I don’t like it when they say it’ll be delivered in25 mins but then keep changing the time to make it longer. It basically means they can say anything but take hours if they want to.

Gorgeous food as usual and piping hot.

My new favorite chinese takeaway spot.The food is amazing. lady in the reception is very sweet and kind. Service is very quick. food quality and quantity is absolutely worth the money! Good value for money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I stupidly didn't check reviews. the beef was untenderised chewy tasted awful couldnt eat it spat the lot out on my tray. terrible.why send food out like that? your expensive and you send inedible meat out ? check reviews after this is common problem yet still you do nothing about it ?? how embarrassing a chinese that cannot tenderise it's beef ? you should close down because even i could send better chinese food out than you. the ribs are like chewing wallpaper and fat all over them. can't believe I payed 50 quid for this cack. beef green pepper was bland and beef was like paper thin. never ordering again from here

Everything was really nice. The portions were decent sizes, it was all piping hot when it arrived, and hands down the best prawn toast I’ve ever head! No complaints at all.

Read this if fancy Duck chow mein- DO NOT order this as i’ve been very surprised when arrived. It is vermicelli not the thick noodles and very very salty and tasteless. Trust me I’m a noodles fan but this was one of the worse. Sorry guys but you really need to improve you recipe ✌️

said on the delivery time between 15-30mins, was an hour and 10 minutes late, and was missing items. it took the delivery driver over half an hour to get here, so it was her fault to be fair, food was sweaty and then cold and she was missing the drinks, Thanks hun. 😊

1st time ordering from here and wow found a winner 🏆 salt pepper chicken and chips amazing perfect fried rice unlike others were they look white as ghost 🤣 this was soooo nice kids enjoyed it and there nuggets will order again chefs kiss from me 💋

Love the mini meals served at lunch times. Curry, chicken and chips really nice. Also, try the fish cakes and scallops with loads of salt and vinegar. Edit - No longer open at lunch time which is a great pity for me as I only visit Liverpool every few weeks.

came roasting hot and good flavour, only issue was i ordered duck spring rolls and they were literally just vegetable not a bit of duck meat or hoisin in sight. other than that, absolutely unreal 10/10 smash

Can’t fault delivery or portion sizes, but the crispy sweet CHILLI beef tasted as far from sweet chilli then you can imagine, no taste whatsoever and not a hint of chilli. Fried rice was drenched in soy sauce that’s all I could taste very overpowering. Chips were sound.

Ordered from here before and it's always been nice. This whole order was disgusting all went in the bin, the fish was complete mush inside and meat was like rubber

3 pieces of char siu does not a Yeung Chow Fried Rice make. Had to play spot the prawn, too. The whole thing was padded out with that awful salty ham that some places use, which I've never before had in a Yeung Chow. Shame you ruined this as the rice base was decent, nice amount of egg too. But I essentially ended up with a ham fried rice which thanks to the ham was over the top with the salt levels. Do it properly and you've got a decent fried rice. This isn't it.

Enjoyed our meals. Only 4* because would like to be able to order mains without rice or chips, portions are so big we only used 1 rice between 3 of us

Have been using this chippy for a long, but just recently seen a decline in quality of food. Just ordered and received ourbusual meals of sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and chicken Foo young with chips. The chips were warm ups, the foo Young was dry as a bone, the fried rice was cold and the sauce was that cheap horrible red stuff. Definitely Ggone down hill, safe to safe won't be using them again, have called and told them allow they didn't seem that bothered..!!

Food didn’t turn up until 40 minutes past delivery time. From when the driver left the restaurant with the food he must of stopped by his mates for a spliff because it was freezing by the time he got here. Quality of the food was terrible also. Didn’t look the slightest bit appetising. Called up to ask where the food was, “he left hour ago” all I was told. Couldn’t tell me where he was or if he was even coming, I asked cant you call him. Consuming such greasy fare left my stomach in turmoil. Despite the seemingly high ratings and positive reviews, my experience tells a different story. If I were in the top management, I would urgently overhaul this dish, starting with a reassessment of the cooking oil and securing the services of a more skilled chef to handle the preparation of the fish and chips. While the price may be tolerable, the taste and odor require extensive improvement. A meager rating of 1 out of 5 is more than justified for this abysmal experience. I strongly discourage anyone from subjecting themselves to the fish and chips meal at this restaurant! I apologize for the need to provide this review, but it is essential to convey the truth.

Great food, great owners! Ordered delivery and my girlfriend has a nut allergy. They ensured all precautions were taken and even gave information on what the did! Put our minds at ease as you can imagine. Food brilliant and no issues at all.

Delivered quickly by the cutest little delivery man (little boy about age 7ish?) but that’s unfortunately the best part. The food was terrible. Rice was stodgy and greasy, crispy chilli beef wasn’t the slightest bit crispy it was like jelly. Even the chips looked anemic. Everything was awful we didn’t eat it and it went in the bin. Really disappointed as only tried it because the recent review were so good, guessing these are may be false/from people in the business itself.
