order was easy, bur they sent a completly different item than what i had ordered

Ordered a house special for 2 & chic kebab, barely enough for one person compared to other kebab shops, supposed to include 2 nan breads, there was only one small thin one, also never received the 2 cans of juice that was supposed to be included, asked for all salad and sauce to be put separately but this never happened, first time having ordered food from this takeaway, will be the last I’m afraid. On the plus side it was delivered early, guess missing items speeded it up.

order delivered in 2 times 1st time forgot pick drinks, and was no dip sauce in order, when arrived with soft drinks 2nd time asked delivery about dip sauce they said it is shop not handed them. nothing to deal with them

We just threw the pakoras away as they were soggy, we had to reheat the 3 pizzas. Not great for nearly £50 worth of food!!!

The pizzas tonight we’re poor had no or very little tomato sauce on the base and had was look warm at most had been cooked to early as rest of order was hot was very disappointed tonight

Twice in a row my order has went wrong, the first time I ordered 3 pizzas, two 12 inch ones and a 16 inch. My 16 inch didn’t arrive, I called and they said it wasn’t their fault and it definitely went to the courier. They sent another pizza out seemingly reluctantly. Today I made a large order, and in order I got 3 milkshakes, two large and one medium. All of them arrived medium, and as it wasn’t just my food I called to ask about it and see about getting it resolved, the man on the phone argued with me saying he definitely sent 2 large ones. After I politely said “no sir, they’re all medium and they aren’t just for me this is other people’s food too” the call either got hung up on or disconnected. I called back only to be argued with again. When I said I would send picture evidence of the size of them, he said he would send out 1 more milkshake to “correct the error” I know it’s only milkshakes and I know mistakes are easily made in the food industry, but I feel I was spoken down to and that the man I spoke to was quite rude over me explaining the issue. The last order I made they argued with me over the fact that “it’s not our fault” despite no finger being pointed in the first place. I’ve worked in hospitality myself and there’s a significant difference in disagreeing with something and being blatantly rude to them. Used to be my favourite place for food, now not so much.

arrived early, food tasted great, didn't get the salad I paid for on my hoagie but was enjoyable all the same, would definitely order again regardless xx

Curry sauce was very salty and so thick like cement! Chicken pakoras tasted off asked for pakora sauce received garlic instead meal wasn’t only late but also cold and pretty poor shocked as usually get good food also the way the male staff treat and speak to the female staff is shocking and very rude.

I’m deaf using BSL sign language. A young lady who work in Italian star are extremely rude she pull her face when I try to gesture my order. Her attitude is not acceptable. It’s 2024!

Yet again, I have not got what I have paid for. We deliberately go into the shop and order directly, collect and take home. This time, my mixed donor turned into a chicken tikka Donna; the garlic bread had zero garlic. I have had enough of the poor service; time to change.

The girls in this shop are a credit to the owners! they are lovely and never stop working and always give correct food and cooked to perfection

Issue with drivers so order was delivered by workers from shop. Got order wrong. Would not correct order at the time. Offered unsuitable item as apology the following week.

Milkshakes are delicious. The kebab is fresh and succulent. The pizza is fresh and delicious. My child also received a lollipop. Staff was friendly and attentive Reasonably priced also

When order came half my order was wrong I phoned the shop in the girl that answered was very cheeky over the phone arguing with me asked if she would put someone else on the phone she said they won’t understand you, eventually she listened to me and sent out the missing food,but really poor service from her yous need to have a word with your staff if this is the way she speaks to customers can’t fault the delivery driver.

Placed an order online and never received it so be going elsewhere from now on

We order same thing all time most time’s missing something now today when rang up as chips were missing lady over phone said sorry they will send someone out with them great. Then loon at door shows we Dina order chips and it doesn’t come with chips my phone we’re having issues at time coz I like too proof a point well now here it is Italian Star Special Kebab Steak Kebab, Grilled Chicken, Donner Meat, Served With 2 Pitta Bread. Regular Chips, Fried Onion, Mushroom, Mix Peppers & Bottle Of Drink £13.00 so missing chips bottle they always give ya a can not bottle of juice and we’ll also missing fried onions and mushrooms however food taste great if only could remember all their items on their menu after ordering fair few times and same issues sadly we won’t be ordering from these again

Just order chicken on the bone and chips, first order came and the chicken was full of blood. Phoned and got another and the next one came the egzact same!!! The cook answerd and argued saying it wasn’t so when they came to pick it up I showed the person who came trying to get a refund having no luck!! Place is a joke

I orderd to the wrong house and after my work I went down and asked about it 10 mins before closing and they were really nice about it and remade it for me the food was absolutely amazing

Watching them take the Tesco value (the cheapest) frozen chips and put into the fryer made me wish I'd just gone to Tesco myself. The food wasn't anything special either.

Disgusting! My wife put her chicken kebab straight in the bin as she took 1 bite of the meat and it was rubbery no naan bread. I ordered a large mixed kebab with naan bread again no naan bread donner meat was cold. Chicken was rubbery. Won't be using this take away again nor will I recommend it to anyone
