions are very skimpy for the price especially “upgrades” my chicken burger came with a huge load of burger sauce! But was then doubled and had a huge amount placed on bottom bun as well. My burger came I had more burger sauce that chicken inside as soo as I touched the bread fell apart as was soaking wet from all the sauce, I only didn’t make the complaint at the time because it would of meant waiting another 25-30mins for another burger while rest of my table had finished. Time of food was quite slow as they was barely even half full?

Amelie was a lovely server! She was very kind towards our table and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Definitely coming here again!!!

Excellent meal drinks and service.Our waitress Ness was exceptional as always ,very pleasant efficient and amenable. This is the best Harvester I have ever visited and even though it is miles from where I live ,it never fails to please...Well done.

First time eating here and to say the least I had experience all down to the best waitress, im sure her name was Erin. The customer service was great and even when I had a little Inconvenience with our Mixed grill she took care of it straight away with no problem and brought it out 10x better before with a gorgeous smile on her face. Honestly one if not the best encounter I’ve ever had with a waitress and customer service. She was very polite and had amazing manners. This was one of mine and my husbands date nights and honestly we will be back again. Thank you Erin and I hope she keeps up the great work, especially with that Mixed grill;).

Lovely service, food came out quick and hot. Salad bar was fresh.. had a discount code from the app so was even better value.

very nice breakfast for an affordable price. their main meals can be pricey but you get really good quality it's nice for a treat every now and then.

Fantastic Food and good family vibes. Waiting time for food was a bit long but overall, very clean and lovely staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Salad bar was well stocked and good selection. Order taken promptly and food arrived quickly. Pleased with food overall. Nothing particularly we didn't like.

Food was very good had chicken with rice haddock and chips chicken bacon and waffle it was excellent but the coffee needs some improvement and umm 5 different menus.....is life not complicated enough

I like Harvester, especially the free salad with main meals which sets it above other similar offerings. This is a good Harvester, service and layout is good and it's clean and well kept.

Ness was brilliant with us. Got the children involved and even sorted out our dessert accident :) thank you!

Steak was ok good size and cook to perfection,quality of the steak was ok, but run out the mustard is not forgivable I will bring my own next time if I ever go there again !!!!

Visited for breakfast as we had a voucher. I had the classic breakfast which was massive, thank god I didn't go for the large brekkie. The other half had eggs Benedict which she said was up there with the best she's had. Only a couple of niggles. The butter packs that came with the breakfast were on the hot breakfast plate and the butter had gone to liquid. The water could have been hotter for the tea. But overall food was good and would go back again.

This place needs refurbishment. Staff were great as was the salad but food expensive for cheap ingredients. Salmon overcooked and dry,hollandaise nasty and the mash was very cheap version of Smash!

Sherrie was amazing! Such a smily and bubbly person what is such a pleasure to be served by! Have visited this store many times but Sherrie is loveliest person we have got served by! Thank you!

Terrible! The service is atrocious staff can't wait to get rid of you after your main meal ! Lack lustre service moaning staff and a very inhospitable place to sit and relax

Although the staff are friendly and helpful the food we received tonight was inadequate. The gammon was dried up , chips dry and peas cold , we had to return a chicken dish and the food took a while to arrive. To be fair the chicken dish was recooked and removed from the bill but If they were busy and the food was going to be a while I would rather know in advance and have it come to the table hot and freshly cooked.

We brought our Nan for lunch and had a wonderful time. We were offered the choice of two tables which we appreciated and were able to sit in a quiet area. Chelsea provided us wonderful service and was very attentive. Our food arrived quickly, hot and tasty! A really lovely lunch and we will be back.

Came for a mid week treat with a voucher, was seated straight away, our server was called Lexi, she was really sweet and kind and her customer service was great. Food was ok, wasn’t as hot as I would have liked it. Over all an enjoyable experience

Seated at 1850 and no server bothered to take my order. Waited until 1915 and left the restaurant. Customers came after me were served!!! Probably because I was the only one with a brown skin in the restaurant!!! Never visit this place again!!! Went to Basmati Indian restaurant opposite to Harvester felt very welcome by the staff.

Really enjoyed our time today, the service was excellent, the food was really good, I had the original combo and the ribs were so good! Michael the manager really looked after us and will definitely go there again. For dessert, had the massive rocky road which was fab!

We have a wonderful meal here a few weeks ago.the staff were wonderful & so helpful.we will definitely be going back soon xx

The food was good we had the 3 course meal however once we had our main we did not get our desert for 40 minutes I had to ask the server for it then had to wait a further 10 minutes we were going to have more drinks but after waiting that log we decided to leave spoilt what started off a good night

Food is still the expected 'cheap and cheerful' quality, but just not cheap anymore. A main, small side and drink for two people, should not be pushing £50 for this kind of food. Staff are friendly and competent, but I'd much rather have had the option to order via app at the table like every other pub has (thankfully) adopted post covid.

Whilst the food is absolute on point, if you’re lucky enough to be served by Karen you’ll have the best experience going. Really attentive and our little one absolutely loved her. She was an absolute joy. Thank you Karen.
