Haidilao Hot Pot Birmingham in Birmingham

We were passing by and my young son wanted to say hello to the staff as he was intrigued by the decorations outside the restaurant. The manager on duty was lovely, she spoke to my son and gave him a free candy floss! We had already eaten so didn’t go in for food but the customer service we received not even being customers has definitely shown the standards set and we will definitely be making a trip soon to try this restaurant for the first time. We wanted to write a review to just thank the manager (we weren’t able to catch her name) for being so kind to our son which she did not have to do!

Good experience. Both the service, the food and the surroundings are the same as domestic and make me feel being home. So love it.

First time here and came by chance to try the hotpot. Attentive and great customer service. Needed this especially if it is your first time to help with food selection and making up the condiments. Fun for the kids, robot waiter, noodle making demonstration at your table if you ordered the dish. Very clean restaurant and this is the same for the toilets which also have heated seats. Kids happy with the food, free toy and ice cream 😃
