Son recently had his 8th birthday here and it was fantastic, we loved the designated party area, staff were very helpful and friendly, food was lovely and the kids had a blast aswell as the adults on the retro games! We purchased the level 3 birthday package which perfect and reasonably priced. It was nice to just turn up and not have to worry about everything including the cake! Can't wait to return with our free game voucher!

The staff are friendly and helpful, it is very kid-friendly, and is probably less for adults over 30. The service is prompt and the facilities are agreeable, though geared less toward serious gamers. From what I could tell, the specs for most machines were nothing particularly special, with last-gen consoles available, but again a large gap in consoles where several classics might be and onlyl an snes (or two) for older gamers. I enoyed it, but definitely not for everyone.

Had my son's party here an the staff were helpful and professional and no job was too small. The kids had a great time and the party was reasonably priced. I would recommend for any child that loves to game .

had a great 3 hour gaming sesh with my mates for a great price, great choice of drinks and food and staff kev(in) and david were absoultly mint and helped when needed would deffo go again also kev(in) makes amazing vanilla milkshakes 5 stars for him :~) david was awesome to talk to great customer service from this dude super helpful :) (kev and david arent there names its just what i named them for the evening)

Was great . Took my little brothers. They staff was lively and food great . Deffo recomend and they even do birthday events too

Great little place! We were the only ones here due to us expecting it to be busy!! The place is a gamers delight! Old machines, new machines, pc’s, most machines you can think of! It was really quite dark in there, but didn’t detract from how minging the floor was! It desperately needed a sweep or hoover!!!! Staff were friendly and we chatted a fair bit whilst the gaming commenced. Great little place, but needs some cleaning and TLC!

Good place lots of stuff to do and cheap

Took the kids in this weekend. Seen nothing like it, wish something like this was around when I was younger. The kids loved it. We went for the slurptastic deal. We got food, drinks, sweets and game time so plenty of value for what we payed. The staff were very friendly and helped when the kids were struggling on games that I had no idea about. Definitely recommend for a nice day out.

If you fancy a day off work/school pay this place a visit. It's filthy, twice my son has been and ended up poorly. The first time from food poisoning from the slushy machine (my son and my mates two kids were all ill) clearly hadn't cleaned the machine since being closed in lockdown then poorly again after a visit at the weekend. The only toilet is filthy too and no loo roll to be seen!

Hi bought my son and 6 friends for some fun for his birthday .they was no table for them to eat at and I can't sing birthday to him because how many people were the place . So I am gutted.

Had a party here for my daughter, her and her friends had a great time. Staff were attentive and fantastic with the kids. An all round brilliant experience and will definitely be returning. Thank you Harry's game shack

Amazing prices, amazing staff. Me and my brother go on almost a weekly basis as he loves it there. All different types of console from retro arcade to virtual reality gunfights. Whatever peaks your interest in the gaming community, they're bound to have it.

I went there with 2 of friends people were friendly and polite as well as the staff lots of choice a place for parties I've been ther few times and only a keyboard and a mouse broken and a controller ever broke

This is by far the best place to go if you want to chill and game the have a device for all users(ps4/5,xbox,pc)I strongly recommend

I called them to ask if they have 144hz monitor and ended up on a 60hz monitor. It's very expensive. 20£ so that I can lag the whole time. I was also given 2 broken headsets and my mic wasn't working so I had to use my phone to talk with friends while playing. Totally would not recommend this. Left after an hour or two as I couldn't handle the lag. Not fun at all

Had a birthday party here recently and nothing was too much trouble for staff. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is settled and happy. Good choice of food/drinks and a huge variety of games across different platforms. Will definitely be back.

A good place to have birthday day parties for kids

Staff were great with organising our sons birthday party for 10 people my only disappointment was the xbox set up in the party are only had 9 consoles and the minimum party number was 10 that means one guest can not play in a full party game other than that they all had great full.

Was here tea time with my two grandsons and they love it it’s 5pd for an hours play on the computer and there are plenty to chose from the staff are brilliant as I haven’t got a clue but they were friendly and helpful will be back food is also available hot dogs and burger 🍔 which looked ok but we didn’t try them

Friendly staff great atmosphere

Obviously a lot has been spent on computers, consoles and chairs and it's great if you have a birthday or want to rent the dedicated lan area for fortnite or apex, but for everyone else what you have is a selection of PC, Xbox, PS4 consoles, each with a small number of games on it. There is also a single large screen for 2 players where most of the games selection are. We played overcooked and that was good. We went when it was empty and to be honest, after half a hour my son wanted to leave. The PCs each had the half a dozen games on - fortnite, apex, etc. The consoles had similar. Now and again you'd find a different game on one of the consoles - e.g. one PS4 had Spider-Man, another Forza. So we spent most of the time looking at each console to see what games were on as there was no list. But by and large, exclude the typical free to play multi-user shooters and there was 1 or 2 games on each console. When it's full you will get a single player experience with a couple of games at random. Some of the games were demos (e.g. batman) and some weren't even playable (e.g. they said rocket league was on when I asked what games they had on messenger), but on starting it had no licence - which means the consoles didn't have a PSN account, so stuck to a single player experience for all the consoles. I guess with no multi-player you're wondering what is the point... I do not want to detract from your hard effects as clearly it's a great place, just not for us. I guess you are geared towards the free to play esports titles, which is fine, just wasn't what we expected. There is plenty disc space for more games, and lots and lots of games are cheap. Just strikes me as odd that all this expense is gone on hardware and not much on games or even buying multi-player PSN/gold for the consoles... Would also be nice if there was a website, even a basic one showing prices and game lists, features to get more attention and give more detail.

Been here today with my two grandsons they loved it so many consoles and a giant screen which they loved the staff are so friendly and helpful because I Avnt got a clue but they helped straight away will definitely be back

Had son's 9th birthday party there , invited 9 kids staff were lovely and nothing was any trouble. They took a list of what the boys wanted to eat and brought it to their consoles.They answered all my questions and even updated one of the computers straight away as one of the screens had stopped working. The boys had a great time and I had a stress free evening as the staff were so professional .

An excellent venue for the avid gamer to battle it out with friends, location is equipped with a number of ps4's, Xbox one's and Nintendo switches as well as gaming pc's

A gaming cafe. Loads of consoles and games to choose from, PS4, Xbox One and high end gaming pc’s. Nowhere else like it.

Great place for kids and families, very safe and there main priority is kids safety, big high 5 to management for that

Me and my 8 year old son come and tested out the place a few weeks ago, first the staff was very helpful, very fair price and the place is a great setup and offered a lot to keep us busy for 2 hours. A lot of effort has gone to making a great gaming environment A+. That impressed we decided to book a kids party there. Thanks

Brilliant place. I went there and it was amazing. Despite some controllers don't work there are plenty of consoles to choose from. The only bad thing is that you can't play the arcade games unless you are in a party but other than that a really good place to relax

Great place for adults and children! Massive gaming area filled with Xbox Ones, PS4s, PCs and a Cafe filled with Retro games! something for everyone to choose from. Been almost every week now, staff are super helpful and they even do birthday parties. Recommend to anyone.

didn't even get to go in the place !!!! arrived at 1 with 2 very exited kids to be told there wasnt a space until 3 so went to the park and wondered round the town and went back at 2 30 to wait to then be told there was nothing intil 4 ... basically wasted a whole afternoon and now have 2 very upset and dissapointed children !!!!

I took my son here as part of a party he absoulty loved it said it was the best party he had been to mind he is 10 and loves gaming me for instance not so much but the cupa was good.

i used the toilet and there was only 1 square of toilet roll

I had tried another local shop to fix my PS4 but had no luck so i took it here and it was repaired the Someday ! Very helpful guy THANKS !!

Controllers are disgusting, the buttons barely work, you have to press in as hard as you can just to get it to work, the place stinks, terrible customer service, it is very expensive and not worth your time and money. Would have gave 0 star if it was an option.
