Greggs in Carmarthenshire

Went into Greggs a few days ago and they had quite a poor selection of pastries. Asked the staff when they were putting more out and she answered in the most disinterested manner possible. Bought what was on show only find out they were both cold. Took them back in and asked them to reheat them, which they said they couldn't. So I challenged them asking why they sold cold produce, to which they couldn't give me an answer for.. Very dissapointing, and poor customer service.

Notice saying no hot drinks today ! I wonder what’s gone wrong now as there was only one machine working last week . Come on Greggs get an engineer out to fix things.
