It is the most amazing place in Gants Hill where you can sit with your friends and eat a very delicious meal. Everything is perfect here. Staff were very helpful and food was really really good. I am not sure why they got few bad comments, no reason likely personal clash. Looking forward to go again soon.

With great reluctance, I am having to reassess my earlier review. I have made few recent visits, and I must say the quality of food has dropped immensely. The chicken seemed to be either out of date by few months or not kept properly. It smelt awfully to say the least. I wont be visiting anymore unfortunately. I gave them two opportunity and that is enough. Thank you. But, surprisingly the service is still 5/5.

The restaurant staff was very nice he accommodated to my order. I called before I placed order and once again after I placed the order. They reassured me that my food will arrive just the way I wanted it. Indeed it arrived hot and delicious. Their burgers never disappoint! I also tried their wings and they were exceptional cooked to perfection. Thank you so much grill and thrill Gants Hill. Will be ordering from here again soon.

I got the ¼ chicken sweet chili spiced and chips to takeaway. The chicken was full of flavour and the chips were fresh and salad was provided with the meal. Overall excellent quantity, inside was clean without cleaning issues and the staff are very friendly indeed. I'll definitely be coming back again.

Do not trust the reviews here. I think they are mostly fake. I have ordered twice here, both times really disgusting. Peri chicken was alright, but the beef burger, chicken nuggets, fries, all have a really disgusting after-taste.

Its a new addition for fast food shop in Gantts Hill. Just hit a year and till now its going good. Very cheap price but surprisingly tasty food.

Positive aspects are definitely the service and friendly HONEST approach from the management. I will point out that on the face of it this is just like any other fast food eatery. But the smash burger was quite nice and the wings had the right level of spice and flavour. I enjoyed the loaded fries but did feedback that they should look to serve out improved burger buns. Overall a good quick serve place and probably as good burgers as you expect from most burger houses in Gants Hill.

I recently placed an order exceeding £50. While most items were good, I was extremely disappointed with the 20 hot wings. They were completely dry, likely having been left out for over four hours, and had a strong smell of overcooked oil, suggesting the oil hadn't been changed. The wings were inedible. My son was fan of this shop.However, the service was good. Sadly, due to this experience, I won't be returning.Hope you would change this kind of service towards other customer in the future.

I normally like to leave unbiased and fair reviews. I was amazed by Grill and thrill. Hassan was very welcoming even though we arrived 5 minutes before closing. I ordered 20 grilled peri peri hot wings and they were well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Genuinely the best grilled wings I've had in the area. Keep up the hard work. I will definitely be coming again. A hidden gem in Gants hill.

Had the chicken shwarma once more. My friends had the chicken and angus burgers, which looked amazing! For me the shwarma has become a favourite. As always, the shop is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the prices very reasonable. Its become my favourite restaurant in Ilford. Definitely recommend people to go and help out local businesses who are providing excellent service!

Undoubtedly, Grill and Trill is the one of the best Grill shop ever I have had my lunch. Their Peri-Peri Burger, Grill Chicken and Smash Burger are highly recommended.

They do not know how to make mixed chicken shawarma, this is complete dishonest practices, avoid at all cost, waste of money, is was no shawarma nor was it mixed, it was highly uneducated Bengali cook making spicy lamb donner behaviour and colouring even cheap no idea of salad, just imitation food, and very poor quality food and presentation.

Food is always on point Masha'Allah. The peri peri chicken burger is banging! They were kind enough to give us rice instead of chips. Rice could be more moist and flavoursome. Tried other food on the menu and its really good.

We ordered a meal of grilled 1/4 chicken and a wings meal, it was the worst meal I have ever had. The chicken had been dipped in some kind of sauce but was tasteless. Some bad meals you can eat if you have ordered them and don't want to waste your money, but these meals were not edible and had to go in the bin. What a waste

Fancied some grilled chicken so came to this spot. The decor is quite bright and I sat in one of the booths, which was comfortable. I should say that for the booths the seating is quite a distance away from the table, so we found ourselves having to pull the table close to us and decided to sit on one side together as a result. If you are a large group, this may be an issue. Went for a ‘couple platter’, which is basically platter for 2 that includes half a chicken, 4 wings, 4 strips, salad, chips and drink. The food did not take too long to arrive, despite there being a fair few people having ordered too. The chicken was tasty, moist and flavourful. There was the right level of spice used for the marinade and cooked well. As were the wings and strips. The chips too were cooked just right. The salad was ok, although not fresh. We received all this for 15.99, which is reasonable considering the portions of the food. The service was prompt and friendly and are approachable. I would rate this as a very good local place to visit to satisfy a grilled chicken craving at an affordable price. They do have other items on the menu, which looks fairly extensive, and do hope to come back soon to try them out.

service was good and decor is nice. Wanted to try it because its a new place. Got the lamb shwarma - its really not a shwarma. Its a lamb doner like youd get from spice hut but in a wrap! It was tasteless and chewy. Was hungry so didnt complain but I wont be back!

I have been here three times, but on the first occasion I was charged £8 for just Donner and chips in a small box. I thought that was the price of the box, so I went another two more times and was charged £6.49. I spoke to the guy who said he worked there for a long time and told me the guy who charged you £8 was new and didn’t understand the menu, and I was offered 2 wings for free. So I was happy with the customer service, and due to this, I went for the fourth time, which I refused to buy as a different worker charged me £8 for the same doner and chips. I was confused. I told him I paid £6.49 before he was rude and adamant that it was £8, but what I told him was what the experience worker told me. £6.49 is doner and chip. £8.49 is for doner ,chips, and drinks and £9.19 is the large doner and meat and chip, but he refused to believe it as I had no proof, so in his eyes the chips were more expensive than a can of drink. Can anyone who owns Grill and Thrill confirm exactly how much is just doner and chips?
