Greggs - Kinmel Park in Conwy

Watched 1 young lad trying to serve queue of about 20 people whilst his 3 female colleagues stood in back kitchen area chatting and laughing ! No intention of helping or working , disgrace when shop was so busy ,

Only live around the corner so thought I would pick up a couple of sausage rolls,got home and they were rock hard.At £1.35 each I expected better too.

Every time I go here their food is stone cold even when asking if they are still warm! Puts me off going here! Can’t even get something as simple as keeping food warm right

Fantastic range of quality rolls and baguettes. Bacon roll and drink before 11 is of particular value. All served with a smile .... 😊👍 How’s that Betty? 🤷‍♂️

Just arrived 8.40 and it’s shut! No reason just shut! Well I ain’t going to Starbucks to get spanked.....disappointed.

Can’t thank the two ladies (mother & daughter I think) enough yesterday when I popped in, very close to closing time too, they went out their way to make sure I had everything I come in for, my girls are obsessed with the Greggs soup, so made a quick stop for that hoping they had some left and they did, after having a little chat with the ladies about this current situation with COVID, we were talking about birthdays and lockdown and I had mentioned it was going to be my daughter’s birthday during this one and how rubbish that was for her etc.. they gifted a Doughnut for her and her sister! It made my girls day and were very happy! So Thank you ladies xxx

What a very helpful member of staff when we visited on Sunday 23rd Feb in the afternoon. The lady serving was very polite and helpful. Food was good value for money too!

been here a few times, good service and always a smile, Well worth stopping if you need a quick snack or coffee

Always stop here on our way home from our holidays with the caravan, great parking and love our Starbucks, made our day when they recently stuck a Gregg's in too! So now, we make sure we leave our site in time to stop for Bacon and sausage buttys! Absolutely gutted that they had ran out of bread?? Are you kidding me? They blamed it on it being bank holiday? So travelled home hungry! If you cant run the ship, then dont! Super bad management!! Will now re think our early starts to go home, make our own bacon butty and not rely on Gregg's to supply it! Obviously will still stop for Coffee though! I've never heard such rubbish! No bread?????

There are two more or less identical service stations either side of the A55 at Bodelwyddan each of which comprises an overpriced petrol station, a Starbucks and a Greggs. The branches of Greggs are fairly recent additions and in both cases appear to be basically portakabins which have been erected in the Starbucks car parks. I stopped off at the westbound side and bought a sausage roll which cost a quid which I guess is reasonable for a roadside service station. There isn't anywhere to eat in the Greggs but everyone who visits here will have a car nearby they can sit in while they eat. It's a place to stop off during your journey for a snack of average quality but not somewhere to go out of way to visit.
