everything ekse came fine but didnt recieve drinks with the order and just eat do not offer a way to contact about missing part of an item

Fast delivery, nice food BUT this is the second time we've had issues with the team not reading the order properly :( ordered a bun and a baguette, got 2 buns but was charged for the baguette anyway. The receipt on the outside of the bag even shows the correct order, another check missed before sending it out? I get that it's busy in the morning, but given the jump in price between the 2, feel it's worth flagging. Overall, food IS worth the price 100% which is why we keep ordering.

Most of my order is missing and also wrong items included. The only items in my order was the muffin, bean melts. So there was nothing else from my order so very poor service. They did write on order they had no flat breads but what about the rest.

Exactly 12 min waiting in line to be told the food isn't hot, typical greggs!!

One of the best Greggs I've been in. Good customer service, a good size seating area, a toilet that suits disabled people. Well done to who ever planned this one

Half of my order was missing. All food was cold. I ordered 2 cappuccinos and only received one so its not like it wasn't available. I was missing 5 sausage rolls, a cold drink and a hot drink. More than half of my order. I have heard several other customers complain of the same problem. There's no excuse because the items were available so I don't know why they do this. So unreliable and I won't be ordering again.

Sent wrong drink. Asked for hot chocolate got coffee. Havnt been recieving our hot drinks the last few times. So I wrote in the notes to say this and ask them to send the hot chocolate. To be sent a coffee!!

excellent service, everything came perfect no mess ups or anything all stickered up so you can tell its not been messed with at all 10/10 exactly what I ordered and alot for the price.. Will definitely be going back. thanks great job guys.

The order was taken to the complete wrong address. Why would I order a greggs from redcar to go to Middlesbrough, my address and postcode was correct. The difficulty I had trying to get in touch with someone was a joke. I had to watch the order go to the wrong address and wait until it was delivered for me to be able to do anything. Trying to speak to someone from just eat was poor. You need a phone line for customer care or online chat or something. I expect a full refund.

ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I have 3 children unwell in bed so ordering for myself was easier. I recieved my coffee but they failed to pack my breakfast sandwich. I did ring greggs who said they had "forgot" to pack the sandwich and I could request a refund or travel to the shop to collect it myself. First and last time I would order from there. delivery driver was lovely though

My experience was great although my order was missing drinks I rang up greggs and the fixed this immediately and even sent out a few extra free bits. This is absolutely amazing service and will be using this service more in the future. :)

Not a single item in the bag was what I ordered. It was cold and took ages to arrive and I had ordered sausage for my daughter because she can’t eat bacon so she couldn’t eat it.

The wedges r stone cold and unedible also sausage rolls stone cold really disappointed... maybe because they were all in same bag as cold drinks...

2 mint hot chocolates missing, rang store they definitely packed them. Driver has no knowledge of a 3rd bag containing the hot drinks. Out of pocket yet again as most of the time just eat do not refund. Day light robbery, and there's nothing I can do about it.

I do like a greggs and overall not to bad, apart from the pasties being cold on occasions and and when using the app and scanning for stuff ,the staff stating the scanning machine is not working which has happen to me a few times now so this needs looking into.

The service from Just Eats was fine, but Greggs took a long time to process the order and the breakfast food was cold when it arrived, and some items were missing. We contacted Gregg's straightaway but they were less than helpful and we won't be using their delivery again.

Chicken and Bhaji sandwich is amazing, touch more mango and it would be perfection. Everything good as always though.

Missing dips. Paid over £3 for yum yum with dip but no dip came so could have just got them as normal for £1.60

All I wanted was to enjoy my coffee with my food. That was missing! The smear of tomato sauce in my breakfast bun wasn't even enough to taste it and the pasty is cold. I appreciate I can get a refund on the coffee but there is no option to have this delivered again. And it would cost me more than half of my whole delivery to order another coffee. I'm an unhappy customer

Won’t let me put how late it was. It was an hour and a half late. The driver was very rude when it came after sitting in McDonald’s car park with our hot food for a while did come cold.
