Nice, friendly pub. Friendly staff. Decent range of beers. Definitely go back.

We didn't actually eat or drink on that day as my husdband collapsed outside but I would like to thank all the staff who helped and the nurse Katie and Gemma for looking after him

Nice place to go for something to eat or just for a few drinks

Food was amazing and large portions. Good value for money. Service was ok for a large group booking. Approx 40 of us split over 4 tables and each table ate seperately as the food was bought out in stages. Atmosphere was good. 1 thing that lets them down is the carpet is well overdue being replaced so if you stand for a few minutes you are then stuck to the carpet, equally if you sit to eat the chair is then well and truely stuck to the floor so getting back up was a challenge!

Always good to visit the Harps pub for a family meal. Food portions are HUGE but very, tasty grub.

The food was nice enough, but the table was sticky and the plates were dirty underneath. Come 9:15 pm the staff kept ringing the last orders bell to get us to leave. The advertised closing time was 11pm. Personally I wouldn't bother going here again.

Lovely meals here tonight with family for husbands birthday. Steaks all round. Perfectly cooked and so tender. Never had a bad meal here . Everything at reasonable prices. Highly recommend

Excellent food and service. Get there early on weekdays. The kitchen did stay open for us, even though we were a little outside of the closing time.

Very ordinary. Ok but was expensive for what we had. Two jacket potatoes, a fajita and scampy with 1 wine and 3 diet cola £75

I went to Harps Inn yesterday evening with 2 friends, it was my first time there and it was really enjoyable, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, lovely atmosphere and a few really big tables to enable families to all sit together. I don't live on the island but when I visit there again will definitely go to Harps Inn for a meal

Fab food! In fact, super fab food with extremely generous portions, staff were lovely and service was quick considering the size of our party. I've no doubt we'll be back. Well worth a visit.

There was 5 of us eating, the gravy that went with the luke warm pie was very glupie and my daughters steak was well done when she asked for rare

I was visiting from London for a meeting, so I went into the pub for a tea to wait. I found the staff friendly and welcoming. I came back after the meeting and had a portion of chilli chips, which was actually a large plate for the price paid. So it was good value for money. Nice atmosphere. It has a pool table at the front, so I imagine it is a popular haunt for the locals

4 Monday OAP deals, 2 courses £10 plus drinks. Excellent service in a busy environment. Good food, great deal.

I ordered a burger, it was a dry piece of meat in a dry bun, no garnish, onion, salad or sauce. Probably the worst burger I have ever had. Definitely not worth the money.

Made welcome on entering. Staff friendly and efficient. Food nice, hot and presented well. Prices very reasonable, especially for the senior citizen menu

As a group of friends. Getting together at the end of one year and the beginning of another. We had the most wonderful time with some amazing food and staff.

Have been going to Harps for many years. Christmas Eve lunchtime was awful. Daughter is Coeliac so must have Gluten Free meal. She chose GF option of ChickenTikka Masala. Turns out that the popadoms and naan bread aren't GF only the rice and curry. My brother and I ordered pie of the day it was AWFUL. The crust and top layer, was like leather. I left mine. Having left really good reviews in the past, I am saddened to leave this poor review. We will not return

I knew this pub when it was a pub many years ago with separate bars. Now it is just a restaurant which sells beer. I only went there last night because it was close to me.

Came for the Mel Harris music. Didn't eat here

Had a tuna melt ciabatta, only small amount of tuna, was expensive for southern fried chicken wrap, chips and 3 lime and lemonade drinks £28 Won't be going back

Went here to celebrate my birthday on the 18th of August.Excellent food,service and atmosphere.Only thing is it is starting to get expensive but the portions are huge £150.00 for the 4 of us and apart from getting smaller the menu seems to have barely changed over the years

A very warm welcome, the place is very pleasant, surprising in the countryside. The toilets are accessible which is great. We ate well for a reasonable amount.

Lovely clean pub with good food and garden. Has good access for wheelchair users and plenty of parking spaces out the front.

Staff we're very friendly and quite quick service considering how big our group was. We was in the side room with about 20 of us, was extremely hot in there with all the windows open and couldn't use the fans on the ceiling due to the sheer uncleanness of them! Food was dry and burnt, wouldn't go again for food - maybe for a beer and sit in the garden at best.

As this is local to us we gave it a try for an afternoon lunch. A very warm welcome by the staff on arrival , decided to have some lunch .The service and food was excellent , had a 8oz Bad Boy Burger far the best on the Isle ( been to several other locations) & the Mint Aero Sundae was to die for will be returning again. A very well presented pub/inn with a lovely garden & decking area ideal for the sunnier weather.

Great food and excellent service. Staff are friendly and clearly enjoy what they are doing. We were a large party and were warmly welcomed from the start. Waiting staff were courteous and attentive and really made our visit a memorable one for all the right reasons 😊

It's ok but very noisy. Couldn't hold a conversation because of the general racket. Food good. Very big portions. Staff lovely.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday. The pub itself is nice, lovely garden and the staff were really helpful. Unfortunately the food was a real let down. We had roast beef and the whole meal was tasteless, it all seemed like it was made from frozen, nothing seemed to made from fresh. Lovely pub and staff, disappointing food.

Sunday Roast a huge no no. Nothing fresh, all frozen, tasteless. Could not eat, VERY overpriced.

Chicken Yeriyaki Noodles is most definately NOT one of thier strengths! And to charge nearly £16 for it is dispicable!

Love this place. Delicious food and lovely staff. The only thing I will complain about is that children's meals come out last when they should come out first. Adults can wait for their food, but children shouldn't have too. Especially when they're part of a group booking

Had a lovely lunch there today great service from Georgia and all the staff big portions couldnt finish it I had the side dish dirty fries as my main loads of cheese and bacon in it would highly recommend the fajitas too loads of chicken great value.

Had a family get together last week, great atmosphere, nice staff and lovely food. Except..... I always say a good roast dinner rests or falls on the quality of the roast potatoes and unfortunately these were not good. Overcooked and very hard, couldn't even cut in to 1 of them and parsnips undercooked and raw in the middle. Shame because apart from that everything else was lovely

Harps Inn was a very good venue for a Christmas dinner and some drinks.

Veer was good and the friends, too early to yell on a Friday if the place rocks later. Downgraded due to sticky tables.

A nice venue picked a busy day staff very nice food good a very generous amount served. Overall a reasonable meal .

Had some great meals in this pub but on the odd occasion had a ruff one more good than bad .The staff are really friendly

Highly recommend this pub one of the really good ones on the island for lunch/dinner - the mix grill thing is amazing and definitely a lot to eat

Nice pub, busy when we arrived for a Saturday lunch. Good menu with a wide selection of foods. Had a fish finger wrap- was good as expected. Molten chocolate cake with ice cream- not as good, ice cream was melting on the plate and full of ice crystals. Good place to bring the family.

Very generous portions. Chips were perfect, crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Food was perfect. Highly recommended

Nice local pub, recently visited just for a few drinks and a game of pool. Have eaten here a couple of times before too and had decent food. Nice little beer garden!

The food is exceptional, the steak and ale pie is possibly the best I've ever had, highly recommend this place, the staff are great too
