Grill It Stafford Road I just had to provide an update on my experiences at Grill It! Since my last review, I've been back a further two times, and I can honestly say that the food has been nothing short of outstanding each time. The moment the dishes arrive, I find myself eagerly anticipating that first bite. Everything comes out piping hot and bursting with flavour, which adds to the overall dining experience. They definitely take dietary needs into account, ensuring there’s something delicious for everyone. Also, I’ve noticed they’ve really nailed their delivery service and in-house dining, making everything run smoothly. I can’t wait to visit again! I loved going to this place, HOWEVER since doing Uber eats the service has gone done hill. They focus on their deliveries and not the customers eating in. The food came out cold and then when complaining they changed it and sent out a virtually empty wrap with the wrong sauce. They also missed one of my orders and we waited a further 30 minutes. I would not recommend this place. It gone from good 9 to a 3.5 at a push.

Very busy at times but food is always good. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare, both car parks are a bit tight to navigate when people don’t park within the allocated bays. This place can have a few loud groups in from time to time. Refill option drinks available. Really good selection of sides and deals. Recommend the crispy chicken wrap and garlic and herb potatoes.

The food is consistently good and very nice! I definitely would try their huge salad. Very good value for money 💰

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! It’s absolutely disgusting, we had our order delivered just to find that there was a HAIR in it, NOT the kind you have on your head!! Rang the restaurant and all they could say was sorry. VILE!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE

The food was very below average for the price. Chicken wrap was £9.25 !! With 3 pieces of chicken and the wrap was not toasted. Falafel were burned and charcoaled. Coleslaw was without any dressing. And hummus was straight from freezer. Prices are rip off. Food was 1/5 . For this price I could go for somewhere better. Disappointed!!

Freezing cold. We went there to have my daughter birthday dinner (her choice). Really bad experience. No heating at all! I was eating my food shivering and with runny nose! Sorry but I will not use this place ever again. Not recommended.

Food is good but prices have gone up and up whilst portions get seemingly smaller. Doesn't represent good value anymore, and is at a price point where there are fair better restaurants locally.

Sorry to say the place looks fantastic from the pictures but I must say it was really average. A few things to note which I hope is taken into consideration for future improvements. We had to get our own cutlery, had to ask for menus, we also had to get our own sauces. I believe when dining customer service is number one and just even small gestures from staff even offering these would have gone a long way. Food was very fast which was a plus but I would say the price was above quality. Again this review is in hope of future improvements.

Enjoyed my chicken burger and fries onion rings, and next time, I'm that way. I will definitely going again. Would highly recommend trying

The waiter hemu was so polite and even thought we have come from abroad he did his best to help us understand the menu. I would love to come here again if I come back to Milan

Amazing experience and our favourite place ! We do click & collect once a week and at times we eat in. Always amazing food , good portions and super friendly staff! Kids sends huge regards to the chef!

The chicken wrap was nice, but not much for the peri fries. Staff were pleasant, quick service.

Chicken wrap and peri fries excellent, the Caesar salad was a real letdown, only 3 croutons (it’s overcooked bread, not exactly expensive to make) and waaaaaay too much sauce. The sauce made the lettuce soggy instead of the crunchiness you expect from a Caesar salad.

Loved the food and atmosphere.. I would definitely recommend it if you like grilled chicken.

Stafford Road Grill It is our go to place. Food is quickly delivered to your table and tasty.

I 100% Recommend this restaurant. The food, and service is spot on everytime i go there. A couple months back i celebrated my 10 year old sons birthday and these guys really looked after us! Staff were attentive, food was quick, fresh and very tasty!... everyone was very happy with the service. Thank you so much! See you soon:)

Excellent food, service and atmosphere.

Tables and chairs were filthy, i asked the staff to clean them, which they did but was still sticky. Nobody had a smile on their face or had any idea how to look after customers. Nobody asked if food was OK, or if anything else was required..... why work in the service industry if you don't know how to service customers?!! Just terrible....

Get our weekly takeaway from here and it never disappoints. Great staff & great food!

Chicken is better than nandos Chips are worse than nandos Depending on what you like, this may be good or bad. But I enjoyed the food, not too expensive, staff were friendly.

Grilled chicken on burger was very very dry, will not be ordering this again

We was celebrating women's international day and went in to have dinner. The atmosphere was lively, busy but well organised. The food was cooked to perfection and full of flavour, good portion sizes, I had to take some home. Overall the experience and night was great. Would definitely visit again.

I have visited Grill It on Stafford Road few times, primarily for the food, which I find quite enjoyable. However, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the service aspect of my experiences. Despite the presence of a considerable number of staff, I've consistently observed a lack of respectful greetings. The atmosphere gives off a vibe as if they don't particularly want us there. Throughout my visits, I've noticed a lack of inquiries about the food's satisfaction or any assistance needed. Moreover, the table cleanup is inconsistent, especially when dessert is ordered. On top of that, there seems to be a recurring issue with items being out of stock. Booking a table doesn't appear to make a difference, as it's not consistently noted, leading to a sense of disappointment when arriving for a booked table. While I appreciate the quality of the food, the overall service experience leaves much to be desired. In contrast, I would recommend the Tettenhall location where the food is commendable, and the staff display politeness and a friendly service attitude.

Great food great price friendly service revisited today and still great food

The food was yummy 😋 so good I forgot to take a photo. The oreo milkshake my daughter loved and my biscot cheese cake finished off my meal nicely. Good service, great prices, and yummy food.

Tasty and large portion sizes. Easy to order and nice warm heaters in winter! Great price. Would recommend. Also were enough options for vegetarians - halloumi or falafel based. Standard bar option and also more creative menu drinks

Went to Grill-It (STAFFORD ROAD) yesterday (Not the first time) and as always, food came out quick, service was TOP NOTCH yesterday from Ethan. I had to even mention it to the manager because he went above and beyond. Same thing applies to Ben aswell who always gives us great service. We live closer to Tettenhall road Grill-It but me and my wife prefer the Stafford road Grill-It as the service is Miles better! Keep it up guys!

We love this place. We regularly go here for lunch as its generally a little quieter. Food is cooked freshly and the spice is lovely, we have the medium one. Lunch for 3 of us including drinks and his pistachio milk shake is approx £50 but this is comparable with a certain other well known chicken dinner outfit. The place is always clean and tidy, the girls look after us and the attention to service is excellent. We recommend this place highly. Still coming for lunch on a weekly basis as a general rule, quality food, brilliant service team with a very good floor manager who is passionate about making sure your experience is a good visit in terms of the food and the customer service Whilst you can't please everyone all the time and for their individual experiences the overall opinion from this household is a very positive one.

I live in Solihull and have family in wolves, this place was recommended to me by my brother in law and ever since then I have to pay a visit. Food is on point each time and service never fails, they have a good choose for everyone. Defo need one local to me.

Visited this peri peri diner with some friends last Friday Much prefer these independent establishments ahead of a Nandos as you generally get better taste and value for your money We ordered the meal for 2 which includes a full chicken, 5 wings, 3 sides and 2 refillable drinks, think the price was around £30 Chicken was cooked well and charred perfectly Service wasn't the best as our groups meals came out far too long after ours despite ordering after each other 7/10 #RineshRatings

had to grab a quick bite before attending to a meeting. Absolutely smashing flavours. Better than that portuguese brand who says they grill chicken freshly. Lessons to learn from this place!

Food was fab, really enjoyed it. I had a Mediterranean pitta with chips. Very tasty, reasonably priced. Everyone enjoyed the meal. Service was great, even when they forgot some of the parts of our meal, they soon rectified it.

The chicken was good but the rice wasn't.

I love this place its one of my favourite. The food is nice and the atmosphere is great. I really can't complain. I come here all the time with my family also not for getting how clean it is.

Top restaurant for grilled food, consistently good food and excellent service. One slight issue I have is the lack of flexibility with the kids menu. My daughter likes the margherita pizza but likes olives as an additional topping. For some reason Grill-it refuse to add an extra topping even though I'm willing to pay for it. My only option is to order the adult pizza and add an extra topping to that instead. Very odd.

1st time here today. Last minute meal treat with family and the restaurant had a 7 seating area after arriving at 2pm. Clean, spacious and lovely decor with staff quickly attending to us. A lovely lady who attended to our drinks and meals professionally, very friendly. Food was delivered and no one was waiting. Empty plates left. Definitely would recommend it decent prices also. Thank you
