Grill King Rutherglen in South Lanarkshire

Food was fantastic, but there the language barrier it was difficult to convey what it was effectively with the lads working there.

Prices went up but food quality didn't so not worth it. I arrived 3 minutes after selected time and they hasa go at me and I felt threatened by them. Used to be nice guys but don't know who these new ones are. Don't order from here.

New Lebanese owners since the past few weeks. Not an Indian restaurant anymore. Very friendly and served with a smile. I had a lamb sheesh kofta rolled in a thin bread. They are in the process of updating Google to change the menu.

Gave up with the place now. Can't get an order right. Tried it now 4 times and everytime something missing or wrong and not great quality either. Gave them 4 chances at different items and never what you ask for. Nobpoint to the order comments box at all coz its always ignored just as well it wasn't allergies.

Got some chips with curry sauce just now on my way home from work. The curry sauce is more like a spicy, warming butternut squash soup. On chips it's a bit weird tho, not really what I expected, and they didn't really go well together. I'd totally pay for this as soup with some flatbread on the side, I think it would easily be a hit at a posh café, so do keep it on the menu 😉

Tandoori mixed grill was amazing. I’m no stranger to A mixed grill but tonight’s was the best I’ve had. Lamb was so tender and melted in your mouth. Chicken fell off the bone and was so tasty. Lovely.

Nice food but when getting a take away the sauce alwAys bursts over the bag

Ordered food for my son's 21st birthday buffet and it was lovely. Jaz was very helpful with ordering process and on the night the food was delivered as promised at the time we required, all still piping hot. Many of the guests commented on how lovely the food was. Would recommend Grill King for your buffet needs or just for a evening carry out.

Who put the slugs in my salad? After a long day working for the NHS, I’d ordered a curry to round the day off nicely. This was the first box I’d opened looking for the pakora and I honestly jumped out my skin. Have you seen a worse looking salad in your life? This salad is in a worse state than the NHS.

Amazing owner and the quality of food is top notch

Today we had 2 different Indian meals and there were soooo delicious. The size of it were more then enough and we got an extra appetizer for free. We really can recommend this place!

Very rude and ignores customers. Their website said it had a promotion but they wouldn’t honour it saying it had finished.

Very disappointing indeed. Just ordered a King Shish Kebab and a King Chicken Kebab online. Picked them up and got home to discover that the King Chicken was actually a King Chicken Tikka (which is also available on the menu). I called to let them know and was told that they are the same thing and the chap insisted I had been given the right order. This is absolutely not the case and it has gone in the bin. I was also given raita instead of garlic mayo and the chap, in broken English, insisted in was right. 2 stars because my partner said his was ok. Very disappointing and ruined Friday evening.
