Greggs - The Aspect in Cardiff

I ordered a margarita pizza box on Uber eats and it arrived with 2 slices folded in half, with the other 2 slices underneath, meaning that all slices had no cheese and I ended up with 4 slices of just tomato-y bread and the BBQ sauce was put on top of the pizzas (rather than in the designated spot in the box) meaning that MORE CHEESE WAS LOST because it stuck to the pot. Cannot believe they were packaged up this way, as the person packing the order up clearly just assumed there would be no issue as it was ordered through a different app. This is genuinely disgusting and I can't seem to understand what logic was used by the member of staff when putting them in the box (WHICH THEY ALL FIT IN FLAT).

Very easy to get to when you are waiting for a train went here to get some dinner but been told they dont do ketchup anymore is kind of sad but sausage roll is very good

I go to greggs every day on the way to work or uni, I don’t expect 5 star service from here but my experience with the manager, Maria, in this particular store was disappointing. She’s always rude whenever I get served by her, making you feel unwelcome and giving you the wrong orders, and saying theres nothing wrong when you say that you have the wrong drink. Never going back there just because I don’t want to get served by her again.

Always love a Greggs, but this store is the worst in Cardiff, won’t be going back. Staff seem fine but the manager, Maria, just ruins the atmosphere with her rudeness and short temper, just making you feel like you’re wasting her time/not welcome in the store. As a hospitality manager, this is not a great example of customer handling to set for your staff.

Quite often getting there a morning coffee. The staff are great. Only the manager seems a bit grumpy.

Convenient for those walking in or out of the town centre. Good selection of sandwiches, breakfast rolls, hot/cold drinks, snacks and cakes. Friendly and polite staff. Vegan 'sausage' rolls are nice.

Too expensive for lunch, meal deal at Tesco much better value.

A really happy team with some real characters making my morning. Cracking deals on breakfast led me to buying my team some breaky. Good deals and tasty. Would recommend.

Almost perfect. The mocha was good, staff member was friendly. Only thing is she put brown sauce on the breakfast roll not ketchup. Didnt matter too much to me, but worth checking first...

My local Greggs is always busy but efficient staff means not a long wait at even the busiest times. Food was fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and quick. Worth a visit.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Our drinks were spot on. Americano is tasty and my wife swears by their hot chocolate. Would recommend.

Conveniently located around the corner from work and close to a number of bus stops, Cardiff Queen Street and a number of large car parks. Queue was quickly processed and the staff were friendly. Food was fresh and good quality. Would recommend.

Finally tried the vegan sausage roll, tastes very sausage roll like, may even be less crumbly than the real thing, which is an improvement!

There's usually a queue in here in the mornings but the staff work hard to serve everyone e quickly and with a smile. Usual Gregg's menu with plenty of choices One improvement would be the coffee machines- not very strong and as the milk isn't kept cold (just left out by the side and recently it's been hot!) Pours the latte and cappuccino a bit flat

Excellent customer service provided a good selection of foods that were fresh and tasty.The shop was clean well presented and most of all the Staff were plesent and really helpful ! Gave advice about meal deal and so I saved money.Will shop there again.
