awful thought they had sorted things out. never ordering again due to food coming cold at half four in the afternoon. Not what I expect when asking for fresh and hot food. Awful service!

I go regularly but I can’t give 5 stars for service as it’s never open at the stated 630. I’m in a rush to drive into work so the timing is everything to me. Change the opening time to 0640 then you may get less annoyed people queing up. All being said, good staff and not bad coffee.

order day prior was burnt and cold. ordered again today and all I can say is perfect l. cooked correctly not burnt very warm. Thanks for great service today. please keep it up

Food was good and on time but got a chocolate muffin instead of the chocolate donut I ordered because it was unavailabler but apparently the muffin is unavailable so...I got something I couldn't even order in the first place?

Ordered my food before 1 o’clock 12.45 maybe food didn’t arrive till 2.10. Delivery driver was lovely but the wait time was ridiculous.

everything was stone cold had to reheat everything in microwave delivery time kept getting put back so food was prepared way too early

Lovely local Greggs with delightful staff and service

Didn’t stay long as was just grabbing food to go, but was quick and easy service with no queues. Lots of vegi options 👍🏼

This particular branch is hit and miss on service and the food on offer . I visited on three occasions in the same week and all three days were different on service and availability of certain items. The first day I chose my items and spent just under ten pounds . Each item was of a good standard and service was good . So I chose to go another day and got a completely different experience,can't be bothered attitude,lack of choice and embarrassment when I picked up a packet of two iced buns that unknown to me hadn't been sealed correctly and fell out of the packet. On the third day I perceived that it must have been a one off but to my surprise it wasn't. Now I won't go for some time in the hope that they may get their act together and the experience maybe better. Disappointing service and slow service just nailed the coffin shut for a while that I will enter the doors of this particular Greggs.

All food was hot and great quality just forgot my shortbread i don’t know whether they didn’t have any left but normally they replace with something else and they didn’t.

Delivered by nice guy however I did not get all that I paid for which I am really unsatisfied with

Place the order before 8am. App said order will arrive before 08:25am. I did not receive preparation confirmation until 8:20, then food arrived cold at around 08:50.

sausage and bacon cobs were cold. stingy with the brown sauce.

Always a busy place,well stocked ,clean surroundings and polite staff.

wrong order delivered, delivery driver very rude and said just sort it on the app, after waiting longer for our food as it was. refund requested but have to wait up to 7 days for this, will not order from here again, he tried to give us one item in a bag and argued that was our order when we'd ordered many more items than this. I wouldnt even give thos one star.

I love bordering from here it's all early and always hot and the little notes I find in the bag always brighten my day

The guy in glasses who served me did not even say 'Please' or 'Thank you' - and once the payment was taken, it was; "Next..!!" (and it wasn't even busy at the time).. And when I said that "you didn't even say 'Thank you'... He totally lied, he ignored me at first and then when I repeated it, he said "Yes I did" ...what a LIAR - well trained by Mr.Greggs I'm sure... Totally unacceptable when it's food they are selling... Whole experience makes me 'Throw-up" every time I think the way he served me...🤢🤮🤢🤮 He has put me right off Greggs' Cheese & Onion Pasties now... Your loss Greggs, for not training your staff in 'Polite Customer Service' 👎👎👎👎👎

I was served by a young girl called Mya who made a long lasting impression from the moment I entered the shop. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but Mya guided me and hand picked options by getting to know what I liked. Thanks to Mya I left full and extremely satisfied with my experience. You must try the Mexican chicken baguettes- Mya opted for me to try this and I will never try anything again!!! Mya was the bright light that the store was missing - hopefully when I go back she is there to greet me and make me smile again 😁🙏🏽

Some of the staff appear to really dislike their job. Out of the 5 staff I've seen working here over the last 4 weeks not one has smiled, greeted or made me feel welcomed in any way. It's not that the service is particularly bad but it's the way it is delivered. I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, I waited a month to do so, but sometimes the truth needs to be told. Update, over the last month nothing has improved. It gets worse. It's almost as if the staff are having a competition to see who can be the most useless and miserable. If these people got the quality of applicants must have been poor.

Kept pushing the time further and further I will be deleting my account Uber eats refunds for this sloppy service and apologies I’m not happy I could of walked there and back 4 times but I’m paying for delivery and on app things cost more than in store plus service and delivery charge make it make sense. DICKEDDD

Free parking, and usually relatively small queues. Although, they do charge extra to eat in (as with all Greggs branches).

Not the fastest place to be served but wich branch is it seams there all the same even the one in aronld in sansburys petrol service station

Would a call have hurt at all? They swapped my doughnuts out without telling me, would have preferred a different flavour since we won't be eating these ones, but then again, it seem they need to get rid of the caramel custard ones somehow (if you like em grand, we are all different) since they are the only ones always available and always get put in instead of the ones I pick. Last time Greggs gets my money on here. the 3rd Greggs I've tried and all the same "swap and don't tell 'em" service

Brilliant customer service they called me from the shop as one of my orders was out of stock They replaced with a good substitute and also threw in some cakes as a sorry. Very personal touch with call and very much appreciated thank you to the staff at ladybay greggs ❤️🥰❤️

Order a sharing box of pepperoni and they didn’t even put five pieces of pepperoni on each slice as they usually do. Also when my food was ready the cashier just put it on the side and didn’t notify me like I was supposed to just know. Poor service.

You driver was very rude. He pushed the buzzer for entry ( as requested) and then refused twice to come into the building , quoting "no, i stay out here". Not good customer service.
