Greggs Bakers in Scottish Borders

I have gone many times to this restaurant. Each time I go the staff are so busy that the place is an absolute mess. Tables not cleaned and rubbish everywhere, including outside. Also my daughter wanted the toilet but they were so bad we had to abandon and leave to go home.

paid for 2 sausage rolls and was not given them. SCAMMERS. felt extremely judged, not a good atmosphere extremely dull staff. SCAM.

Such a shame that the people serving in the shops like Greggs the bakers are so rude In fact most people that serve you are rude and abrupt oh unless you’re English

Food is normally very good for example i had the pizza and it was very good but sometimes if the food isnt fresh out the oven it is very dry and doesnt taste as good.

What can I say about Greggs apart from very very clean staff are very friendly food is amazing best of all you can either sit in or takeaway

The one thing about this large chain of Bakers is the consitancy of its quality no matter which shop you are in .I particularily like their steak slice and pastries . A really busy shop for people on a budget . I even tried their vegan sausage roll it was ok but not something I would normally buy
