Lovely takeaway from here this evening, quite a large order for family get together, everyone enjoyed their food. Crispy chilli beef 😋

Ordered food took money took phone off hook now I'm cooking dinner at 10 bells too feed family not happy

Pathetic, ordered 5.15 on a Friday and received a email confirmation. Realised when it got to half 7 it wasn’t coming. Can’t get through to them on phone, never again

Ordered and the delivery took nearly two hours. Wouldn’t have minded but the food turned up stone cold. I rang to politely tell the restaurant hwas called a liar and verbally abused. Was told the driver would come back to collect the food. She did. And she proceeded to get the noodle (which were at the bottom of the bag) and pour them all over my doormat - I rang the restaurant to inform them and they didn’t even pick the phone up. The ring doorbell footage will be going to trading standards and food hygiene. To add insult to injury they won’t even provide a refund

Chips aren't even chippy chips hahaha just got home and they're oven chips. Just lashed them in the bin

Full of flavour, hot food, great portions, and the chicken is always good. Speedy delivery also! Second time I've ordered from here now whilst staying in Liverpool. Definitely on my list of favourite take aways!

Have had lots of meals delivered from Gui Garden, never had a problem until this evening. I ordered a meal for 2 of us to be delivered at 07.00pm, a delivery driver arrived around 05.30pm with the meal. I told her that I had ordered for 07.00pm delivery. Ok says she and off her and the driver go. At 06.55pm they return with my meal, at which point my wife asked if it was fresh? And she and the driver said it was a "fresh meal". Unfortunately when we took it out of the bag, it was obviously not fresh - the paper wrapping was soggy and the condensation in the bag was enormous, a lot more than if they had just come from the shop, it was also not very warm. I'm sorry Gui garden that is the last meal I will order from yourselves.

Staff are friendly and the food is ok

Got the £10.90 salt & pepper combo. It was so salty that i couldn’t finish it. Make me feel a bit sick afterwards to be honest.

Annoying when you phone somewhere and ask for them to not include certain things and then it turns up with those things in. Picked mine out but the mrs didn't even eat hers. Dissapointed

No fries that we ordered, food very spicy but not tasty. I like very spicy foods, but here they are tasteless. Crispy chicken is not meat, it's a hard stick.

Shocking delivery time worst ever on an online ap and no call back or indication of the order being late, tried to call restaurant but just engaged, obviously taken phone off the hook!…at least let your customers know….…never again……all on Uber east aswell……….ok taking your money 😡😡

I ordered crispy duck 5 sui mai chips and curry Won ton nooddle soup for one person. Huge porsions and really good tasted. Duck was very crispy as I like it. Delivered in 20 minnot too long in waiting.

Ordered Sui Mai which was a good portion but nothing like Sui Mai I had had before. Large portion with meaty contents but lacking flavour. Main meal of chips rice and mixed meat ginger was again great sized portions but again lacking flavoured or spice.. Great value but over all disappointing

3 of the past 5 orders from here have came without the drinks we paid for via just eat, daylight robbery. When you phone up no one answers, or deliver driver tries to fob you off, promising to return with the forgotten items. Sick of this now. Read your orders properly, or dont bother !!!

Customer service is awful!! A scouser girl answered the phone and i only asked simple question as i am having problem with just eat app. I am speaking perfectly fine on the phone and she goes “ what?!” Typical scouser. Girl on the line was rude, abrupt and put the phone down.

Worst scran I’ve ever had, im paying for it now on the sh!tter. I orderd a salt and pepper box and the chicken looked fossilised I couldn’t even tell that it was chicken. They put pork ribs in there which is haram that I didn’t ask for and they looked like thry had be re-heated. Wouldn’t even feed it to my dog!

Took my order on Ubereats then cancelled it without letting me know! I waited an hour and only realized when I went on to check where it was. Absolute joke!

Bought fish and chips from there tonight, and for £6 was absolutely awful, fish was well over done, and the fish and chips were clearly cooked in dirty fat, the fat was also dripping of the fish. Never again.

Ordered a meal and starter on Saturday night for one person on line, after 15 minutes a text saying order cancelled. So a £10 order to be delivered a mile and a half is not worth it to them. And they say give business's your business to keep them going !!!!! Thanks gui garden got a better meal from a lovely Chinese, which I will always use in the future as my money is important to them and cheaper Gave one star as that is as low as I could give

Got a puarr scran from this establishment Its got some of the puarrrest salt & pepper chicken wings the world has to offer. Also got special fu yung which was a puarrr belter Double defos goin again

Ordered Special Chow Mein , Yeung Chow Fried Rice, Fish, chips and a sausage ... there was absolutely nothing special about any of it ... the meat in the chow mein looked and tasted like it had been boiled to death ... with what looked like a LOAD of tinned spam thrown on the top of a load of dead greasy noodles .. rice was the same ..only dry and full of spam...and at least half of the FROZEN greasy chips had been cooked at least twice 🤮

Cannot stress enough how poor quality this is. Waited 2 hours for delivery, food got here soggy, warm and tasteless! I’m sorry I had high hopes but after tonight’s events they are in the gutter!

Absolutely beyond a joke ordered over 2.5hrs ago still not here.

Waiting over hour and half for delivery and when calling them to find out they said its ready to go just waiting for the driver. Arrived 40 mins later and was soggy and disgusting so had clearly been sitting around for at least halfhour. Didn't even answer the phone when trying to complain. Disgusting do not use

Had special fried rice... nothing special about it. Rice was hard and dry. Flavour was bland, tiny peices of meat, no prawns awfull meal if i say so. Only good thing was it was a big portion. Never again

Wait ages for food to come, when it does come sometimes it's cold, and the sweet n sour chicken from here is always dead vingerer y. Staff are nice but food is not up to stracth

This place is just excellent, very clean inside and well organized. The food we had tonight was just wonderful, will most certainly be returning.

This place is a joke , ordered food , waited an hour which is fine , rings up just to check was it on its way , was told it was , turned up an hour later , freezing cold and looked like it had been dropped on the floor , rang up to complain and the owner says on the phone , what do you want me to do about it now , I’ll never use again

Didn’t get the pleasure of eating the food didn’t arrive after waiting 2 hours so we cancelled the order, think we got off lightly after checking the food hygiene rating and reading reviews. DONT BOtHER ORDERING poor customer service and after reading reviews food is awful also.

If I could give extra stars I would! Fantastic food, great prices! Not many places that can beat this one! Staff are polite and friendly! And the place is spotless! Highly Recommended, I've tried other places and been disappointed, never with Gui Garden

Service: 5 stars, These guys are fantastic and friendly, they forgot my spring rolls and called me just after I left to tell me which I think was a great little gesture. Food: 4 stars, Hard to fault this, but I have had some incredible Chinese meals before. While this is by no means a bad meal, (it is excellent infact) it just isn't exceptional which is a term reserved for only a few Chinese dining establishments.

Bought a special curry recently and asked for no mushrooms. As well as taking out the mushrooms the added a whole onion as filler, probably to disguise the fact that the meal only had 5 pieces of meat and no prawns. This an over priced, over rated chippy with staff who are full of themselves. First and last time I'll go there

My partner and I have ordered from here several times trying something different every time! I've got to say from the get go that the salt&pepper chips from here are the business - spot on! No issues with delivery at all - sometimes you wait - that's life! We've had the dim sum a few times and the sui mai are big and delicious. Duck ginger spring onion - deep fried crispy beef - spring rolls - chicken curry are all good. The ribs are to die for - literally! Loads to choose from here. Yup - great chippy!

Ordered food at 6:30pm, came at 9:00pm.

Probably the best Chinese take away in Liverpool. I have been to many and nothing trumps this one. If you want a delivery it will take a while, just because it's so good and therefore busy, however if you go in store to order it doesn't take long at all.

Food is nice but tonight after being told the delivery time would be an hour I am still waiting for our meals 1 hour and 45 minutes later!
