The most stunning venue.. the gravel drive is impressive and the shear opulence has that wow factor.. you could be in another country... the interior decor is just beautiful.. 10/10 if you are looking for an alternative style venue.. breath taking

I have had a disappointing experience with this venue, first customer service was awful. I had been told by Elena that a certain date was held for me to book with them. They told me they would not give this date to anyone without confirmation and that they would hold that exact date for me but when I was ready to book with them they had already given the date that I asked them to hold to someone else without letting me know! To make things worse they refused to address my concerns or offer any sort of solution. Ive never felt more ignored as a customer and she also threatened to put the phone down on me! I definitely won’t recommend this venue to anyone definitely not trust worthy!!!!

Expensive, overpriced for what it is.

Ive been trying for several months to contact these to arrange a day for a wedding at the venue and stilll no answer does anybody know how to get through????

Being here gives you a feeling that you are in another country! Extremely nice venue. Beautiful and well designed. Can not wait to see what they do with the upstairs bit. The music wasn't good but the atmosphere was very chilled, laid back, and went perfectly with how the venue looks. I couldn't normally stay in a bar if I didn't like the music but had no problem staying here it was very chilled and cosy. I was sat looking around in amazement as I couldn't find anything I could criticise other than drinks being abit expensive (they don't use pumps for mixers only bottled drinks. Small glass bottle of Coke cost £2.75) And even so I felt like it was worth the money as it is a really nice venue. Enjoyed my time there and would be regularly coming down for a chilled night 🤌🏾 I would like any management to get in touch with me regarding hosting an event at the venue Spring time next year.

Hidden away cosy and entertainment was brilliant. Bit expensive for where it is though

Beautifully decorated for Christmas with lots of fire including fire dancers.

It's like a little oasis with lovely food and live music, great for meeting family and friends

Fantastic place amazing staff needs more advertising as you would not no it was there the place was diffrent not just a pizza drive in this was amazing with a good menu to suite everybody

First time at haelo mansion yesterday and what a day it was absolutely brilliant foods beautiful staff really lovely I payed 35 for unlimited cocktails 2 hrs also food included well worth the money definitely be going back

This is a great place. Live music most Fridays and Saturdays, good food which is also great value and very friendly, professional hosts who are keen for feedback in order to please. I wish them well. Come and enjoy!

Omg had so much fun in this tucked away gem!! Live music bubbly happy staff and a great atmosphere I couldn't ask for more. I didn't eat but the food looked delicious and the cocktails were strong. Stylish surroundings and great weather made for a fab Friday night of dancing and singing

I wanted to go for a meal on Monday 28/06 as its my birthday. They're closed on Mondays, so I went tonight 27/06 instead. When I turned up at 7 (bearing in mind that the website says they serve until 9pm) the woman looked at me gone out and asked if she could help? I said wanted to order takeout and they'd stopped serving at 7pm with no sign or reasoning. Very frustrated.

Great atmosphere - all outdoor seating at the moment, we came on a lovely day and the weather made it feel like we were on sunny Spain! Lovely staff and the food is delicious! Definitely recommend.

The place is lovely, but there aren't enough staff on and service is very, very slow. Took at least 50 minutes to get our first drink. There's no app to order on or anything either, you have to wait for the waitress. On the plus side, the pizza was excellent.

Went there with family. Nice place fab food and reasonable prices. When this opens up fully it will be a brilliant venue. Hope to go back once lockdown has lifted a bit more and the place is in full swing.

Hidden gem - food is outstanding.

Really nice freshly cooked takeaway pizza while you wait. This place is good now. Can't wait for it to fully reopen. Can imagine it will be great.

Had our first visit today and we were truly amazed. The quality of the food is excellent, the portions present real value for money. We tried the burgers and the pizza both were wonderful. We will definitely be back!

This is an absolute hidden foodie gem, so nice the venue n the pizzas are amazin , plus triple cooked chips , cant speak more highly about here 10 outta 5 stars
