Too early, I wasn't ready for it.

I ordered food and only received half of my food! I have waited an hour for my food and he only gave me one bag! I am starving and so are my housemates this is absolutely unacceptable!!!

no tea and no coke zero from the double up order

Shocking service once again waiting 10 mins for bacon to be done to get burnt bacon cold sausages . To top it all got served by so called supervisor that talks down to people will not be going back in there again shocking food and service

I told the deliver driver on the notes not to knock on my door and not only have they knocked they’ve banged on my door more then 4 times it’s 7am!!

We ordered online and they subsituted items on the order althought they were showing as available. We also paid for 4 donuts and they sent 1. The message on the bag simply says "Sorry not today".

Typical Greggs, lunch time single handed front of house whilst staff hide away in the back getting Uber eats drivers sorted out with queues out if the door, and of course the ubiquitous cold pasties which they specialise in...hot are for the lucky ones ...I'm losing patience with Greggs, Should take notice of thequality of Stephens bakers both product and service in Scotland, they are way ahead of the game!

Food cold not really enjoyable

They don't accept my Scottish 10£ note, they say it maybe fake.

How on earth do you manage to send piping hot coffee and tepid food? I despair of Greggs

I requested. No spread and no sauce. My order came with ketchup on so I now cannot eat it

Just Greg's! How I wish Greg's maintained the hot or warm pastries all the time, even during off-peak hours. They're cold; I tried to eat the chicken bake or steak, and, oh my gosh, I couldn't swallow. I ended up throwing the food away since I didn't have a microwave because I was walking and feeling hungry at the time. Why can't Greg's put out a warmer to keep them hot or warm? That's the only reason I want to buy from Greg's because they're tasty and of guaranteed good quality. Off-peak, I have no interest in going there because I'll be disappointed. I can buy sandwiches anywhere, so sandwiches are not my issue.

Absolutely amazing! You can't go wrong ordering from this place. Food is good and tasty. May have gotten a bit cold due to Freezing British Winter weather but still highly edible. Delivery was fast and delivery driver was friendly and full of Christmas smiles. So Merry Christmas to you all!!!

Hi my foods not been delivered?

I ordered a breakfast baguette but got a breakfast roll and another item from my 5 item order was completely missed.

Ordered sausage and bean melt and it was cold didn't seem that it was ever warmed up. It was cold like from a fridge cold

On this mornings visit . The staff are NOT HELPFUL when you ask for an item it's like so hard work. The male staff at weekends are so miserable and on of male staff smelt of beer whilst the other one was saying he'd picked up a girl on Saturday night and what he'd done all night. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.. Use Trafford Park greggs from now on

I had a cold hot chocolate when I got it, my bacon and sausage roll with ketchup was cold and was not very nice the bacon was cold and the sausages tasted stale. Not happy want a refund

Shame!!!!! It does help that you fully cut the barm to get the sausages on especially when you have asked for extra sausage on the barm. It's was all thrown in

Usually order from Swinton but they didn’t have what we wanted, so tried this branch of Greggs and I’m so glad we did. Great value and absolutely loved our sausage butties. I’m really picky about sausage but Greggs sausage is really nice. Ordered lunch while I was on to save messing about later. Will definitely order from here again.

My order arrived 20 minutes late and was cold so I had to warm it up. I also paid for an extra sausage but it arrived with 2 on instead of three.

The man arrived on a bike which is a joke considering her is delivering hot food, after that he took nearly an hour get here & even further after that he has spilt the coffee all over every item off the food and bags and none off it is able to eat, worse deliver ever

Driver said my order was delivered, and it hasn’t been spoke to greggs apparently it’s a just eat issue.

Unfortunately this branch was very poor (we usually order from a different one). Coffee's were almost empty as the delivery guy was on a bicycle and as such were shook all over the bag. Way too much brown sauce on one item and a vapourised egg on the other barm. Such a shame as greggs is normally very consistent.

I’d like a refund on my full order. There is no extra sausage! My hash browns are damaged! And my breakfast roll is freezing cold! I’ll be putting in a report if I do not get a refund.

Ordered a double up deal - missing lunch part of the meal (no sandwich or cold drink)

The pain au chocolate was burnt. The tea had no milk sachet so I could not drink it as black tea. The sausage was cold and not edible. I not drank the orange juice very disappointing!
