Can only say that this is the best chippy in Lancashire. Found it by pure chance following a long shopping session in nearby Preston. We both had fish, chips and peas, eaten on the premises. Pleasant staff and good prices. We are both avid F&C fans and have only ever experienced anywhere once (The Magpie in Whitby which is twice the price) before that was remotely similar in quality and value. Keep up the good work 👍.

Me and the wife have just had some fish and chips from here and I have to say they were some of the nicest we have ever had, the staff were great, we ate the chips in the car and they even offered to lend us some plates and cutlery, such a lovely gesture, but as you all know you can’t beat fish and chips straight from the wrapper, well worth a visit 10/10

I had the homemade hot and spicy chicken burger today and it was to die for, no word of a lie it was so fresh and a decent size bigger than the barm cake unlike other places, I for one will definitely be returning a solid 10/10.

Went last night first chippy tea for 10 months, half the people behind the counter were the same as before so that threw me a bit. The meal was first class and we both said how fresh and tasty the fish was. Please keep it up plus social distancing seemed well organised.

It was ok. Chips could of been cooked abit longer. Not enough salt and vinegar on the chips. Mushy peas too thick. Queued for a long time. Book online and skip the queue, everyone else does. I was hoping it would be to be amazing, but settled with ok. Very nice staff.
