Came in at 6:30am and expected to get some fresh pastry for breakfast, however what I got was cold, stale and probably yesterday’s pastry! The sausage, bean and cheese pastry was cold and soggy, like it was just reheated. The sausage roll was rock solid and super super crumbly, definitely felt like it was not fresh and it was the previous days batch that they wanted to get rid of. And the prices were inflated like hell, would not eat here again, not worth a single penny!

Same old stuff, sold out of my first two choices.

With the price of eating out or having a quick bite to eat then Greggs is obviously a good bet simply coz of the dollar in ya pocket, far cheaper than the others.

Ordered a hot sausage roll was completely freezing

Was in a service station, so atmosphere was zilch. Tables were not cleaned but I don't know who would be responsible for that.

Well stocked, clean and tidy. Quick service and good quality food like every other Greggs

Walked past this branch of Greg's recently. Looked like a Greg's. Sensational. Google eh, what a laugh.

You can't go wrong with Greggs even on a motorway services. Compared to the other shops within this complex, it's good value and a much needed treat whilst driving up and down the motorways.

Prices were dear and I got a cold undercooked pizza in return. Shocking

Came off m1 after slow disrupted journey north due to tanker fire, in early evening on 22 August 2023 to be met with two young ladies who couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and sympathetic. Just what we needed to relax and eat before continuing the journey. Thank you girls, hope you are on next time we call in.

Young lass behind counter thinks she owns place alway stroppy chucks sandwich on counter. I call regular she needs to change her job never happy at all. Management need to address her miserable 😖

Get more staff!! Come on 1 person serving in a morning is not enough

The most miserable staff I have ever encountered.

Arriving here at 7.45AM I would have expected to be greeted with an array of warm pastries and a warm smile. What I was presented with was an empty selection of cold pastries and 2 miserable staff members. 'How long for anything other than a cold bean melt?' '10 minutes she grunted' To have so little at that time of the morning is just laughable Gregg 🍞🥐🥖

They have 3 items on the breakfast menu and can't even make those(they never have omelette). Poor management as you would expect from any Greggs.

Shocking breakfast! Got to be the only greggs in the country to not butter there bread cakes when you order a bacon roll. Extremely dry

A salad that costs 2.55 in store and 3.55 with a drink and eating in cost me 3.75 for just the salad and no drink in here today.

Only 6 or 7 sandwiches left all ham and cheese, and soo expensive it's ridiculous 7.65 for sandwich drink and steak bake won't be going greggs anytime soon

Everytime you get there when they've just opened or they have been open less than an hour "sorry everything's cold"... only thing I can think of is that they are day old slices and not fresh

Was told that everything was cold, why not cook in portions so everything's hot as it should be
