The atmosphere was made the better with the company I was with but I must say that the service delivered by the staff at the venue was excellent. We were on a works meal and this location is ideal because it's local for all of us. We found the prices of the food to be good at £17.95 for a starter and a main and in my case I went doulble for a small addition and it was worth it.

Turned up to harvester for breakfast and it was locked up checked online says it's open then we got back in the car and then a woman opens the door, so I asked is it open now please, her attitude is disgusting her reply was "yes it's looks like we're don't it" so we drove off somewhere else, im not being spoken to off staff with an attitude so we will never be returning again if we had an option of not putting g any stars I would of I think it's disgusting that the staff here think it's acceptable to speak to customers like dirt

Xsara was our server, and she was attentive, friendly, and so helpful especially with it being so busy. A real credit. Our food was amazing, steak cooked beautifully on my mixed grill, salad bar was full and fresh. Thank you Elliot and Gabs for the perfect food, we really enjoyed it. Would definitely come back

We were served by Grace, who was very friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant was very busy but we didn't wait long for our meals, which were both delicious. I had the triple chicken combo with mash and my hubby had the mixed grill. The lemon blizzard sundae was very good. I would definitely eat here again.

The food was fresh hot and tasty. The salad bar was lovely. Our server cat was really nice…went the extra mile in providing an extra cup for a drink for my autistic daughter who wouldn’t share with my other daughter..

Staff really friendly always tell you if it's busy never had a bad meal even the one time they dropped my meal coming out of the kitchen and it was the last of that option comp me a replacement and gave kids ice cream free we always return here

Myself and a good friend come here every week and we've never had a bad experience. Staff are friendly and welcoming, they make sure we are looked after every time.

Got an offer through from Wowcher so went for lunch with my wife. From start to finish we were made to feel very welcome and was served by Keeley who gave us both a very friendly and professional service. The food was presented well and tasted great. Thank you We will be back!

This is the best restaurant! I keep coming here with my partner at least once a month, as the stakes here are absolutely amazing! Tex mex chips are awesome too!! This is the best stake I have ever had, and staff are very friendly, and quick. We are always leaving them a tip for their hard work, as they are trying to make your dining experience as good as possible. Highly recommend!

Had breakfast, everything was really good

We were served by Charley who was lovely and helpful, very polite and friendly. Served our food and drinks very promptly and checked that all was ok. Food was very tasty and served quickly. We weren’t waiting for long for either course.

Charlie was our server, from us walking through the door to us leaving and she was amazing from start to finish. She was very attentive and made sure everything was fast so it worked around our 1 year old! Great service and great meal!

The air conditioner was broken down made the conservatory very hot. Also the waiters were rude. One English waitress threw the cutleries on the table. We had to separate it ourselves. The food was alright the dessert was huge. Would try the same restaurant somewhere else.

We went in Sunday for breakfast got short changed off the girl issabel she waited at table for the money she was very rude she needs change her attitude towards customers

Came today for breakfast at 9am was met by a lovley member of staff called Courtney who asked if it was a table for one and asked if there was a particular table so I got settled in and Courtney offered a menu and asked if I had any allergies and took my order with a smile that made the experience very welcoming as I was on my way my own. Courtney was very attentive the whole time I was there. All in all a lovley breakfast to start my day. 🤗🤗🤗

I came here with my wife for lunch at 12. It exceeded all of my initial expectations. The food was delicious and definitely value for money. The lovely young lady Tasha went out of her way to be as helpful, friendly, and very accommodating, with any needs we had. All the staff appear to be an absolute credit to you, but definitely Tasha. A big thank you to her, especially. She should have a raise or a medal!

Second time coming in 2 weeks, both times we were served by Grace and the service was great! Lots of difficult customers in today and yet Grace remained extremely friendly to all. Thank you, will be back for the service!

When here with 8 other family members for Saturday tea. The staff were very nice and the service was great with all 9 meals arriving together. Aaron was around to help and serve if needed but not in your face. Special thanks to Aaron, Gabby and Ryan who made our visit worthwhile. We will definitely go back.

It's hit and miss this place. Some days you can go and its fantastic food, serve and atmosphere and other days they 100% drop the ball and its a poor experience.

Went today for tea and was really impressed. The food was lovely, hot, fresh and well cooked. I can honestly say it's the best steak I've had in a long time. Special mention for Grace who served us. She was so efficient and well mannered even though she was busy. What a lovely girl and an asset to the place. I rarely leave reviews but credit where it's due. We will definitely be returning.

Too start we had two children one aged 6 and 18months we got seated next too people who where trying too have a quite meal so straight away felt uncomfortable… ordered starters and main and then two mains for kids, asked has our starters came out if we could have the kids mains slightly earlier due too them sitting and waiting, they brought all the food out before we’d even finished the starters… a drink was spilt and wiped up in a makeshift manner with a sign put out under the table and no visible too the point one child fell over the sign and banged his head on the wall… we then couldn’t have one off the kids deserts has they didn’t have what we had ordered and too top it off we had too wait 20minutes for the manager too come and sort out a gift card, when we told the manager how unhappy we was there was 0 customer service and she was arrogant and very ignorant with basically nothing too say will never ever come back says ‘family friendly’ but it was far from it. Which is a shame has food in itself was lovely just didn’t get too enjoy it due too being rushed

Always enjoy coming here, I came the other day and was waited on by Isobel , she provided fantastic and friendly service. Burgers are great although the salad bar needs to be kept on top of but was sorted straight away when we asked Isobel if they could fill it up.

Me and my boyfriend went for tea tonight and we had a waitress called Charley, she was very polite and even though she was very busy she still did an amazing job and gave the best service, however the food wasn’t very nice.

We came with our two small children (aged 5 and 10 months) great service and amazing food as always. Our server was Xsara she was warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble

We spent 40 minuets signing declarations due to 2 people in the party having glutton and glutton+lactose intolerances only to have them mix up the meal contents when they eventually were served. Then they took 35mins between serving the first persons desert and the forth desert... Simply get your act together

Food was excellent , all meals come out right after each other which I found fantastic as there was 19 of us . All food was hot and cooked perfectly. Only issue was the children’s burger bun was exceptionally hard but when asked a new bun was brought out immediately . Also the garlic mushrooms are to die for ! Couldn’t have asked for nicer staff . And lots of compliments from the family towards the chefs . Also salad bar was full and very fresh . Charlie and grace was fantastic . Will be back again soon .

On entering, the seating area to the right, every table had empty glasses that needed collecting. There was no staff to be seen behind the bar, I had to walk towards the dining area to disturb 3 members of staff having a conversation, to ask them for service at the bar. The first member of staff came over to the bar to serve me but then politely informed me that she was underage so couldn't serve me. Another member of staff came to serve me and was very polite and welcoming.

We had booked for 19 people . Food came out pretty much right after each other . Food was hot , fresh and very tasty ! Salad bar was fully stocked and lots to choose from . Staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive . Grace and Charley were fabulous . Will be booking again for sure . Thankyou for making our birthday meal fantastic.

Food lovely we had the option to pre order food which we did and was served after everyone had arrived the staff were lovely and very helpful too.

Came for my daughter's 16th birthday on Saturday 6th july the food was amazing and the service was amazing and front of house team were so friendly and helpful and I would recommend this to anyone and for such a special day harvester made it more special so glad I booked it at harvester definitely will be going again and all the family loved it.

Was served tonight by Jack, what an absolute credit he is to you! Excellent customer service, such a friendly guy, our 2 year old niece loved the attention he gave her when she was ordering her ice cream! Well done, will definitely be back!

Second visit - and WOW food absolutely delicious and first class, salad bar perfect considering it was late Friday night, decor fabulous,ambiance just right and service by the team just perfect - not over powering. Definitely recommend this Harvester to anyone! Can’t wait to go back !

The food is great and the and the atmosphere is good. Staff are always friendly and are willing to help. The salad bar is good but sometimes isn't stocked that well but if ask for something they will refill it. Are waitress Charley is really kind and friendly.

We called in with friends without an appointment and were served well by Charley and the team, each of which went out of their way to ensure a fully relaxing quality experience. We couldn't have asked for more. I had one of the best gammon meals ever and we all agreed that Harvester would certainly be a regular eating abode in future. A very pleasant surprise overall! We visited Harvester for the very first time as a result of receiving a 50% discount on mains via the Blue Light Card. We were pleasantly met upon entering and showed to a table. I was going to use the Harvester app to order. However, the waitress said it wasn't yet up and running, so she took our order. We took up the offer of the free salad bar and it was very good. Pasta, coleslaws, tomatoes, beetroot, etc. It was very fresh and tasty. We ordered the Chicken, Bacon & Waffle from the ' Something Different' menu. The chicken (2 pieces) was delicious. The chips tasted just like the frozen chips we have at home. The bacon (3 rashers) and waffle were ok. The Harvester was very clean, good service and the food was OK. If you use the free salad bar, I think it's value for money. Not so much if I had to pay the full price for just the mains.

In general, not bad, just the fries were stale. Need to keep on top of the cleaning.

Arrived and two of the waiters were outside throwing a tray with plastic cups with water in the air, taking pictures. Ok, maybe was for the website as a publicity stunt. Got sat at a table which was sticky and the whole floor around it was full of food and used napkins. The waitress came to take the order and we asked for a few more minutes which lead to her taking about 10 minutes to come back as she was busy chating at the bar. We then had to ask for the salad bar to be refilled as there was nearly nothing left. Took her another 10 minutes to just refill a few trays leaving the others still empty. Ordered the ribs, the food had no taste whatsoever, the bread rolls were slightly stale and some of the packed butter was melted. We ordered dessert, when outside for a bit, went back to the table the desserts had been served but the dirty dishes were left on the table. I used to go to harvesters all the time for many years, the food was great and so was the service. Before today I had not been for about 7 years as the food now is pricey and of very bad quality, I'm glad they are not charging for the salad bar anymore, which was another reason I stop going there when harvesters thought was a good idea to charge £7 for a bit of letuce . We won't be going ever again, as it's still as crap as I remember it.
