Have been once before for a dinner. Have tried to book but the number is out of service and they are not answering emails so they must have closed.

This very simply decorated restaurant is a real find. A glass of rosé was a generous serving. My wife had grilled plaice (fish) with nicely done fingerling potatoes and perfectly steamed veggies. I had a cheeseburger that scored a solid 9 out 10. The service...

Chose Hardcore Lobster and More over a well known chain piri piri restaurant on the opposite side of the road. Service was attentive and efficient. Drinks were not heavily priced. Calamari starter was delicious and fresh. My steak was well cooked to order and my nieces lobster roll was crammed with lobster meet. Chicken was tasty. Dessert choices were a little bit standard but the cheesecake was delicious as was the milkshakes. A word of caution the piri piri is firey and fresh unlike the the chain restaurant over the road. I'm glad we came here instead.

On a one night trip to see Hamilton(brilliant performances) after show were a bit.lost to find a restaurant and we’re going to end up in McDonald’s. Had given up and we’re heading back to Premier Inn when we spotted this restaurant. Were closing as it was around 11pm but left us in. How lucky food was excellent all round and our 10 & 12 year olds still talk about it. Also the prices are very reasonable and staff helpful.

As good as any that I have had, not greasy and/or over battered as can often occur. Owner is very accomodating and good value for London. Would recommend for their quality and value. Across street from our hotel the Park Plaza Victoria. Best meal we had in our three days in London.

Had a business lunch here last month. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. None of us ordered any of the sea food but we all had great meals from the other options. My steak was fab, huge and cooked the way I asked for it. Reasonable prices. Decor ok. Over all a decent enough place for a lunch or quick bite.

Met at the door and seated quickly by a member of staff. Orders placed, drinks and starter arrived... Main course took somewhat longer to arrive but was good when it did.

When you visit London you dont visit the City because it is just way too big-you visit a neighbourhood. This time we are in Victoria and after a full day of experiences we agreed we wanted a burger done really well and boy did we get that. We Googled burger in Victoria and how on earth this is not NUMBER ONE I have no idea.Clearly a family concern with family care and attention. We had pulled pork cigars and mozzarella cigars with special tomato smooth salsa and absol heavenly alioli !!Then burgers with fries and the BEST onion rings ever incl over 30 years holidays all over the USA. Melt in the mouth.And everything with a smile and nothing too much trouble incl extra alioli !!So when you want a burger and the sides and beer and wine and a smile and care and attention to everything done really well you know where to go.Don’t go to a chain with bright lights go to people who care and have personal pride which is reflected in everything they do. TI ticked every box and more and we would go there agin in a flash and so should you!!

Family meal on a Friday night. Attentive service with a smile. Quick to take drinks order and on hand to help at all stages of our visit.Kids meals are exclent value and huge portions; my children aged 8 and 10 only just managed to eat it all (No dessert needed).Only down side is that the service charge is calculated for you and included on the bill - bad move as I would have tipped higher if left to my own devices as service was superb.

Primero debo decir que la comida que tenía, toda la langosta @ £32 era del mismo tamaño y tan buenos o incluso un poco mejor que las de Burger y la langosta en Nic Harvey,las patatas fritas eran mejores y la mantequilla de ajo era mejor salir de mi camino de nuevo? Probablemente no.El lugar carece de ambiente y estilo. Es como un café de moda/restaurante de propiedad privada en cualquier ciudad de provincia sin sofisticación o Reino Unido estilo. Fue un día muy caliente y estábamos buscando un lugar frío para comer una comida, cerca del teatro Apollo en Victoria. El menú aquí parecía muy interesante, así que decidimos darle una oportunidad. Ninguno de nosotros había estado allí antes, pero no nos decepcionó y sin duda volvería allí.El personal era amable y atento. Pedimos unas bebidas y comidas al mismo tiempo. Las bebidas y las comidas llegó rápidamente poco tiempo después.La comida era increíble. Muy bien presentado y en abundancia. Los precios eran razonables.

Went with our family as it was their last day of holidays in london and took them to that restaurant. Is really near our house and we heard very good things about the place. We wasn't disappointed at all. You can have many types of sauces, the burgers are really tasty and the onion rings they do, so crunchy and amazing!!!! Definitely will go Back!

La anterior vez que estuvimos aquí hice una nota mental para volver y tener un cangrejo de concha suave todo para mí y no me decepcionó. Simplemente era increíble con 3 cangrejos shell suaves, patatas fritas y una ensalada.Mi compañero tenía un hardcore preciosa hamburguesa con cangrejo y algunas más cosas y compartimos el cangrejo de arranque.Las bebidas, especialmente el batido de menta también era genial y en esta ocasión nos dimos cuenta de cómo el 90% de las mesas de nuestra planta estaban tan pronto toman como llegamos.El personal era muy agradable y amable, como la primera vez y el director nos explicó su cangrejo de concha suave tenía un enorme y es su plato.Ahora es uno de los lugares en Londres, junto con la cocina china (aunque sigo teniendo problemas para encontrar un buen restaurante con un buen comportamiento camareros).Y, por supuesto, volveremos por la misma increíble cangrejo suave: shell por debajo de 50 libras para 2 personas, no me puedo quejar.

There were not many places to choose from in the area on a Sunday night. They were open! After late arrival to the hotel, this was a nice discovery. Simple, casual, good service. Kids enjoyed burgers, adults had soft shell crabs.

Nuestra familia de 7 estaba bien acomodado en este bonito restaurante a un corto paseo de la estación de Victoria. Nos quedamos agradablemente sorprendidos con la excelente comida y cócteles originales. Tras un duro día de turismo, todos estábamos un poco "hangry" cuando nos aventuramos en este lugar. Nos fuimos con panza y sobras! Las hamburguesas son una atracción principal y comida de los niños está a menos de 6 libras, incluyendo una hamburguesa, lateral y el batido! Nuestro hijo de 5 años estaba lleno!

We just have eaten at this place for the first time, despite passing near it so many times before, and I cannot but highly recommended. We noticed the place was empty as we entered it on this Saturday mid day, when everybody was eating outside in the sunshine in the nearby restaurants and wondered why it was so empty?

Mi amigo y yo vimos langostas vivas nadando en un tanque. Fuimos en langostas frescas pensando "super". Pedimos una langosta cada y me aseguró que sería tomado de el tanque. Lo que nos dieron eran obviamente muertos, probablemente refrozen. Era difícil y sin sabor. Que nunca te paso aquí. Para mostrar langostas frescas deshonestas y sirven basura.

Partiamo dal fish and chip, premetto che non era il mio piatto scelto, ma lo potuto assaggiare ed era veramente ottimo. In questo ristorante sono entrato quasi molto tardi erano tipo le 23:00, nonostante l'orario era '' di chiusura '' mi hanno offerto comunque un servizio eccezionale. La mia compagna ha scelto il mezzo pollo, vedendolo da lontano avevo avuto un ripensamento sul mio panino, ho assaggiato prima il pollo, eccezionale, marinato perfettamente al punto giusto nessun sapore sovrasta l'altro. Si può scegliere la coscia di pollo, metà pollo, e un pollo intero. Arrivato al momento del mio piatto con il panino vedendo gli altri piatti ero rimasto un po' deluso, ma dopo aver dato il primo morso, ho capito che il panino non temeva i suoi avversari a livello di sapore, un hamburger di manzo di una qualità assurda, cotto al punto giusto, le patatine nulla da dire anche su quest'ultime. Consiglio hamburger di Manzo, con bacon, formaggio, insalata, pomodoro,cipolla rossa.

Loved our lunch here. everything was fresh and hot. Great service. Very friendly. Loved the fish and chips. Extensive drink menu also. Excellent choice for our lunch.

I have been here 3 times in 3 weeks. Tried the steak the hardcore burger and the half chiken. All visit I have came away pleased with the quality and quantity of the food and the staff are alway very friendly and helpfull

Mi marido, mi hermana y esperé más de una hora, una hora y 15 minutos para ser exactos, y nunca he recibido nuestras cenas. Después de mucho protestar, recibimos nuestro aperitivo de marisco paté que fue desafortunado. Varias otras mesas estaban sentados después de nosotros, y sin embargo recibieron su comida, comimos su comida y a la izquierda antes nos sirvieron. El personal era terrible.

We waited for someone to take our order for 20 minutes after taking our order it took another 15 minutes to get our beers that we ordered. We had our drinks finished, in about another 20 minutes and had to wave a staff member down to get another. Our food finally came after a total waiting time of 1 hour and a half. My partner enjoyed his hardcore burger, but I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and it was dripping grease. During our waiting time at the restaurant we watched 4 groups walk out of the restaurant due to the awful service, and the people that were unfortunate enough to have already placed their orders were just as angry with the terrible service as we were.I highly reccommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

Friendly and nice atmosphere. Good range of burgers. I had a great cheeseburger - well cooked. Side portions a bit small. Not cheap - even for London prices. Probably 3.5 stars.

La comida es buenísima, el personal muy agradable y atento. Tuvimos una selección de entrantes, ensalada de langosta, cangrejo y calamares, puros de cerdo, pasteles de cangrejo, delicioso y ligero. Luego tuvimos la langosta, calabacines, patatas fritas patatas fritas de camote y col. Otra deliciosa y sabrosa. Todos regados con una selección de vinos, prosecco y IPA.

Hardcore Lobster makes this place sound as if it might be another pretentious and exclusive seafood joint a la Wright Brothers whereas it is, in fact, a casual caff on three floors with a wide-ranging menu including steak, burgers, seafood (including lobster) and much more besides. This Saturday lunchtime the usual menu was supplemented with specials such as burrata, calamari and even the fish and chips I eventually chose as my main. There is a children's menu chalked upon a blackboard from which my daughter chose a chicken burger (in fact, a generous fillet of chicken) with chips and a milkshake for £5.95. My wife and I shared some prawns to start, all round, juicy and served on a bed of salad. No complaints either about our mains of salmon and mini roast potatoes and fish and chips, both of which came with substantial salad portions. A bottle of Whitstable ale accompanied this nicely.

Vine aquí con mi familia en enero para mi cumpleaños, fuimos a ver un espectáculo en el Teatro Apolo y sólo queríamos algo rápido para comer. Visited here for a quick bite before a show. Chose this place due to the good reviews and very low central London prices.

Took a friend here last night and was really disappointed. I've been there before and the first time was amazing. Lets start off with the fact that it took 20 mins for a waiter to come our and take our order. When we finally got a hold of someone he was surprised as to why we had not ordered yet. Hmmm. The starters are the only reason I'm even giving 2 starts because the lobster was overcooked and a big disappointment. To get the bill took another 20 minutes where i had to ask if my meal was free as i'm still waiting on my bill to pay. Better more professional staff is definitely needed here.

Really nice burgers, difficult to beat, reasonable prices & good menu choice, nice decor, just lost one mark as service was quite slow & got orders wrong. Handy location for a nice little i for a meal near Victoria

Booked a table online for hardcore lobster. On arrival the restaurant was pretty empty and was able to get a nice table, so my reservation wasn’t needed.

We popped in here for pre theatre dinner a bit worried it might be a Nando’s rip off. Couldn’t be more wrong. Simple, flavoursome food. Prawn, crab and lobster pate was simple in presentation but the flavours were amazing. I couldn’t decide between prawn or chicken salad so they made me both and it was excellent. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Excellent service and very inexpensive

Como siempre, mi marido y yo no son preparados para cuando fuimos buscando la cena espectáculo comprobar durante diciembre no debería haber sido sorprendidos al encontrar todas las cadenas de restaurantes llenos. Vimos Hardcore y langosta y pensamos que lo que el infierno. Tuve el filete que estaba perfectamente preparada (raro) la mayoría de los restaurantes de lucha a cadena pero no y la carne, o no era gristly ácidos grasos justo, ensalada de comestible y patatas fritas. Marido tenía la mitad de un pollo que dijo también era bueno. Las bebidas estaban bien, el servicio era a la derecha de atento pero no en su cara. Si nos volveremos sin local cada semana - gran lugar.

Ate here yesterday after looking for a quick bite before going to see Wicked. Stopped outside to check the menu and was approached by (I’m assuming) an owner who came out to tell us to come and try them. Which kinda put us off somewhat but decided to try it anyhow since we were running short of time.

Sat here typing my review for a half a langoustine and a tiny ‘side salad’ that cost £21.50 - I had to pay extra for the salad leaves, one slice of cucumber and two cherry tomatoes

Abbiamo cenato un venerdì sera in questo ristorante. Io ho ordinato un hamburger vegetariano fatto in casa che, rispetto alla media, aveva prezzi più bassi ma il contorno non era compreso! L'ho trovato davvero buono e diverso dai soliti hamburger vegetariani, questo aveva fagioli, piselli e ceci. Al tavolo ci hanno portato tantissime salse tra cui una verde (a base probabilmente di peperoni) molto buona che si sposava perfettamente con il mio hamburger!

Had 1/4 chicken with fresh salad and chips - at 6£!!! My sons had fish and chips and burger and chips. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasted lovely. I'm impressed!

In 2 abbiamo speso 54 sterline(prezzi in media di londra). Abbiamo preso: fish and chips(13 pound),insalata di pollo(11),garlic bread(semplice pane con una salsa d aglio sopra 2.75)2 coca cole,due dessert(5.5 l'uno) e 2 caffè. Bisogna sempre aggiungere il 12.5 % di servizio.

Great place - we had the lobster pate, the squid rings and the burgers. Everything was delicious and the burgers have got to be up there with the best burgers I've ever had. Service was good, staff were lovely.

Excelente experiencia en la langosta y más. Estábamos en un grupo grande de después de comer. Nuestros servidores era amable y servicial, sin embargo no anotar los pedidos, así que no olvides batata en vez de patatas fritas pero recuerde detalles cuando lo estaba en las hamburguesas.

Ottimo ristorante con personale gentile ed un paio di responsabili in sala di origine toscana che consigliano molto bene. Eccellente il salmone e le costate di manzo, buono ilp ollo disponibile intero 1/2 ed 1/4 tutti i piatti abbondanti e prezzi onesti. Consiglaitissimo

The starters advertised with tartar sauce - was simply mayonnaise with, chives??, too creamy for a seafood starter of garlic prawns and panko coated squid rings. Come on now - tartar sauce is basic stuff!! Tabasco sauce bottle needed a good clean around the rim and tasted 'old'. But.... lobster was nice enough. Staff were nice, we enjoyed ourselves - nice to bring international friends to sample a local spot in my neck of the woods. Hardcore lobster could be such a great place, push a bit harder, you'll get there, you have some good, friendly staff. 'Work it'. P.S. an abundance of carrots and 3 spears of asparagus does not make a side of 'mixed vegetables'!!!

Nuestra primera noche en Londres cenamos allí, la verdad es que fue una suerte encontrarlos, los camareros son iberoamericanos, hablan español y portugues con lo que no tienes problema con el idioma, Comimos Pollo y unas hamburguesas y la verdad es que fue muy satisfactorio, la cena importo 52,17 libras para cuatro, así que además de buena fue muy barata para ser Londres.

We were staying at a hotel in the area and were looking for something not too pricey for dinner. The restaurant looked nice and wasn't too busy. My teens had burgers, and I had the 1/4 chicken. Everything was good and the portions were filling. The service was good. Being Canadian we didn't understand that 12.5% cover charge was a service fee. Had we been staying there longer, I might have gone back for the lobster.

Ate here Tuesday night, walked in off the street without a reservation. Staff were friendly & polite. Had garlic prawns and the wife fish & chips. Serving size was good, food was fresh & tasty. Would dine here again

Много местных жителей, видимо заведение пользуется популярностью в округе. Тем не менее заказанные блюда, в том числе лобстер, чем-то особенным не поразили. Добротно, но не более того. Так что если захотелось лобстеров - зайдите, если нет, на улице поблизости можно найти более интересные заведения.

Vivimos en la zona y pensamos que lo ve como este lugar predilectos habitual eran todos muy ocupados. Me alegro tanto de haberlo hecho! Nos dieron un paquete que estaba muy bien y luego me dieron un pollo hamburguesa con gorgonzola y una hamburguesa con queso, mi compañero se doble, con patatas fritas para compartir. Tanto hamburguesas eran enormes. Aunque ambos tenemos buenos gustos estoy tan satisfecho de no conseguir una porción de patatas fritas cada uno y yo ni siquiera nos molestaremos con una entrada la próxima vez! La hamburguesa de pollo era precioso. Traté mis socios de hamburguesa y a pesar del hecho de que no soy un gran amante de las hamburguesas pareció delicioso. Popped in on a Sunday evening and were very pleased. We ordered the ribs and a burger. One of the best meals we found in the UK. The chocolate milkshake was good too!

Had dinner here twice and service was excellent and delicious food. Had lobster, fish & chips, and lamb shank.

Fantastic food, the crab cakes were good but the steak and lobster were phenomenal and the steak was cooked exactly as I requested. The service was slow and confusing due to too many waiters for our table.

Went here with a party of four on a really warm night in July. We could sit outside really nicely. Staff very friendly. Chicken Peri Peri and Burgers were really good, just as the fries. Prices totally fair given the area! Clear recommendation!

Over cooked steak and tough over cooked lobster. Plus a manager that couldn't be bothered to deal with our complaint. Stood the other side of the restaurant and had his staff running backwards and forwards with messages.

Delizioso. Cibo ottimo. Servizio meglio che "a casa". Attenzione e cura dei dettagli. Diverse cotture impeccabili. Locale pulito, ordinato, con salviette umide a disposizione, nuovo, spazioso. Assolutamente consigliato.
