Starters were lovely and so was the bread and chilli etc they provide to begin with. Main meal was okay not the best however sadly service was very poor waiter was very stroppy and got annoyed when we asked for the chops to be cooked a little more even though we asked for them to be extra well done to begin with. Not rushing back here

I ordered the ali nazik lamb. The meat was so tender and paired well with the garlicky yogurt and roasted vegetables. As always came with complimentary teas at the end of the meal. The service was a little slow it was towards 9pm when we were seated and the restaurant was still busy so it’s understandable that the waiters had many customers to tend to. I would still recommend this restaurant. AND their ready manti servings are lovely too definitely worth the visit!

Hala did a wonderful job of taking care of me and my family. We asked to book one of their family areas which they graciously accepted. Soon as we arrived, we were given the usual bread but it was hot, soft and seasoned which we could dip in the free cold mezze they gave us along with chilli sauce and tzatziki and salad. Those of us who arrived before others were ravenous and inhaled all this. The rest arrived and we ordered the Hala special platter as well as the platter for 2 along with chips and the seabass dish. I couldn't fault the taste of any of the food put in front of me - absolutely slapped. My only criticism is that they loaded the platters with bread more so than the bulgur or rice and there was no doner in any of the platters which is what I'm used to seeing. This is a shame because with the Hala special coming in at £109 - some doner meat on there with more bulgur and rice would have made it the perfect platter. The presentation was amazing otherwise and everyone was satisfied with their meal. The seabass was crispy, delicious and lightly seasoned and served with buttered vegetables. I would come back 100 times over.

Top Quality Turkish cuisine. Hala has a good selection of grilled dishes to choose from. We selected a grilled lamb platter and a grilled chicken plater both were excellent as was the portion sizes. The salad and breads pre meal were fresh and delicious. The service was attentive. I normally go to one of Hala's rivals on the same road when I go for turkish food who are also excellent. I will say that Hala are probably slightly better because of the options on the menu. See you again soon.

First off. Presentation 10 / 10. Staff 30 / 10. Erkan, Stella, Ali, Alketa & Samet were absolutely UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING. Large, spacious, amazing facilities for anyone with mobility issues. The food - ordered mix Lamb and chicken with rice, turkish pizza, (Chips - we are northern after all), Latte and Turkish tea. WOW. WOW. WOW. Definite must. 3 of us under £100. Thank you so much HALA.

The best Turkish food spot around Hala offers the best food at the best prices. The food is fresh and packing with flavour along with their deserts. Abbas is the perfect host! He was very attentive to us and made sure that everything was on point.

Fantastic food - I tried the lentil soup and feta pide, and it ended up being the best remedy for a cold, rainy day. The complimentary appetisers included hot bread, salads, dips and pickled vegetables. Huge spread - I've never seen a complimentary set of food to be this big. The service was attentive and quickly cleared the table from unnecessary or empty plates. Tip: it's super popular so if you are coming after 6pm, get ready to queue (or book a table ahead!).

I went to this district specifically to go to the sky, but then I realized that I sat in the wrong place, but there was no need. Everything I ate was very nice and delicious, I just had the lahmacun packaged to take home, but the packaging was very bad, there is no need to make such delicious food and waste it with bad packaging, good luck, but it is beneficial to pack it in boxes.

I’ve been to this Hala restaurant many times with my family, and the staff were always very friendly. However, my experience today was completely different. There was an entirely new staff, and the service was extremely poor. We had to call the waiter multiple times because they kept forgetting our requests. The chili sauce was off, and when we informed the waiter, he dismissed it and said it was fine. When asked to check, the sauce had a terrible smell, yet he couldn’t be bothered to replace it. On top of that, they completely forgot to serve our desserts. The overall service was awful, and the waiter was incredibly rude. This was very disappointing, especially given my past positive experiences. Unfortunately, after today, I won’t be returning.

The food was so good. I ordered take away. The lamb guvenc dish was specifically for my son. It would be better if you do not include those green spicy peppers. People can always add them themselves if they like spicy.

La comida es muy sabrosa y fresca, pero el costo de la comida vs el tamaño de la porción es un problema. Las porciones se han vuelto más pequeñas: un buen grupo de 2 personas está bien para compartir los entrantes 3 personas, no obtiene más comida. Las porciones pequeñas de pollo / cordero son muy pequeñas ahora. Pedimos patatas fritas, pero no pagamos por ellas, ya que la porción era tan pequeña. Es una lástima, ya que la comida es muy buena, pero van a empezar a posponer a los clientes. No lo intentaré de nuevo por un tiempo

This is by far the best Turkish restaurant I've come across in London, my partner and I drive 1hr+ just to come here. I've been to many Turkish restaurants both in London and Turkey and Hala tops everything - the only one that can compare to restaurants in Turkey. If anyone ever asks for a Turkish restaurant recommendation I always suggest Hala, the food is amazing (best Turkish breakfast) and the waiters are always so welcoming and kind. Don't forget to buy their manti!

I visited here the other day for my birthday and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were very attentive and friendly as well as the food and drinks being delivered quickly and to an amazing standard. The atmosphere and interior was also lovely. This was one of my favourite restaurants that I’ve visited in a while and they ensured I had a great time. A must visit!!!

Lugar encantador, absolutamente increíble comida turca, en particular el lahmacun! Yo tenía el Manti y nosotros también el pollo. El manti fue hecho como el de mi abuela, pero ligeramente dominado por la salsa en la parte superior - todavía muy agradable! La salsa lo hace grasiento cuando suele ser un plato mucho más ligero. El shish de pollo estaba delicioso. El lahmacun sin embargo era un showtopper y vendría aquí una y otra vez solo por eso. Tan crujiente y mejor que la mayoría de los lugares en Estambul La ensalada y el té de cortesía es un toque súper agradable y hizo de esta experiencia 5 estrellas 🎉 (lo defo calificaría más alto si pudiera)

The taste of every dish was just like in Turkey. We went as a group of friends from four different countries. All my friends mentioned how hospitable the place was and found the food absolutely delicious. Moreover, the prices were very reasonable compared to other places. The service and attention were excellent. I definitely recommend it. Many thanks to Mr. Abbas; we’ll definitely be back! :)

Hala is one of my favourite restaurants in London. Gorgeous breakfast and amazing service. Can never go wrong here.

Their food is not bad but the service is too slow and their prices are ridiculously expensive. They lost their touch in service and there are many good Turkish restaurants in Green Lanes with better service and quality. A person shouldn't be waiting to be served half an hour and pay 30 GBP for a simple kebab. Also their waiters and waitresses see you waving and you want service, look into your eyes and turn their heads around. Maybe pay better to your waitress and waiters so they don't pretend like working.

Hands down best quality authentic Turkish food in London. Tastiest foods of hala include lahmacun, gözleme, İskender kebab, künefe and manti. Everything I’ve ever had here was incredible and they’re so generous with their portions and the service is always top notch. Every time I’m asked by friends to recommend a good turkish restaurant I always say Hala.

Our only address for Sunday breakfast. The service is always very good and friendly. We love the breakfast but the other dishes we try are also delicious. The place is always clean and the atmosphere is relaxed.

The 29th of November, I went to this amazing restaurant with some friends for dinner. Given that some of its walls are embellished with flowers and LED lights, which provide for a great background for a striking shot, the restaurant has a very modern architectural design. In addition, the meal is amazing; In my opinion, the meat they serve is of excellent quality, and I heartily suggest it to everyone who enjoys lamb. This is my second visit to the restaurant, and the customer service is excellent as they greet you warmly and with a warm grin as soon as you walk through the door. To everyone who want to enjoy a really delicious Turkish cuisine, I heartily suggest it.

Excellent Turkish food, one of my favorite restaurants, generous portions, possibility to choose between small or large, the chocolate tile dessert was a fairytale!! A little expensive, only flaw!

I wanted to find a special place for a traditional Turkish breakfast . This place was perfect - family friendly, authentic , home made food ( the yogurt and break and kaymak all made in house ) tea was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely . All The staff were friendly and helpful - would 100% recommend a trip here even if it is out of your way !

I suffered of stomachs refluxed of HOT STARTER LAMB RIVER ( ARNAVUT CIGERI ) I don’t know really know what was that but never recommend that. It gave me heart burn all night and nothing didn’t work reniee or anything else. Do not eat ARNAVUT CIGER

The meat was like rubber, the other products were the same, the quality was not worth the money, the service and the staff were very helpful, I thank them, but the food and price performance was zero, I would not recommend it, there were no drinks or anything, the bill for two people is 100 pounds.

This morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in this cosy restaurant. Excellent quality/price and the service is more than excellent. Very welcoming staff who make you want to come back soon. Food is overrated and too expensive, the service is horrible. You have to wait for hours to get a decent service. The only thing good about this restaurant is their yoghurt pacha soup. That's it.
