I went out today with my family as i was looking to try something new and i have never been to this restaurant before, however i must say my experience today has been phenomenal. firstly i was greeted by a beautiful waitress and she was absolutely amazing right from the start till the end with her hospitality skills. food was next to none and my whole family enjoyed it along with some really nice baklava. Cant wait to come back again. Thank you Hanedan for such a great food and hospitality See you soon

Great food, always lovely and fresh and good sizes portions. We have recommended all of our friends to come to Hanedan over the other Turkish options in Borehamwood. We are regular customers and keep coming back for more.

Worst service ever, double charged me for my food, and than told me to go away, I have never been treated so badly in my life. Honesty would never recommend going here . Absolute rip of !

We have sat in and also has numerous takeaways now from Hanedan and each time have been impressed. Good portions and service is always pleasant and efficient. Would encourage others to give it a try!

We came to this restaurant on the first day after lockdown we were treated like celebrities! Cold starters on the house and Turkish rice pudding on the house. The lamb kofte was so amazing, delicious and succulent and the waitresses were warm and lovely. Honestly 100% would recommend a fantastic restaurant.

Ordered on Just Eat and the food was very tasty. Fresh and hot, would order again. Salad was yummy as well.

This has become my offices favourite place to eat. They have food that caters for all, great customer service skills, and food is great. As a company we have ordered here minium twice a week before lockdown. We have neve r been disappointed with our orders on takeaway and in eat. We always order for minimum of 6 people, and as many as up to 15 orders in one call, and they always privde quality food!! High recommend!

My takeaway menu said it would be around £20, I got charged £26. I only realised this after paying. Went back in, the takeaway menus there said £20, but they insisted it was £26. The takeaway menus were out of date, they said, even though they had dozens of these menus in the restaurant. The dine in menus said £26, so I’d been charged the dine in price, they were out of date as well. But they insisted I’d been charged the right price. No apology, no offer to repay the difference. So I was to believe that these new prices were a 30% price increase, really!? Dreadful. So if you order over the phone, check the price first. I felt I’d been ripped off here by unapologetic staff. Shame, as the food was really excellent.

The food was good, but... I ordered TWO tabule salads and only received ONE. So, when it was time to pay, I told the waiter that I only had ONE salad and to charge me for ONE only. He told me that he gave me TWO salads on ONE plate. On comparing the size of my salad to other people, and (now) from the photos online, I think he was dishonest to me. I cant be 100% sure. But it seems like I am right. I basically paid double for one salad.. Maybe it was an honest mistake, or maybe a way to pocket some money. Either way, if I order TWO salads, I would expect to get TWO plates and not ONE. I have never been in any restaurant (in London) in my life, where I order TWO of the same dish and get it as ONE portion on ONE plate. Apart from this, the food good.

Having forgotten about the current meal deal we found all the restaurants in the area full. We were lucky to find a place here and were rewarded with an excellent meal. Despite being busy the service was prompt and friendly. Safe dining experience. Varied Turkish menu to suit all tastes. The food was very tasty and well presented.
