Good choice of hot and cold items to choose from

Had to wait over an hour but was bad weather conditions so was acceptable.

Food is always great and their staff are fantastic!

LATEST UPDATE! Nothing has change, staff member with glasses rude again! Lazy and can not be bothered making up more sandwiches they sell out off. Lady on the till was very sweet and polite. Glasses lady, can not be bothered, looks like she hates her job, cannot be bothered with customers. Poor! Nothing in the hot counter for breakfast, asked for Vegan sausage breakfast roll and got told 20 mins wait, advised I did not mind waiting, basically got told no. They could not be arsed! They could not be bothered, especially Debbie who shouted very brash across the shop I can’t I have got too many orders!!! Such awful customer service, why advertise something you cannot bothered to do. Always the same here. Take things off the menu if you want to be lazy and unbothered.

I ordered two x 4 sausage rolls . Only received one pack of 4 . Then I went to enjoy my latte large x 2 and they had no milk in .

Lunchtime stop, place is small and cosy but buzzing. Great staff

driver advised would for further payment I lying deliver to address but left in communal doorway and foot could not be found by myself the ordering customer. when speaking with driver he was very rude became very aggressive. Had full payment and no food retrieved

wrap was unavailable so they phoned me to choose alternative. however, Fanta was also unavailable which we weren't told so they sent 4 donuts in lieu of a drink! also food was cold.

Waited nearly half hour for a sausage and bacon sandwich. 1 person serving and the que was out the door. Absolutely shocking service. 4 staff 1 serving God knows what the others were doing in the back. Seem to give more time to uber orders. Jokers in that shop never again

Didn’t have anything. Food was cold. Doughnuts were mixed with other ones (cross contamination) Greasy tables Crumby tables. Go to Eccles precinct one instead.

I told the deliver driver on the notes not to knock on my door and not only have they knocked they’ve banged on my door more then 4 times it’s 7am!!

We ordered online and they subsituted items on the order althought they were showing as available. We also paid for 4 donuts and they sent 1. The message on the bag simply says "Sorry not today".

Typical Greggs, lunch time single handed front of house whilst staff hide away in the back getting Uber eats drivers sorted out with queues out if the door, and of course the ubiquitous cold pasties which they specialise in...hot are for the lucky ones ...I'm losing patience with Greggs, Should take notice of thequality of Stephens bakers both product and service in Scotland, they are way ahead of the game!

Just Greg's! How I wish Greg's maintained the hot or warm pastries all the time, even during off-peak hours. They're cold; I tried to eat the chicken bake or steak, and, oh my gosh, I couldn't swallow. I ended up throwing the food away since I didn't have a microwave because I was walking and feeling hungry at the time. Why can't Greg's put out a warmer to keep them hot or warm? That's the only reason I want to buy from Greg's because they're tasty and of guaranteed good quality. Off-peak, I have no interest in going there because I'll be disappointed. I can buy sandwiches anywhere, so sandwiches are not my issue.

Absolutely amazing! You can't go wrong ordering from this place. Food is good and tasty. May have gotten a bit cold due to Freezing British Winter weather but still highly edible. Delivery was fast and delivery driver was friendly and full of Christmas smiles. So Merry Christmas to you all!!!

Hi my foods not been delivered?

Ordered sausage and bean melt and it was cold didn't seem that it was ever warmed up. It was cold like from a fridge cold

I ordered a breakfast baguette but got a breakfast roll and another item from my 5 item order was completely missed.

On this mornings visit . The staff are NOT HELPFUL when you ask for an item it's like so hard work. The male staff at weekends are so miserable and on of male staff smelt of beer whilst the other one was saying he'd picked up a girl on Saturday night and what he'd done all night. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.. Use Trafford Park greggs from now on

I had a cold hot chocolate when I got it, my bacon and sausage roll with ketchup was cold and was not very nice the bacon was cold and the sausages tasted stale. Not happy want a refund

Shame!!!!! It does help that you fully cut the barm to get the sausages on especially when you have asked for extra sausage on the barm. It's was all thrown in
