H2GO in Scottish Borders

Should have paid more attention to the bad reviews. Don't waste your money. Food came 1 hour late, after 3 phone calls and being lied to. They eventually just stopped answering the phone. Finally arrived and was awful. Soggy burger, soggy 'loaded' fries resembled something that you would expect to be handed at a carnival. Flavourless pasta. Pizza was ok to be fair. Outrageously bad for the money.

This was one of the worst takeaways I have ever had. Requests were ignored, and what turned up I wouldn't even have fed to my dog. The food was either burnt or appeared to be undercooked, and everything tasted horrible. The chips were bland as well as feeling and tasting like they had been reheated. Absolutely vile.

First time ordering and won't be last. Burger was great tho I'm no keen on the caramelised onions (my brain read fried onions) Fries were roasting Quick delivery Def a bonus to Gala

I ordered from here online, after ordering I saw a few bad reviews and got nervous but food showed up 20 minutes after placing the order, delivery man was friendly, and the food was amazing and still hot very filling and tasty

***I only order via just eat or websites, even though it says they're open and can deliver. The order was never confirmed after I placed it, as if they ignored it, then later refunded me.*** In closing, website doesn't actually work, poor service.

Bad food, bad service, they are just in it for the money, I would rate the hole even lower if I could

Waited over 1.5 hours and when I called they said we will just do it for you now. Paid for a bacon cheese burger with no salad and it turns up with salad no cheese and no bacon 😂

Unfortunately it wouldn't allow me to make it 0 stars for this review. Never order a pizza from here! It was seriously uncooked and just overall shocking. What the hell is that cheese topping 😂 won't be coming back for more thats for sure.

Amazing. Much bigger portions than expected. We got loaded fries delivered. Had issue with the website saying they were closed for lunch but when we phoned the very helpful man assured us we could get lunch delivered. And was delivered in good time

The food is okay, its not quite like other restaurants such as Piccolino etc. But the quality is OK. The pricing is a little on the higher end for what you recieve. Which has put me off. If I'm paying £25 per head for a main meal and a couple of bottles of alcohol I'm expecting top service and quality. Long story short. Good food, very pricey.

This was the last straw, H2GO Galashiels has been getting steadily worse as time has gone by, and now we shall not be ordering again, the food once again was cold, wrong, and inedible. the person we spoke to on the phone. (male-middle aged-Indian accent) This man was not helpful, he was rude and obnoxious, and now i have a refund in CREDIT for use ONLY on Justeat, i cant remove it, i can do nothing, and all because (SOMEONE ^) decided to sent his driver out with too many deliveries, making him late, and everyones food cold

DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE! RACIST, DRUNK, LATE, EXTREMELY BAD CHEF. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had. We booked a table for 8pm on a Tuesday night, arrived and had to wait 1 hour for the chef to arrive. When he did he was drunk and stank of alcohol. We asked for a peppermint tea which was on the menu but they had none. We asked for a green tea instead.. we were then told they didn't have any of the teas in stock apart from a breakfast tea. We stuck with tap water.The orders had items missing which we had to request. We also had to request salt and pepper. The pastas were undercooked and tasteless and the nachos dry. After being asked how the food was we explained our disappointment. The chef insisted that the pasta was supposed to have a "crunch" as it was al denete... it was more than al dente. We were offered a remake but after wating so long and seeing the Chef in his state of drunkenness declined. We couldnt finish our meal because they were so bad. When it came to paying the £21 bill we requested a 50% price reduction on both pastas. The chef only agreed to give us a discount on one of them and went on to state "I don't know where you come from but here you can't go and eat somewhere and pay half" I am black and my friend is mixed race. My friend in dismay handed the chef £11 and left the chef continued to ramble on saying he could call the police etc etc. I, tired of hearing his excuses decided to pay £7 which he requested. Even with the discount of 50% on 1 pasta which was £8 I should have only paid £6 extra to add to the £11. This just shows how drunk he was. I left very upset, frustrated and feeling robbed. About an hour after leaving both my friend and I were sick and had extremely sore stomachs. DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE.

very good food. service issues but the owner was receptive to criticism and I would happy to try again. 5 star for food 2-3 for service

The worst delivery service ever 2:30. After an hour and a half phoned again and was told it was just leaving an hour later it turned up cold and the chicken was like leather...... NEVER AGAIN !!

We were a party of 12. Food was great and service was outstanding. Can't understand why this place is so quiet

Risotto was totally tasteless, and the onion was raw in it.

Well worth a visit... Very welcoming
