Not a cheap experience, but at least they provided real coffee, and the food was very tasty. Staff were both very welcoming and friendly, and the bit of banter made the experience worth the cost. Anyone who can charge me £4 for some roasted bean juice and still make me leave happy is some kind of temporal wizard.

Unexpected quality coffee house inside Buckingham Tesco. Nice range of cooked snacks as well. Plus vegetarian options. Friendly efficient staff.

Due to no fault of my own I was charged twice for my morning coffee and toasties.. 16quid sandwich. I asked if there was anything they could do the lady just smiled and told me you will get your money back one day. Sandwich OK. Coffee OK.. Not worth 16quid though

£6+ for a coffee and a small bacon roll?? Way too much for a Tesco café!

A happy friendly lady behind the counter and fairly decent coffee, what more could I ask for on a cold and wet day.

Great toasties and very friendly service. Ample space as well. Personally recommend the Ham Hock and Cheddar toastie coupled with a good cup of cappuccino. Would certainly wish there were more food options though.

Very nice coffee, good toasted sandwiches. Friendly welcome and our order was taken quickly and the sandwiches delivered quickly. The only negative is that our coffee took rather along time to make. Prices were a little high but given the quality, reasonable value for money.

What a dreadful cup of coffee! I thought that nothing could be worse than Cafe Nero, but then this! Highly tasteless milky coffee! Incredibly rude staff and the slowest service I have ever experienced! I hope this is not the direction Tescos plan to shift to? Bad product with rotten service - I hope not.

Really nice food, not cheap but I'd come again. Kids ate proper food and the coffee was stratospheric.

Less than impressed. I have mixed feelings about this café. I've been to many other cafés, that offer better for lower cost. The ambience of the seating area is pleasant, with comfortable chairs, small tables and a sofa area. The Starbucksesque method of getting your name to identify your drink, struck me as a bit pretentious. The price of coffees was definitely rather on the high side, and wasn't really reflected in the average quality and flavour provided. I didn't buy any food as the coffee prices already put me off. However what was on offer, looked okay. Maybe the unit rental cost is adversely affecting their ability to obtain a better price point.

We visited Harris + Hoole while we waited for our car to be washed. We were greeted with a warm smile. My husband and I ordered a latte a couple sandwiches and a bag of Pom-Bears for our little one. The casher offer our daughter a complimentary "baby latte", this consisted of some warmed milk with a sprinkle of chocolate on top and oh my she LOVED IT! Our sandwiches and latte were delicious as well. Great experience all around.

Service with a smile and amazing coffee! As I'm on the road I often stop at the usual Starbucks, Costa etc... But these guys have the best coffee by far. It was so easy to forget that Id walked into Tescos as the atmosphere was really great, also love the funky cups and saucers, really wanted to take some home!

Not a great fan of the rather 'modern' take on cakes and pastries but £2 for a large cup of tea with a free refill isn't to be sniffed at.

This time I went to Rumsey's with just my wife although I have been several times with other members of my family since I make a point of going every time we visit my son in Tring because I love the place so much. I haven't tasted such delicious drinking chocolate anywhere. It is always so rich and velvety. I adore the stuff and, I think, could very easily get addicted to it! In addition to the actual drink they give you a very delicious little biscuit to accompany it. Every time we go, we buy some to make up at home and I can tell you it doesn't last for long - well not long enough anyway. The café itself is not very big but there are tables outside if the weather is good. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and they also sell very tempting cakes and chocolates and some savouries. Parking in Wendover is very easy and the town centre is worth a visit in its own right. I urge you to go.

First visit. I love pies and had wanted to visit this pub for ages. I would love to have given more stars but was so disappointed that even though it was early evening my choice of pies were out of stock. Only about 6 pies available from a wonderful menu. For starter we had the vegetable soup and prawn cocktail - both very good. My husband had the fillet steak for his main course which he thoroughly enjoyed and I had my fourth pie choice option Chicken and Mushroom Pie. Unfortunately I felt the pie was overbaked as the top pastry was extremely hard and I could not cut through it or eat it. The chicken and sauce was delicious but could not see much evidence of mushroom. The vegetables and chips were cooked to perfection. Service was fantastic. The place itself looked as though it needed updating but definitely had character. The pub car park was a nightmare getting in and out. It did not help that someone had parked in the Exit so we had to leave by the Entrance! Would give it another try in the future.
