Josh and Hannah were absolutely gorgeous and it was a wonderful lovely occasion, sorry for the broken glass, and thanks for being kind about it xx

We came in with a wowcher voucher in which we got for my Nana’s 80th. Everything was amazing the food and drinks were spot on and met our expectations. Staff were super friendly and down to earth and everything was easy to find. Bonus with a shop being inside everything you want. Highly recommend and will be back soon.

What a lovely time we had today for Mother’s Day. The meal, service, staff and singer were all excellent. First time I’ve been to a Hard Rock Cafe and it won’t be the last, as we will definitely be coming again. A special thank you to Dorian who treated us so well. And the singer who sang one of my favourite songs Wise Men Say as a Sunderland fan it was superb. One very happy mam. Thank you

I don’t really see this hard rock as a proper hard rock . I collect the magnets and the don’t even do the magnets that hard rock are well knowing for. I had a cocktail and the cocktail was served in a tiny normal glass and bit the usual hard rock glasses.

Another fantastic hard rock visit this time we chosen the Newcastle one service was good and everything was up to standard we enjoyed our visit here looking at music memorabilia

Booked the bottomless brunch for 4 people staff were all very friendly kept us in drinks and food served quickly the full 90 mins could not fault this booking staff work hard and go the extra mile to please the customer

3rd visit in a year using this deal and even though you no longer get a starter it was fantastic, Coors or madri , cider , wine and cava , had the burger and pulled pork and this was top class , The Lady serving us was great and so were all the other staff , Needless to say we have booked for our 4th visit.

Had early evening meal here 2 days in a row. Food was very nice. Hannah our Server both days was spot on. No waiting time for food even though it was very busy. We did Book a reservation on the 2nd day as knew it was going to be busy.

Got a bottomless brunch voucher from wowcher decided to take the hubby on a Saturday afternoon! Ellie was our waitress and she was amazing. We always had drinks, usually drinking one and one ready to go after! Food was OK not much choice but tasty. Bottomless drinks are disappointing unless you like beer and wine. I refused to pay another £30 just for going on a Saturday and upgrading! This is my 2nd wowcher voucher for hard rock and I won't be buying another one, much better places to go in Newcastle! But service from Ellie made the experience great!

The waitress was lovely I’ll start with that from beginning to end and was embarrassed . I have been to maybe 11 hard rock cafes all over the world and also within uk and this I can safely say has had the most disappointing visit and left me feeling annoyed as you usually know exactly what you will get. .so we had 3 adults and 2 kids and had just been driving 3 hours from Scotland and were staying 1 night in Newcastle to break up the journey back down south with the kids . We came here as you know what you will get . The music was like the heaviest metal screaming the whole time and I could see other tables even looking with the same expression as us . Hard rock usually has brilliant music from all eras and it’s what gets all ages in there and makes the atmosphere. This music of heavy metal screeching made me want to pull the plug out . Know your audience or read the room sprang to mind 🙈It was also cold in the restraunt too . So we ordered 2 of the the chicken boneless tenders and I expected nice tenders maybe 6 -7a basket normal tender size but instead were 4 huge lumps of chicken with a bit of batter and not what any of us expected at all . Theres is also just not enough starter choices we all thought . I had the steak and ate maybe 1/3 if that as was pure gristle and my medium /well steak was medium /rare at best and the chips were cold . My husbands steak was less gristle but again cooked wring and cold chips . Our friends ribs were good . The kids had a chicken burger and a hamburger and both tiny in huge buns and we were 1/3 way thru the time my daughters came as the waitress spotted straight away they had put everything on when it was mean to be plain . The dessert menu was underwhelming so I skipped it and had a cocktail which was good .The music screamed through the whole meal and mixed with that , being cold and the food a cold letdown I’d safely say that had the waitress not been so lovely taking my steak off the bill and getting kids a wee toy this review would be worse . It’s just so disappointing going out for a family meal and it was rubbish and ruined the night . You need more starters , better desserts and music like the others and serve the food all together hot and not in 3 different time frames for 5 people . An expensive meal out which left me wishing we had just gone to the Italian up the road we looked at first .

Mark the general manager made me so welcome and the service from his staff could not be faulted. Beer was well kept and they had a great choice. If you are in Newcastle the easy hotel, where I stopped is great value and the Hard Rock Cafe is just around the corner plus it’s clean and tidy and a credit to Mark and his team. Thanks everyone for making me so welcome and should I return I shall call in to see you all and have a few beers. Cheers!

This is another excellent Hard Rock Cafe. We had a great dinner in a good atmosphere with excellent service. Natasha looked after us very well. It was just a shame that the discount menu wasn’t on this time. Still great food though.
