Greggs in Coventry

Sunday morning totally empty, with two staff on. I ordered two bacon and sausage batches with brown sauce, Simple enough and a Greggs classic, perfect every time. Not this time, member of staff had to ask 3 more time's what my order was, because she just wasn't interested and wasn't listening, took so long, but I don't know why!! When I got home, I had two bacon batches with tomatoe sauce, if that wasn't bad enough, there was one slice of bacon on each batch, they both went in the bin, will never go there again obviously.

We had a wonderful visit here. The breakfast was very good quality. For £2.70 you get 3 delicious Sausages in a batch and a piping hot cup of coffee too, is amazing value. The coffee like all the hot drinks here is available in decaffeinated too which is fantastic. Unlike the nearby McDonalds who do not offer a decaf version, despite my many requests for this to offered. The previous poster on here complained about some tables having rubbish left on them, we didn't see anything like that when we came. There is a large rubbish bin in the restaurant so maybe people should take responsibility for the mess they make, we always clear our table after we finish and leave the table presentable for the next people.

This Greggs has only recently opened so was hoping for nice clean store to eat in but no it was dirty with no clean tables and over flowing bins outside and it was very quiet especially with it being lunch time on a Saturday so no excuse for the mess in and outside! Very poor management!
