Avoid! Was waiting delivery for over 2 hours. Food so so(( The lamb from the picture not good at all and cost me £11. I thought it’s going to be something amazing as a starter for £11. Stay away!!!

Ordered a Chinese last night, came within 45 mins, food was really good, highly recommend.

Very bad experience. Waited over an hour for the food to be delivered cold. When calling to complain all I got was sorry we’re busy. The price of our food was 85.60. Not good enough and definitely won’t go back again.

Easily the best Chinese food I've ever had. Chicken balls crispy and full of breast, the ribs melted in our mouth, the rice and the noodles were done to perfection, and everything arrived steaming hot.

It's the first time ordering from Happy House, and I must say the food was very nice. We will be ordering from them again.

Happy house is definitely one of the nicest take seats in Barking and Dagenham for sure. Food is always delivered piping hot and the quality is good. Their ribs could be better but overall pretty decent. Give it a go

Ordered from here tonight. My husband ordered chopped chicken curry. He said that the texture was very weird. Upon cutting it open, we noticed pieces were raw. We called up to tell them, and they just said that we would get a free one with our next order. The rest of the food was actually fine, but just saying we will give you another one isn’t right, after potentially causing food poisoning to someone For some reason it’s not allowing me to upload my photos

Card only because you don't want to pay your taxes, this makes you apart of the problem. It's disgusting. And if your a believer of covid then you should take card to minimise touching something that could pass on the virus. But really you just avoided paying taxes for god knows how long. Card only shocking you told me poor form

Worst takeaway I've ever had i ordered the mixed dish of prawn toast,veg spring rolls spare ribs seaweed and chicken satay . The ribs and chicken satay were baked to the point where you couldn't eat them and the seaweed tasted like it had a bag of sugar sprinkled over it awful

squid very overcooked ,couldn't bite through the batter, it was like trying to eat rocks, dumplings burned black at the bottom, ribs overcooked and dry, chow meins greasy , its a shame that you have to give it a star rating to submit your comments, otherwise these would have got none

Beautiful food. The best pancake rolls ever! Batter nice on chicken balls, not thick and doughy. No old oil taste on anything. Can't wait to try other dishes now.

The worst food I've ever tasted the rice was tasteless and greasy the beef was bland and chewy and the Mongolian lamb I'm not even sure was lamb had a weird texture was burnt skin and fat which was absolutely disgusting the plum sauce was greasy and watery it all went in the bin never again will I order from here

Not one bit impressed with the service received.. Ordered online and when confirmation email came through the time and postcode was incorrect for my order. So I rang up to inform the kind lady of this error to which she informed me she had corrected. However, food arrived an hour early at the wrong time which was supposedly rectified and I do not even know where to begin with the delivery driver. I do question why they request an address and postcode when it clearly is ignored by the driver. He was beyond rude, impatient and extremely unprofessional when he phoned to say our address "did not exist".. After 20 minutes on the phone trying to direct him he eventually appeared from being only 3 minutes around the corner the whole time and continued with his unprofessional and rude behaviour. Highly disappointed and disgusted as the food is quite tasty from what I have just tasted, but based on the service alone I most definitely will not be re-ordering... ever!!!

I'm shocked at how terrible this was, how they have a food business at all is beyond me. Tasteless, ugly, crunchy, dry and greasy. Pretty much straight in the bin.

For the first time I found the food awful. The curry sauce was sweet ? The crispy shredded salt and chilli chicken wasn't shredded, wasnt crispy, was like chicken strips layed in chilli. The prawns in butter and garlic was more like prawns in watery garlic no butter taste at all. Really dissapointed guys. Sorry I'm usually a big fan of this Chinese- not sure what happened to night - but a waste of my money.

Delivered over 2 hrs after ordering. Told by staff that they "forgot" my order despite text message saying it was on route. They telephoned, after initial enquiry (1hr 15mins late) to tell me that food would be another 10mins after the 20mins originally promised. Husband informs me that they did this to him last year too! Food not even that great. Never again.

Food was very nice. We didn’t pick up from the restaurant so can’t rate that. Order was place at 19:44 and it was advertised as a wait time of 45-60 minutes. Once the order was placed, the estimated delivery time was 21:00 and then it didn’t arrive till 21:10. The “live chat” wasn’t particularly helpful or responsive.

Food was not what I expected. The spare ribs and chicken wings tasted completely different and I hated it. The fried rice was dry and plain. The crispy duck didn't have any crisp at all, just meat in sauce.

Guess I’m looking for a new Chinese! Ordered a few times and has been ok but tonight was a waste of £28! It’s expensive as it is but we had soggy chicken balls that weren’t cooked properly, soggy chips and in general just wasn’t enjoyed!

Not great. They forgot the bottle of coke I paid for, chicken balls were at least 60% batter (and over cooked at that) and my chow main was drier than eating a clump of mars (the planet not the chocolate) the worst Chinese I’ve had in a long time!

The delivery was fast 30 minutes 10/10 (£2.50) However the food was very poor. It has made me re evaluate previous orders. The satay sauce is poor and overly processed. 3/10 The duck fried rice was bland and boring, even after making it extra spicy. Not impressed. The duck was mushy and overly fatty, Yet it still lacked flavor. 3/10 the pancake roll was decent to be honest. mostly sprouts. 6/10 The Vermicelli was not bad, but lacked flavor 5/10. In my foodie opinion, based on the quality of my food the £15.90 bill should have been closer to £12
