Chicken from Maryland was burned as were sausages food was warm but not hot

Food was extremely bad today , nothing that was written on the menu about vegetables come with the food. The noodles was extremely hard and the food looked and tasted like yesterday. I never had this problem before . But today the food tast le old food . I am starting to get sore belly because of that.

2-1/2 hours to get delivered and it was cold and wrong sauce. First time i have ordered from here and it will be my last. Stay clear!!

Had to go down and pick it up from the shop not happy. I asked why my order wasn’t delivered. He just said the delivery driver was very busy.

Order is now 3 hours late. Have spoken to the restaurant twice and they said the food is on route: ordered at 5pm it’s now 8pm and no sign of delivery driver. Won’t be ordering agai.

Where is the option for Over 2hrs late. The food was trash, literally trash it went in bin. Chips were cold. Batter was mush with condensation and the spring rolls were chewy. Horrid food tonight . So disapointed.

Ridiculous! Paid the delivery fee stated on website to be phoned& told I owe them another £7.50 delivery. Was told food was just leaving once I agreed to the £7 and it would be there for 5:15, phoned at 5:30&5:45 finally arrive 6:15pm. Rude owner!

I’m in Crimond, I double checked there was no info anywhere on their ordering page about higher costs for Crimond. There wasn’t. I never got my delivery. I finally called the takeaway and was told they’d tried to call me many times to say I needed to pay another £8 for delivery (total £10) I discovered they were calling an old number & haven’t found how to change that. Please update your page to let people know about higher charges for outside Fraserburgh. £10 too much so I cancelled.

I requested my food to get delivered at 6pm when i ordered . It came 30 minutes early and wasnt very hot. I use this chinese a lot and today i was disappointed

The food was cold, and everything tasted like it had been reheated. The chicken and palrawn chowmain had hardly any chicken in it and prawns were tough. Normally order from here but this put me off.

Food was genuinely good, the soup was the best, but I will maybe try something else next time. it's not that it was bad, it just wasn't the best for me. However, everything else was as it should be expected with the Onion rings and wontons as well, so a decent meal overall.

No option ti add delivery charge if out area. no call ti say delivery charge needed added on. did not realise as thought it was now just added on at check out. delivery driver understandably upset at driving out fir no extra money. portions smaller than usual. not as nice. free add ons not delivered. nearly £50 order this used ti be best Chinese in area. missing items but with just eat voucher + not paying correct delivery feel out of order ti complain and ask fir missing items.

got my order wrong, said they would deliver the proper order. had too nip across the road to my dad's for an emergency and instructed my 11 year old too receive the correct order. when the correct order arrived my son answered the door but the delivery man demanded to come in and see the wrong order to an 11 year old, he went into my kitchen without me home and took the food away. my son was scared.

My order last night was freezing, tuff and greezy. I will not be ordering from Happy House again.

Why does this place persist keeping the skin on their chicken dishes. It's inedible. Yet again I had to put most of it in my recycling bin. I for one won't be going back there. I urge other people nit to go there too

The info on the App needs updating. Asked about the Free Juice when you spend so much, but when I was called to say about the extra delivery charge ( which also needs adding to the App) they don't do the offers anymore.

Absolutely delicious Tom Yum soup and Thai Green curry, just enough spice and really tasty meat and veg. Beef with mushrooms was also really good. Definitely order again.

We went there to get some Chinese food we got what we ordered but when we went back home it was stone cold and like they had just microwaved everything so horrible won’t be back

Chow mein and rice was good, did not appreciate the re-heated chips, were not eatable.

Considering the distance they have to come to deliver to me, I’m not too worried if they’re late. Lovely as usual, especially the salt & pepper chips.

Food was freezing cold and almost an hour late. Tasted terrible not any flavour apart from the sweet and sour chicken. The chips and rice tasted like they had been reheated prior to arriving at ours cold.

Had many a good meal from here but last night's meal was shocking. I never ate such dry noodles in my life, and the shredded chicken was that dry there was no chicken to be seen 🙃

Ordered a Chinese at 5.10 it's 19.14 and its still not here. Phoned at twenty to 7 to be told its still in the shop waiting for the delivery driver to pick it up. He's phoned twice lost. Can't speak a word of English and obviously has never heard of Google maps. Conveniently the shop isn't answering the phone now. If its cold I'll be phoning you tomorrow

Very disappointed not enough they was late with the order but surprise wrong order and I had to wait another 30 minutes to bring the right one the chips was burnt and no taste the salt and pepper chips without chilli and peppers probably they run out of them but what can I say this is happened when you pass that beginner stage in your business

Order delivered half the sauce from spare ribs was all over the bag and over everything else. Lid was not on properly Very poor
