Rooms clean and new. Location is a bit out the way for fun, but really quiet and peaceful. But damn, the service is amazing. The tall, slim guy who's name I think is Byron (I think has been here for a good few years now) in the 3 times I've been here in the last few years he's been happy, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful, just perfect really. Give that guy a massive raise. Comparing this hotel to the margate one I went to at the beginning of the week is night and day. Hey, Premier inn, use the Faversham Hotel as a benchmark on how these hotels should be!!

Clean tidy and comfortable, premier plus rooms are better if you can get one, staff very polite and helpful.

The room service is very good and the rooms are also very cute. The hotel is also very nice.

Very well looked after hotel, stayed for the weekend to see family. Staff very helpful and kind, rooms very clean. Breakfast was lovely. Only bad thing I have to say is I wish I had an extra night in the comfy bed.

I don’t normally write reviews but the team at Faversham Premier Inn managed amazingly with a very busy breakfast service on the 21/02/2025. The shining star was Jacob the Chef who was very accommodating to everyone’s needs. It was so nice to have a Chef who was happy to talk to the breakfast customers and give the breakfast service a personal touch and make people smile. I know that taking time chatting is not everyones ‘thing’ but there were other tables/families saying the same thing so keep doing what you’re doing Jacob as you make a good start to people’s day. Thank you

Me and my colleagues have been staying here mon-fri for the past 4 weeks and we will be doing so for the next 3 months. Every time we check in on the Monday Karen is always there ready to help us. She is so professional, caring and welcoming. She has made our working away experience a breeze and I will definitely be coming back in my own time because of the amazing Karen and the team.

Super clean. Everything set up as required upon arrival. Fab greeting from reception staff. Unfortunately the breakfast in the am was missing items listed, however what there was to choose from there was lots of it

Enjoyed my last minute stay. Cost effective and great breakfast. Staff were also very friendly.

Stayed for 1 night (NYE), felt welcomed by all staff from Cleaners to Managers, clearly a good team working here, all spoke good clear English, all were friendly and helpful, all staff greeted you when passing. Breakfast was lovely. Overall, Excellent all round. Only minor niggle was the mini-bar cupboard door hanging from one hinge (226).

We recently stayed at the Premier Inn in Faversham, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. His friendly demeanor, polite manner, and helpful nature truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make our stay feel extra special, and his great personality made all the difference. It’s rare to encounter someone so genuinely committed to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, as you’d expect from Premier Inn. The room was comfortable, and all the amenities were up to standard. The location was perfect for exploring Faversham and the surrounding area. Thank you to the whole team, and especially the evening manager, for making our visit so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and will be recommending Premier Inn Faversham to friends and family. Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Unprofessional service. I bought a coffee and wanted to sit with a small dog at the reception, which is located at the exit of the hotel, to drink the coffee. One lady agreed without a problem, but 5 minutes later another lady came and told me to leave because they do not accept dogs. I understand in hotel rooms or restaurant, but what was the problem with finishing the coffee at the reception with a small dog? I do not recommend this place.

Very nice hotel and not expensive

Although the premier Inn had supply problems with some food and only took on booked breakfast which we did as we booked in the service was professional and friendly and both Nikki and Karen went beyond what could be expected in those circumstances you could not fault them

The hotel is pretty new, and service is good. Rooms are nice as always in Premier Inn, restaurant and breakfast also as expected, good. The only thing I don't like is that the windows in the room are not opening. It was cold outside, but didn't have the best night sleep because it was to warm in the room. Tried the airco but didn't work. If the windows were opening, it was 5 out of 5 stars. Fresh air is important in the room.

Byron on reception was incredibly helpful, please give him a raise!

Visiting family. Ideal location for Canterbury and Whitstable

19 as a min temp is too hot. Not that you can get it to cool too that anyway. I hate not being able to open the window. Need fresh air. Restaurant was slowish for not many customers. Hate to know what it's like when busy. Food was nice.

Great value for money, good location, clean, everything you need for a few days and friendly staff.

I scored 1 star for the rooms as I didn't stay here, we only went in for breakfast. Eat what you like for a tenner, could not fault it or the staff.

We paid for a Premium Room for the extra space and what a difference it made. We had stayed at another hotel the night before on our way down south and really didn't enjoy the experience. On arrival to the Premier Inn, we were early for check in so had lunch in the restaurant. Excellent fast service. Then checked in and although that service was slow due to technical issues the staff were so lovely. Our room on the 2nd floor was amazing, sound proof, couldn't hear outside the windows. Modern with a waterfall shower, honestly a blessing after 7 hours driving. THE COMFIEST PILLOWS I'VE EVER HAD ON A BED. Extremely comfy bed with aircon that kept us comfortable all night. Breakfast the next morning was fab even a little busy but it is a Sunday in half term. Plenty of options and you can ask chef if you have dietary requirements for something specific if needed. Excellent service again. One of the lifts didn't work which did create a little issue when busy but nothing a few minutes waiting didn't fix.

Really good experience thabk you to the staff in the built in restaurant last night for the great service, lovely hotel, Only problem I find with the new ones Is that the Air Conditioning makes thr rooms sooo dry to breath In woken up at 2am because I felt really dehydrated 😔 Other than this it's lovely

This is a great hotel and location with very friendly staff. It would be appreciated if in future they could choose more suitable music other than disco and turn down the volume especially for breakfast first thing on a Monday morning!

I was waiting at the counter for 30 minutes straight. When I got to my room it was small and cramped. The mattress was hard as a rock. If o could/ knew how I would rate a 2 and a half. Just know, go somewhere else if you don’t want to waste your money. 🙃

We were in the restaurant at 6pm for 1h 20m and in that time we only received the starter which was overcooked and then had to chase twice for the main which was promptly sent back as it was a mixture of overcooked and undercooked meats and the burger bun was burnt. Clearly they had forgotten about us and then rushed them out with no care. We ended up going up to the room (which had the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a purple palace) and ordered a dominos pizza. The staff seemed to be new and were being trained.

Don't expect food before 8 each night yet and empty restaurant

We had a marvellous stay and dinner and all staff were polite and helpful with particular credit to Byron who served us for dinner - he was wonderfully polite and understanding - well done Byron!

Really lovely staff, especially the lady who seated us at breakfast. Rooms seem fairly newly decorated though not sure how thoroughly vacuumed they are as there were a few sweets on the ground. Main issue was the very poor signal on the free WiFi. Breakfast was nice; good selection and freshly cooked though the coffee machine was broken.

I have stayed at many Premier Inns, and the service here was the best yet. Lovely staff. Nice and clean rooms and eating/bar area.

Newish hotel. So still up to a good standard

We stopped here on Monday night as unexpectedly needed a room for the night for me and my two kids. I had not stayed in a premier inn for ages. Overall super impressed, it was good value and kids ate free for breakfast also the staff were Excellent which is a rarity. They were all friendly, helpful and happy. Their manager must be doing a good job. The hotel was in a great location and room was great condition with soft beds.

Great place to stay. Staff were very friendly. I stayed in a Plus room that has led lighting, more furniture, coffee machine, fridge. Very nice level of detail. Wi-Fi was included. Just an all round better level of decor. I do like windows that open, couldn’t do that here but the air con was working a treat! Overall I’d be tempted to use a Plus room again! Well worth the little extra.

One of the best premier inn hotel where I ever stayed. The hotel is new and the team is very nice. Food is not as good as it was one year ago!

A modern Premier Inn with clean rooms and the usual amenities. Rooms have air-conditioning which is welcome in the summer. Handy for Canterbury and Dover is 30 minutes away. Restaurant on site to take care of meals, free parking for guests and WiFi available. Staff are friendly and helpful and the meals are spot on. Would happily use again

Best Premier I have stayed in. Very clean, bed amazing, food excellent, and the best part were the staff! What a wonderful friendly lot. Location perfect for our journey.

Warm friendly reception, ample parking, free. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were also clean and comfortable. Shower and WC, all clean. The air conditioning worked and was controllable using the digital touch screen in the room. I got a great nights sleep with no distractions (a difference to my stay at Dudley PI, where the reception controlled the air con, so you had to ask the staff to adjust? if cold or too hot, each time asking the reception to adjust). Not the staffs fault, poor focus by HO to ensure the customer is at the height of comfort always. Probably due to it being 10 years old and needing some TLC. All quite different here though, the staff and rooms were good, breakfast was served hot, poached eggs by Nikki, cheers 😊 and Hannah (Manager), all great service. Would definitely stay here again. Top marks.

You know what to expect, and I wasn't disappointed. The room was prepared on time. It had air conditioning. It was tidy. It was comfortable and clean. It had everything needed for a brief stay - coffee water, tv, towels. It was secure and provided overnight parking. Really good. Will stay again.

A little pricey but competitive for the area. Restaurant is on the small side. Room service is upon request and tea, coffee and milk is in short supply for the room so pick up some more in reception if you like a cuppa in your room in the evening and then another in the morning etc.

Great hotel. Very clean Lovely friendly service. Great location, we used it for Dover. Handy for shops, Aldi across the street and two supermarket petrol stations near.

I've never left a review of a premier inn, as I stay in too many, (at least one every week, always different locations across the country). I can say though, that this is the best to date. This is due primarily to the staff all of which are amazing. But also a special shout out to Rebecca who is friendly and professional. I had a long frustrating day at work and her personality cheered me up. Also the restaurant staff are brilliant as well. Seems like an amazing team!

A great experience for a chain hotel. Very clean and tidy. What stood out was the attentiveness, friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency of the staff.

Good standard modern Premier Inn with good sizeable rooms across three levels. Unfortunately the self-checkin was not working properly as it did not recognise the booking references that myself and all the guests were trying to enter. Had to check in the old fashioned way in the end! Apart from that the room was good and got a very good night sleep on both night that I stayed there. Breakfast with very good with plenty of choices. Unfortunately the TV in the room was terrible couldn't watch the FA cup highlights without it almost crashing (like a computer would if it's having technical issues) Despite the let downs I would stay here again and probably will do later in the year. 4/5 Stars

Best Premier Inn we have stayed in but appreciate it's only 3 years old so very modern. Staff all very friendly, parking was easy, plenty of space between the lines and free, some are now charging. Room was lovely and the best shower ever. Never heard anyone walking corridors, shutting doors etc. Definitely would stay again.
