Ordered chicken and chips.... Chips are cold. Later on that night a was sick. The staff said your chips aren't cold, why would I lie about that. It's not like I want free food from you because I won't be eating from here again. I Wouldn't feed it to my dog. Please don't waste your money here!x

They are on the high street, Tunstall. On my visit i placed my order and waited for it to be prepared. The place is big, well lit, but was empty. They mainly deal with takeaways, because there was nothing on display, so you have to choose from a menu, However the food was good, and the portion size was adequate. So can say they are worth a visit.

Shocking food cold when delivered and charged me £5 deliverer never use again

Ordered for the first time today and I found the chicken donor tasty as it was chicken breast in pitta with mayo. It was healthy. My partner enjoyed her prawn cocktail the only thing was that they forgot my chips which was rectified and they even gave us a free bottle of coke

Order tuck over one hour to come, when the food arrived it was cold and soggy. Missing a can of coke. Disappointed and waste of money.

Customer service is shocking. Order 2hours ago and only got half my order. Ring back to see where my kebab is and all of a sudden they can't hear me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ABSOULTE DYER

Ordered here a bit, can be a bit mixed on quality or volume of food but overall a pretty good takeaway. Recently ordered a Dr pepper with my meal on delivery but didn't recieve it in my order and by that time I noticed I couldn't be bothered to call back

Have been a customer for years but never again . 2 weeks in a row waited for order over 1 hr 45 mins and items missing from order despite being charged . Rang x 3 times for missing items and still waiting 2 hrs later told would be with me in 5 minutes and on next call an hr later that they would ring driver . Last order was told printer had malfunctioned and asked what website I had ordered from . Food was cold when it arrived feel.like quality and service has definitely deteriorated. Won't be ordering from again !!

If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely shocking customer service. Waited 2 hours 10 minutes for our order after ringing multiple times and getting absolutely nowhere. Staff were rude when asking for a refund which apparently they cant do if ordering online. Wont ever be ordering from here again that's for sure

Bought food from them a while ago, wasn’t to my liking.

After ordering 2 spicy burgers and chips we waited and the 40mins was up for delivery as I phoned them asking were the food was there excuse there short on driver's and be another 10mins anyway 10 mins went by and 15 and 20 still no food so at this point we waited nearly 1 hour and 30 mins for 2 spicy burgers and chips so again I phoned them asking were the food is they said it be 5 mins I said okay anyway 1 hour and 35 minutes later the food turned up and we sat down to eat and it wasn't a spicy burgers more like a Salt burger it wasn't very nice and they both went in the bin the only best part of that meal was the cans of pop won't be ordering from here again

Don't think I'll be rushing to go back anytime soon, the food wasn't great at all and barely warm.

I wish I could add a picture of my recent tray of side salad ha it was pathetic. But the rest of the meal was gorgeous as ever. 2nd time very disappointed with the food chicken raw close to bone none of the dressing that was asked for and find me one piece of tomato in the salad.

standards are slipping portions are getting smaller and the home cooked currys are taste-less and fresh ingredients are not used like stated

1st order from Hamza's. Order arrived not complete. Ordered Large got Small portion and the meat was VERY chewy. The worst I've ever had, It's in the bin.

Chips cold and like cardboard, chicken overcooked and burnt. they even asked me wait as they RAN OUT OF COOKED CHICKEN. Ended up waiting nearly 40 mins for 1pc of chicken supposedly couldn't issue refund as i had paid via card!

Food got here cold, we ignored the 3 out of 5 stars as we thought may av bin artificial reviews. Don't order from here if you want your stomach intact. We complained to the manager, and we got an offer for a free naan bread to compensate for a bad stomach and a cold delivery. do not order if ya want ya stomach in one piece. And thats if ya want a delivery guy lighting what looks and smells like a spliff outside ya drive. Otherwise enjoy lukewarm food

A young man pulled up outside my house, he began to roll and smoke, what looked like, a spilf. We did not order from there (thank god!) he just happened to pull up outside our house. He was also picking his nose. Disgusting behaviour when delivering food! Wouldn't order from here

We have ordered from here 3 times and every time the meals have been delightful! Friendly staff and good service. Definitely recommend the fillet burger and donner meat! Chips come out really good to! Will be ordering again :)

I ordered a pizza last night and I will not be ordering again. Was disgusting and greasy. I would give a 0 but not available.

Horrible experience. Cut all the onions in stores and delivered as a bowl of salad and charged me £6

The service was terrible. Made an collection order so it could be quicker but they took 40 mins preparing it. If you order from this place make sure you order a day before!

I would give zero if possible! Worst food I’ve ever had. Chicken was rock hard, couldn’t even get my fork in it! Asked for no tomatoes as I have an allergy and you guessed it, there was tomatoes! Really poorly tummy today and literally had two mouthfuls 🤨 Sent feedback but no response. AVOID AVOID AVOID I will certainly be contacting food standards agency!

Nice food usually order from here. But beware when you pay by online payment. They will do everything in their power to keep the money & not deliver the food.

Only one star because 0 isn't an option. I have been ordering from here for years and always loved the food. I rang the other day and they took my order even after they said they were closing, yet tonight I placed an online order before the website closed and got a phone call to say they were closed and wouldn't be delivering the order. Like I said I have been ordering from here for years and have always loved the food but my recent experiences have me taking my business elsewhere. The staff have been very rude recently as well, waste of time and money.

Prices go up every other week , shame that the food quality doesn't. Only thing good from here is a fillet burger. Wouldn't recommend the place even the staff look at you like you owe them something, don't seem very friendly.

Asked for lamb staff curry but came with potatoes in it which I didn’t ask. Also there were more potatoes than lamb pieces. Curry was so watery as the spinach water wasn’t dried off properly. Been using this takeaway for past 12 years and messed my last 2 orders. Never using them again! Very poor and most expensive takeaway in Tunstall.

Great take away with tasty foods

I ordered the chicken chargha and paratha for home delivery - it was extremely tasty and cooked right through. Nice and tender chicken and paratha was like home made. Great kachumar. Thank you! :D
