Food fresh and made quickly. Ordered a couple of times now and been consistent! Reasonable prices too!

Ordered tonight kebab strawberry chocolate waffle and aero milkshake it was all beautiful highly recommend

Website stated that I had ordered burger meals, food came but only delivered burgers. I rang up and staff was rude, stated that the chips and drink was free so why was I complaining that I didn't receive it. No manager available to speak to either. I used to order from big brother regularly but not anymore

Disgusting delivery service I live in a flat with two young children order food to get phone call saying come down for food I explained about my children and still refused to bring it up i to phone a neighbor to get it and bring it up.. food was cold I will not recommend this take away to anybody

Waited an hour for the delivery to be cancelled, then to be told it’s because there was no driver when surely that would have been known when the order was placed..

Discusting didn’t enjoy fried chicken was terrible and u need to watch out for big peice of bone which is obviously grissel in burgers twice now

Ordered calzone to be delivered , it arrived stale and burnt. no taste not even edible. Horrible experience had to sleep hungry cus it was late night. Terrible experience will never order again

Just passed by today and had to go in the smell was just too good we ordered a chicken and donner kebab lovely and fresh but the best was to come the milkshake was the best my daughter had ever had with cream on top and only £3 bargain lovely friendly people couldn't of been nicer we will definitely be returning xxx and the decor is beautiful and so clean

Unsuccessful order AGAIN! Placed the orders fews times via Deliveroo. x1 out of x4 times was NOT cancelled. Actually it was nice the first time so went to order again. A minute later the order cancelled as previous customer explained.. My suggestion would be - if you can't be bothered to deliver to some areas - change the delivery radius so you're not showing up in people's search. Wasting other people's time, big brother!

Delivery was good ,guy was polite and on time but when they messed our order up we called up and they were very rude ! We are loyal customers too so wont be going there again. Horrible food nearly cold and a warm can.

Placed an order through the deliveroo App and at some point "big brother takeaway" decided they didn't want my business and cancelled my order, the problem is I have to wait 5 working days for my refund... meaning I had to find another £20.00 to feed my son and his friend

Food yesterday was absolutely delightful. Staff were very professional and the new manager mo was really nice and we got a free garlic bread with cheese aswell. Not to mention the food was piping hot and the gourmet burgers was full of flavours. Great

Great kebabs best in area Waffles they are absolutely delicious and ice cream they so tasty! After trying different places in Eccles definitely this one is the best!!!

Pizza in the same league with others on the road, price is slightly high, milkshakes are nice. Chicken burgers are also good. Staff depends on who's serving you and how busy they are.

Tried for the first time via Just Eat. Left a pretty clear note on there asking for just lettuce and Mayo on the chicken burger. Rang up and made sure they’ve seen it. They acknowledge it but the bloody burger still turns up with tomato, onion and cucumber on! Chips were cold and sweaty, as if they’ve been left out for hours, salad on my wrap was soggy and wilted as if it’s been sat in a tub for days. Awful, never getting this again.

Ordered food over an hour ago and still waiting, rang them up to be told its on its way,I live 5 minutes away and it's still not arrived,will not be ordering from here again

Food was still not delivered after 2 hours. Rang them and could hear in background 'get it cooked now'. Cancelled order and requested refund. Still not received refund. Bad customer service. Avoid. Taking this further as they have technically stolen money.

Had a pizza and curly fries, thought it was really good quality. Thin soft pizza bread and high quality topping. Would certainly return.

I don't live near this take away but if I’m close and on my way home I stop by to have a couple of pizzas or calzzones. They are awesome with a large range of options. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I don’t know the pizza I want. Please mark this as helpful👍

Ordered food with a collection time, arrived at collection time then had to wait a further 20 minutes

Passed it on foot twice in last fortnight and the place smelled lovely, gave a mixed (donner and chicken ) a try , got it with salad ,chilli sauce & garlic mayo, nicest kebab I've had in a long time.

Food is quality .Good price and the staff are top. They have on the menu as well as the usual pizza kebabs etc milk shakes,ice cream waffles .value for money is bang on

Fantastic. Firstly the place and the people look really clean. The kebabs and pizzas are delightful. Fresh salad and tasty meat. The ice creams are also old school and plenty of flavours. Best in the area and lovely service.

I ordered two portions of kebab an a pizza for the first time. I found the taste and quality of food, being far better than any other takeaway shop. I recommend this takeaway shop to everyone. You won't be sorry.

I love this take away...but i'm only giving three stars for the pizza which was great... but the other thing we ordered was AWFUL... i actually ordered the chicken shawamma kebbab... but a DONNER and CHICKEN kebab came ... and to be totally honest it is now in the bin.....it the donner meat was tasteless and the chicken didnt taste right.. the only reason i didn't return was it was gonna be first thing i have eaten all day..so i statred to eat it...I wish i didnt.. sorry guys.. although you are a great takeaway.. cant see myself returning

Got the order wrong and the food was cold - and the delivery driver knocked on our window before he knocked on the door completely freaking our dogs out ! Don’t know what’s happened to this place as it’s always been spot on - hopefully just a one off

Everything was lovely, apart from we didnt receive a free garlic bread.

Food was 40 mins late, driver turned up smoking in his car and then said I didn't order a drink. Disgusting behaviour for mediocre food.

Chips were cold. Pizza burnt .bill was 27 quid drive charged us 30. Said he had no change. Will give it a miss next time

I ordered a chilli con carne with cheese and chips it come I had to dig through the cheese and it was definitely not chillie by the time I took all the red kidney beans out the chips were burnt at the bottom and there was nothing else to eat on it this was absolutely disgusting never tasted anything like it

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Don’t order from here as Big Brother has closed down. The orders are being filtered through to Happy Days restaurant. Food was awful, thrown together and absolutely swimming in grease. When I rang to complain, man was very rude and arrogant! You have been warned!!!

Ordered a child’s meal with a drink and they sent a can of fizzy vimpto.. my child is 5 years old and this is not an acceptable “children’s drink” the child’s meal was a margarita pizza and chips as my son is vegetarian and the chips had 2 small pieces of chicken batter inside the tray like they are all fried together which is just gross. My food was really great just a shame really it’s the little details that keep people coming back and I certainly won’t be ordering from here again.

Order from this place all the time usually really nice but the last two times it’s been awful. Greasy and thrown together, missing items. Rang the shop to tell them they have missed things from my order and also that wasn’t happy with quality of food, the man on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I will not order from big brother again.

Food arrived cold and late, pizza looked and tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave. Rubbery crust, Warm in the middle stone cold on the edges. Overall complete waste of money.

I've ordered here a few time they've got my worser wrong and yesterday I tried to ring as I ordered a donner wrap and they gave me chicken wrap instead and no one answered so I didn't enjoy my food as I was looking forward to a donner wrap that never came.

Food was vile ....the kebabs were cold and soggy as were the chips they too were soggy and some still frozen ....big brother has gone down hill big style , save your self money and dont bother ordering from here

Not impressed with the kebab, Sauce was forgotten and made up with mainly shredded cabbage. This one I will not use again.

BAD MANNERED STAFF, We have ordered from this takeaway a few times in the past and the food has always been nice, not necessarily hot but we've got a microwave so we just reheat it. Unfortunately this weekend we have been very let down as we tried to place and ordered which got rejected. We rang up to query why and was told because "we don't deliver that far". Strange that because we've had numerous orders from you in the past? Apparently on this occasion there isn't enough drivers too come to a loyal customer just over 3 miles away so if that's the attitude of this place then no problem, I'll spend my money elsewhere. IF YOU DONT LIVE ON THE SAME STREET, NO POINT ORDERING.
