My mum booked the back room for my baby shower which we was told held up to 40 people. There was one staff member between us all to take our orders, bring out food, then had to take food back due to it being cold and being wrong, then he was expected to clean up after we had finished even with other staff just standing around this poor young lad was made to do all the work on his own hats off to this young lad you was amazing and he couldn’t apologise enough to us. I think he was called Harold young lad and so polite no issues what so ever with him as a staff member. The poor lad was then made to tell us we had to leave for half 4 even when people were still eating, people hadn’t received food they ordered and children waiting on their desserts. They had booked another party in after us and they was made to wait there was no give time inbetween us and them. We was rushed out of the room and kicked out having to try and get balloon stacks down, gifts in the car and to be out the room ourselves. When my mum spoke to the manager on shift he was very rude when she asked if he was the manger was blunt and said “yes who’s next” my mum hadn’t even told him the issues. Wouldn’t recommend if your booking for a large amount of people.

Food was absolutely lovely ...And our server called ALAINA,she was absolutely brilliant. Restaurants need more people like her , very kind. Nice person .. made us feel so good and comfortable , she is just Brilliant ...

Had lunch with a friend , told waitress I have an intolerance to peppers, couldn't do enough for me , food staff and restaurants all very good

Food to expensive for the size of it im not greedy but my god I struggled to find my garlic bread with cheese better off just going to a takeaway

We had a really nice meal at great prices. Our server Liv was absolutely brilliant. Many thanks to the chefs who prepared our meals: Brad, Danny, and Layton. We will be back again!

This is definitely going down hill the buffet wasn't good, very limited options. The food was very bland and not worth the cost of what I received. Then the service was very poor drinks didn't arrive I had to go to the bar and ask for these and (got told there wss a mix up) M&B is definitely letting standards slip

Food was amazing, probably the best burger I've ever had. Service was terrible, the staff behind the bar were rude and ignorant, my whole family had received their food and ate it before I even got mine. Will not be visiting again only because of the miserable service. Such a shame for such a nice pub and gorgeous food.

Our favourite place to meet up for a girls tea out. My partner food was cold and my eggs benedict was undercooked. The staff was friendly and approachable. Wouldnt go again

It seems a strange business decision to change a menu that no longer caters for people with Coeliac disease. It is disappointing as we used to enjoy eating here.

Charley was our server and she was amazing, very kind and always checking making sure everything was okay plus birthday cheer, lovely worker :)

We ordered food on too good to go and said collection at 8.30. We went early at 7.30pm to have a drink and wait for the food. On arrival we told the bar staff why we had come and we would get a drink and wait. Roll on 8.30 and when I went to collect out food the girl said ohhh i don’t think we have any left. She went to ask the manager and then 2 mins later the app pinged saying order cancelled, the manger came out saying sry about this but….. it’s not good enough the pub was empty and nobody came in after us so they could have told us soon as we arrived that it was all sold and we wouldn’t have had to wait and drink the awful flat beer they sell there. Won’t be going again for anything.

It was really good food, the new menu was a refreshing change. Compliments to the chefs Rachael, Layton and Freddie. Our server Aaron very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely be back to work our way through the menu!!

The food tastes the same like other traditional pub food, but prices are much bigger than others, starters taste like from Iceland so nothing special but ok, house wine overpriced

Aaron was really great with the table service and also the fish was really nice and was cooked by Brad great place to eat .

An absolute pleasure!!!! Beautiful food and the service was exceptional. The waiting staff were extremely attentive, professional and could not have been any better. A lovely evening made perfect by superb service, great food and nice atmosphere. Would 100% recommend a visit here.

The staff here are lovely, this is going to be one of my places to go for breakfast before shopping. Staff are always on hand, the food is spot on, been here twice for breakfast now, and will be going back for sure. Plenty of parking spaces with a few disabled spaces near the door. Great place to eat.

Wow, the food is amazing, one of the best breakfast we have had. Our chef this morning was Rachael. Value for money. The service was excellent, thank you Keeley. We will definitely be back x Highly recommend.

We celebrated my brothers birthday with 22 others. Just want say what an amazing job all the staff did. The service was spot on and a special thank you to Xsara our server. Also want to say thank you to the chefs Lily and Brad, your food was awesome.

Absolutely amazing. Food was delicious cooked by gabby and Ryan the new menu was definitely worth trying, Xsara was a stand out, really professional and couldn’t do more for us. Will definitely be back soon

Worst visit ever. Understaffed, so that meant nowt was quick. Salad bar empty at 5pm, and couldn't keep up with amount of customers, so when filled emptied quickly. Service poor as staff over stretched so snappy, Hallumi smelt and tasted funny, so inedible. Felt like customers were an inconvenience as the staff were overwhelmed. Close tables dint push ur staff to the edge as the snappy stroppy behaviour what people remember. Long delay between desserts coming, ice cream came after 10 mins. Apple pie after 20 then was wrong as covered in custard, I ordered ice cream I hate custard so I explained server literally huffed grabbed bowl and stormed into kitchen. Erm another 10 mins a male server came and apologies for the wait and wrong order. What should of been a 90 minute meal took nearly 3 hours, caos is an unstatement. I appreciate staff were under pressure place was very busy, I saw 2 servers running around like headless turkeys. Either close tables, have the person preparing the salad to stock the salad section. 2 servers are struggling to keep up let alone stock that too. Overall wasn't the best. I've used this harvester since it was originally built. But this was by far the worst visit and it stems from too few staff and too many customers for that level staffing .

Came today for breakfast at 9am was met by a lovley member of staff called Courtney who asked if it was a table for one and asked if there was a particular table so I got settled in and Keely offered a menu and asked if I had any allergies and took my order with a smile that made the experience very welcoming as I was on my way my own. Courtney was very attentive the whole time I was there. All in all a lovley breakfast to start my day. 🤗🤗🤗

Lovely breakfast, but the star of the show was Tasha who was absolutely brilliant, she’s always polite and professional and so friendly, five stars from us!

The service that we received from Charley was fantastic.

Turned up to harvester for breakfast and it was locked up checked online says it's open then we got back in the car and then a woman opens the door, so I asked is it open now please, her attitude is disgusting her reply was "yes it's looks like we're don't it" so we drove off somewhere else, im not being spoken to off staff with an attitude so we will never be returning again if we had an option of not putting g any stars I would of I think it's disgusting that the staff here think it's acceptable to speak to customers like dirt

The atmosphere was made the better with the company I was with but I must say that the service delivered by the staff at the venue was excellent. We were on a works meal and this location is ideal because it's local for all of us. We found the prices of the food to be good at £17.95 for a starter and a main and in my case I went doulble for a small addition and it was worth it.

Xsara was our server, and she was attentive, friendly, and so helpful especially with it being so busy. A real credit. Our food was amazing, steak cooked beautifully on my mixed grill, salad bar was full and fresh. Thank you Elliot and Gabs for the perfect food, we really enjoyed it. Would definitely come back

We were served by Grace, who was very friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant was very busy but we didn't wait long for our meals, which were both delicious. I had the triple chicken combo with mash and my hubby had the mixed grill. The lemon blizzard sundae was very good. I would definitely eat here again.

The food was fresh hot and tasty. The salad bar was lovely. Our server cat was really nice…went the extra mile in providing an extra cup for a drink for my autistic daughter who wouldn’t share with my other daughter..

Myself and a good friend come here every week and we've never had a bad experience. Staff are friendly and welcoming, they make sure we are looked after every time.

Staff really friendly always tell you if it's busy never had a bad meal even the one time they dropped my meal coming out of the kitchen and it was the last of that option comp me a replacement and gave kids ice cream free we always return here

Got an offer through from Wowcher so went for lunch with my wife. From start to finish we were made to feel very welcome and was served by Keeley who gave us both a very friendly and professional service. The food was presented well and tasted great. Thank you We will be back!

A decent meal this evening. Charley was superb, a wonderful waitress.

This is the best restaurant! I keep coming here with my partner at least once a month, as the stakes here are absolutely amazing! Tex mex chips are awesome too!! This is the best stake I have ever had, and staff are very friendly, and quick. We are always leaving them a tip for their hard work, as they are trying to make your dining experience as good as possible. Highly recommend!

Charlie was our server, from us walking through the door to us leaving and she was amazing from start to finish. She was very attentive and made sure everything was fast so it worked around our 1 year old! Great service and great meal!

The air conditioner was broken down made the conservatory very hot. Also the waiters were rude. One English waitress threw the cutleries on the table. We had to separate it ourselves. The food was alright the dessert was huge. Would try the same restaurant somewhere else.

We went in Sunday for breakfast got short changed off the girl issabel she waited at table for the money she was very rude she needs change her attitude towards customers

I came here with my wife for lunch at 12. It exceeded all of my initial expectations. The food was delicious and definitely value for money. The lovely young lady Tasha went out of her way to be as helpful, friendly, and very accommodating, with any needs we had. All the staff appear to be an absolute credit to you, but definitely Tasha. A big thank you to her, especially. She should have a raise or a medal!

Second time coming in 2 weeks, both times we were served by Grace and the service was great! Lots of difficult customers in today and yet Grace remained extremely friendly to all. Thank you, will be back for the service!

When here with 8 other family members for Saturday tea. The staff were very nice and the service was great with all 9 meals arriving together. Aaron was around to help and serve if needed but not in your face. Special thanks to Aaron, Gabby and Ryan who made our visit worthwhile. We will definitely go back.

Went today for tea and was really impressed. The food was lovely, hot, fresh and well cooked. I can honestly say it's the best steak I've had in a long time. Special mention for Grace who served us. She was so efficient and well mannered even though she was busy. What a lovely girl and an asset to the place. I rarely leave reviews but credit where it's due. We will definitely be returning.

It's hit and miss this place. Some days you can go and its fantastic food, serve and atmosphere and other days they 100% drop the ball and its a poor experience.

Too start we had two children one aged 6 and 18months we got seated next too people who where trying too have a quite meal so straight away felt uncomfortable… ordered starters and main and then two mains for kids, asked has our starters came out if we could have the kids mains slightly earlier due too them sitting and waiting, they brought all the food out before we’d even finished the starters… a drink was spilt and wiped up in a makeshift manner with a sign put out under the table and no visible too the point one child fell over the sign and banged his head on the wall… we then couldn’t have one off the kids deserts has they didn’t have what we had ordered and too top it off we had too wait 20minutes for the manager too come and sort out a gift card, when we told the manager how unhappy we was there was 0 customer service and she was arrogant and very ignorant with basically nothing too say will never ever come back says ‘family friendly’ but it was far from it. Which is a shame has food in itself was lovely just didn’t get too enjoy it due too being rushed

Always enjoy coming here, I came the other day and was waited on by Isobel , she provided fantastic and friendly service. Burgers are great although the salad bar needs to be kept on top of but was sorted straight away when we asked Isobel if they could fill it up.

Came in for some lunch, Isobel served us and was polite and friendly, food was served perfectly, and service was overall great! 😊
