I've used Harry's since I moved to the area in 2008, wouldn't go anywhere else. Food is fresh and tasty and if you get delivered, it always arrives hot. Cannot fault them. All the staff are friendly and recognise the regulars. See you again soon.

Fish and mushy peas was first class, served by Mandy with a smile 🤣 would recommend if in the area, got a small fish which was more like an average size, cooked perfectly and even free scraps to go with it

Delivery. Advised delivery would be within the hour but was only about 30 minutes. We had 2 regular cod and 1 regular chips. Cod was a lot larger than expected, fish in particular was still hot . Best tasting fish for a very long time.

We rang for 17 meals to pick up. Staff were friendly on the phone. When we picked everything up it was done efficiently and the staff was smiling and happy, with Xmas atmosphere in the background. Food was yummy and would definitely recommend them

Another visit today with my Daughter and again I am giving five stars. Still very good food, staff very helpful. Might be a little problem to find a place to park on the street but we were there at busy time, Saturday. Waiting time between five to ten minutes but definitely worth. Food very tasty. Prices are similar to other fish shops but food is very good. Today we had a chance to try new Irish curry and it was delicious. Highly recommend for everyone who like bit spicy. Definitely we will be back again.

Been away working hard all week and been looking forward to treating myself to some yummy chippy with my early finish. OmFG the service and food are amazing and the lady that served was so lovely. Honestly it'sust try if your in the area .

Me Susan Princess and George geezah went here after Georges game in which he won 9-0 but he only touched the ball 2 times and played the full 90 minutes as a center forward. George threw chilli's at the waiters and then they kicked him out but I told George to eat his chippy and he loved it but he came back for more after they closed. We left him there for a month. He is ok maybe. And then I had to eat a chippy because 20000 chippys were not enough. And then Susan said she was going to eat the entire building and she did and then princess ate salad with more salad in it then chippy in UK. We also threw chippy at the owner after we didn't pay the bill because I spent all of our money on chippy from last week. Then we came home and our window was broken. Ooooooooof sui bye.

Love this place the girls are all great friendly I order on the phone n my kids will collect it for us just wish they would do a fish chip n pea in a bun like fisherman catch but apart from that it’s fantastic place

I ordered from a very friendly lady. The food arrived piping hot and really quickly before the estimated time of 1 hr. I had chicken breast, potato Scolops and gravy. The forgot the few scraps I requested but that's not important. I will be ordering that again very soon. Mike my husband used to call at Harry's every week before he passed away. I had to move out of area but are back now. Thanks guys

Staff could be more professional and with boundaries, otherwise its alright, oil could be healthier or chips and fish in oven so less oily , the bussiness would flourish in gealth for world .

I ordered 26 Fish, Chips and mushy pea meals for a function for collection at 7:30 pm, and when I arrived at that time, the last portion was being put into the collection box - perfect timing. The food was hot, well cooked, VERY tasty and everyone loved it. The staff were excellent, very polite and were genuinely happy when I called in on my way home to let them know how good it was. GREAT SERVICE, QUALITY and VALUE FOR MONEY!

Called in to harrys got large cod chips & curry & homemade pie chips & peas had to wait for cod to be cooked and it was worth the wait nice big flakes of fish and the chips was nice the girls are a credit to the establishment will be ordering again and I will be recommended you keep up the good work guys *****

As always friendly and professional service from the Harry's team, great food and nothing is ever any trouble for example they had run out of curry sauce and made a new batch up to complete my order, We don't get our fish and chips from anywhere else as you always get great quality food.

Lovely food & chips were a very large portion for the price

food ok but on their site it says delivery is free for orders over £8.00 but wanted to charge me £3.00 which is a rip off as i'm only about a 2 mins drive away down the road from them i sometimes get a takeway from suprano's and they are all the way in Bottersford 3 miles or so away and only charge me £1.00 to deliver from all that way

Lovely haddock and chips. We ordered our meals for 6:30 and it arrived bang on time. Service is friendly. The fish and chips were hot in spite of delivering out of town. Fish had good crisp batter and the chips were tasty and none greasy. Harry's fish and chips deserve their reputation. We will be ordering again. Thankyou Harry.

We ordered a large cod, large haddock and a regular chip, last Wednesday. Both fish were excellent, chrispy batter and big flakes of fish. We shared the chips as we knew we wouldn't manage a portion each. The delivery man was clean, tidy and very polite. Will definitely be ordering again in the near future.

Happy friendly service, freshly cooked fish and chips, slightly small portion for the money and the fish was a little over cooked. But still very nice and will go again.

Great food, great friendly staff!

Fairly average chicken wrap, maybe even a little undersize (see photo) for a well above average price of £5.25. Not a terrible experience, the meat was nice enough and the salad is ok if ordinary. The bread is that weird artificially soft Nan bread that's pumped full of preservatives to keep it unnaturally soft. The main problem is the small portion for the hefty price tag Won't be going back.

Last time I'll use this chippy was good at one time what a shame really. Fish and chips - fish batter really dark fish cooked through though chips are chips. Unsavoury people popping in and out under the influence of some product and trying to sell knock off goods while you wait. Will not re-visit
