Greggs - M61 Rivington Services in Chorley

I have just waited outside for 15 minutes after going around the drive thru with no queue. I had to ring up to tell them I hadn’t been brought my food after being parked up. They then got the order wrong and when questioned they just looked at me like I had arrived from mars. Hands down, the worst McDonald’s I have ever had the mis pleasure of visiting. No apology, no anything.

Lovely food. Cooked fresh to order :) staff are friendly and polite. Can highly recommend the beef and chicken burgers. The fish is also lovely golden and crispy. Deffo worth a visit 5⭐️

Chips were chewy and over cooked. They missed 3 items off our order, when we rang up about it they hung up twice.

we use daisy regularly but last night's was amazing by far. Every bit was perfect it was by far the best one we've had from you guys. keep up the good work. thanks so much.

Nothing so annoying as not having good mobility and making a real effort to get somewhere for a specific dish In my case PLAICE and chips, which you know they sell and have on the menu... Only to find when you arrive that they stopped doing it months ago, but just haven't been bothered to update either their on-site menus or the internet. Was told Plaice was too expensive to buy, which is fair enough... But update your freaking menus and the internet so people aren't coming all that way for nothing!! 😡 The food's good.. But the slovenly approach to keeping their menus up to date has really ticked me off, as I went to quite some once to go out of my way to get there.
