Very friendly snack bar ( alfresco eating ). Excellent food, great service, and all with a happy smile. Just keep a wary eye out for sneaky seagulls. Great views at the benches surrounding the little harbour, and sands. We had cheese and ham toastie and coffee in the sunshine . Great on all counts.

Called here for ice creams, Excellent value and large portions (unlike the nearby hip place on the hill). The "hip" price was £3.50 for a single scoop where the snack bar was £3.50 for two! Just because you have a handwritten blackboard extolling the virtues of their artisan product doesn't give you the right to rip people off. Do what the locals do and visit the friendly, unpretentious snack bar! Excellent service and nice staff.

We have a holiday home in Tenby and an absolute highlight is visiting this wonderful snack bar for milky coffees, pembrokeshire ham salad sandwiches on brown, followed by a shared slab of fruit cake. Sit on the benches overlooking the harbour contemplating the world and plan for the time when every day feels this good. Along with the slice of cake you get a much needed slice of perspective!

Conveniently placed on the edge of the beach and harbour area our group of 15 frequented this little take out hut often during our visit to Tenby on the recommendation of their first class sausage and bacon baps both of which are available until 1pm. After that there's a nice choice of panini's, sandwiches, cake and very reasonably priced hotdogs to order, all of which are made fresh while you wait, meaning service can be a bit slow when they are busy but we found that it was worth the wait. The salted caramel milkshake was one of our favs. All in all, service with a smile and tea served in proper mugs... Perfect!

You cannot beat the location and as we sat on the picnic benches, we watched the tide come fully into the harbour and float every boat in the area we walked not 20 minutes earlier. The food is snack bar food but the toasties were cut and each half individually wrapped in foil. At first we thought we had the wrong order as there seemed to be double thenumber of sandwiches, but it was a nice touch. Perhaps I was hungry hot and tired but this little shack was an oasis in a large tourist area with very few shoreline restaurants on a very hot day.

My husband Martyn and I made our way down to the harbour and decided to have a bite to eat from the snack bar.The service was 1st class and we ordered two crab batches which the staff helped carry to the picnic bench with a warning to "watch the seagulls don't swoop down and steal the food" this was very good advice and were informed that this was an on-going issue in the harbour area. The batches were full of other tasties such as lettuce, tomato and onion and plenty of the fresh crab. This was far from a "Snack" and delicious and very filling and with a hot cup of tea went down a treat after a boat trip.we sat in the sun and really enjoyed the "Bite to eat" and visited again later in our holiday. The snack bar sells a good range of freshly prepared food and homemade cakes & drinks and the staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. If your visiting Tenby make your way down to the harbour and give the food a try and you won't be disappointed.

I have used this cafe for years to have a pit stop for a cup of tea and an slice of excellent home made cake after a day on the beach as it is such a beautiful place to sit and watch the world go by. This year I visited Tenby with my grand daughter and discovered the full range of excellent goodies which are served at this cafe. I was also impressed by the fact that it is by far and away the cheapest place to eat in Tenby with wonderful friendly service.I had a tuna mayo sandwich which was freshly made on granary bread. I cannot fault the freshness of this sandwich, actually the only problem was that there was so much filling in it that it disintegrated when I tried to eat it. My grand daughter also reckoned that their ice creams were very good.I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody

Nice and easy, grab a cuppa and a snack (maybe an ice cream) and retreat to a near by bench to enjoy the scenery and busy harbour life. Watch out for the seagulls though, they enjoy the sausage rolls just as much as anyone and will attack unweary travellers silly enough to wave their food around in the air. I always go here. The rolls are massive and the cakes are massive and great prices. I loved the latte I had, it's definitely improved over the years as they never used to serve lattes and cappacinos.I found the tea quite weak this time so I bought a coffee. It's a shame as I prefer strong tea but I guess you can't do much when you're buying it from a cafe. It does get busy down there so if you want a table be quick and get one before you order. We had to sit on the wall as it was full one time. It's lovely down on the harbour, the snack bar has toasted sandwiches, rolls, ice creams, many drink and chocolate. I wish I had time to try a pasty as they looked lovely! Can't go wrong for the price you pay.

WOW....What a wonderful place. Fantastic meals! We were staying nearby with family and meeting up with local family, so got to go here three times. Sunday lunch was brilliant, my husband and I are both vegetarians, so the mushroom wellington with roast veggies was really great value. We also had the mushroom wrap which I enjoyed so much one lunch time that I had it again a few evenings later. ALL the staff were lovely and helpful, even gave us a takeaway veg for the Sunday vegetables that were left, so had bubble and squeak the next night at the rental cottage! The only thing I would say is they either need larger plates or smaller portions!! LOL
