Our new favourite! Beautiful, fresh and delicious, this take away did not disappoint. Everything arrived hot and freshly made. You can certainly tell that lots of love and detail has gone into the dishes, even the garnishes are more of a lovely side salad, vibrant, fresh and finished with pickles. The chilli beef was the best I’ve had, super crispy and yummy! Ribs were amazing! Satay chicken was amazing! Our 7 year old loved the salt and pepper king prawns. This is the second time we’ve ordered (definitely not the last!) both times we’ve been left feeling satisfied and full but not bloated. Feels like a healthier choice than others. Highly recommend! :)

Great portions and food taste great. Moved to Byfleet 2 years ago from Wandsworth and have tried different places but just couldn’t find the quality. Finally Halong comes along and serves us great food.

We took a peek inside as we live nearby and the menu looked great. We’ve then ordered for the second time from this kitchen on Deliveroo and we realised it was them! The quality of the food is EXCELLENT and this place deserves a lot of recognition. In particular the Tempura Prawns, Duck Pancakes and Prawn Summer Rolls are our go to when we order. What a fantastic hidden gem we have in West Byfleet!

Great meal yesterday. Food was fantastic, really authentic and superb quality. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Staff were very friendly.

Have ordered a few takeaways from here (amazing each time) and decided to book their private room to dine in for a small party to celebrate an occasion. The manager (lovely woman to speak with!) who I didn't realise was a private chef herself and trained at culinary academy, so was happy to discuss alternative menu options with me- since some of my guests had been to Vietnam before and wanted to try some more regional and traditional dishes that weren't on their regular menu. I've had fabulous feedback from my friends this week about the experience, who loved the food and night altogether! It was quite nice to be able to watch the kitchen in action. Great place, very clean and tidy, friendly, will book the table again in the future.

Clearly having a very bad night. Red curry was a gloupy green mess and loaded with salt. Lettuce wraps the same and not assembled, again, very salty. Meal was cold. Mainly went in the bin. Very poor!

Great and timely customer service, ordered for collection which was all packed in ecofriendly containers (kudos!). Food itself was great, we had a set meal for 2 which had perfect portion sizes. Definitely ordering here again!

Exceptional quality food with clean flavours, by far the best I’ve had locally and more similar with standards you find in central London eateries. I ordered last night for my husband and three children, so we experienced a good breadth of the menu with a sample of different dishes. The menu was user-friendly and simple. I absolutely loved the salt & pepper prawns and Vietnamese spring rolls. I’ve had Vietnamese food before during work lunches in London, but this filling was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed the sweet and sour, Singapore noodles, and classic stir fry with prawns. The kids loved the ho fun noodles and although we also ordered side vegetable dishes, everything ate healthier with more vegetable variety and fresh ingredients, and less grease and heaviness. I did have to wait around an extra 10-15 minutes when collecting, but had a chat with the owner and it was clear that the food was being cooked from scratch and you could see into their open kitchen anyway. They seem really nice, passionate and knowledgeable about food, I’ve now followed them on Instagram, and she was explaining about their traditions since it’s family-run. Overall, I would definitely recommend and myself return for more meals. However, their prices are higher than a usual takeaway and there might be a wait. This was fine for us though, since the quality and taste was second-to-none and well worth it.

Our first take away from Halong Bay the food arrived on time freshly cooked, flavours to die for so highly recommend. The price would appear quite high BUT the food is stunning definitely top end restaurant quality and worth every penny will go back time and time again🤩

Hands down the best “takeaway” I’ve ever had…..period. Lovely shop vibe and nice seating area for 1 table if you ever wanted to eat in with family. Each dish was freshly prepared and absolutely perfect. Didn’t even get any pictures because we ate it too quickly lol. I would highly recommend to anyone.

First meal from Halong Bay Kitchen today and it was great. It was the best Chinese meal I have had in a long time.

Just had our first takeaway from here. Have to say the food was amazing and will be going there again. If unsure don't be, you won't be disappointed, outstanding food.

Menu is on the smaller side, however this is because they clearly focus on quality. We've had a few takeaways and each dish has been as good as it gets. Very fresh with great flavours and ingredients. We also liked the recyclable packaging.

We were having a House warming party for our new home following a move from Dartnell Park, West Byfleet to Weybridge. Had a chat to Mylinh about the possibilities of catering for 24 hungry people. She created a menu and costings, planned presentation and delivery. All who attended commented on the exceptional variety, taste and quality of our food. The evening went with a swing. Got us off to a great start. If you have never had Vietnamese food or want advice for an event, go and see Mylinh. You will NOT be disappointed . Dottie andDes

The best takeaway ever! The food is so light and fresh but full of flavour!

We had take away few times now and we deffinely going to have more in the future. Lovely tasty food and lovely friendly staff 5* from us!

The chargrilled pork bun noodles are delicious!

We ordered from Halong Bay after walking past it a few days previous. The ordering process over the phone was very easy (online process also appears to be a good method!), and pick up was straight forward. The owner was really friendly, explaining that her parents do the cooking, and boy is the food good! Really authentic and tasty, and a great mix of different things to eat. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be ordering from there again!

Really tasty. Very impressed with this new addition to Byfleet Village. Food was slightly delayed but that's fair enough as the kitchen is finding its feet. Important thing was the quality of food - really great. We had the 2 person sharing meal. Customer service was also excellent. Takeaway containers are also recyclable rather than the traditional single use plastic containers. All round 5*.
