I ordered before seeing other reviews. However, my food was delivered within 40 minutes, warm, and lovely. I couldn't fault it so I can't agree with the other reviews.

Tried for the first and last time last week. Worst Chinese we've had. No food poisoning though so that was a plus.

Ordered food for delivery which was accepted, 20 mins later they call me (I missed the call) call them back 5 mins later and they said they needed extra £6 delivery due to distance which was fine. An hour and half pass and still no food so I call and they say I still need to wait a further half an hour because apparently I took so long to call them back that my food went cold? 😅 cancelled the order and won’t be ordering from here again.

Lady on phone have a very bad attitude when I was trying to order food she called order back to me and still got order wrong when phoned back to ask to rectify had more attitude we asked for chicken chow mein no veg we had chicken chow mein no chicken or veg plus other parts of order was missing so had to explain to young children how their food was wrong avoid if possible

Ordered my food at 6.30pm for delivery at 8 it’s not 9.40pm and still no food or update! I’ve tried ringing multiple times yet phone just rings

Ordered take away, price was about the best thing, food was stodgy and bland, won't be ordering again Sorry

Disgusting food would not buy from here again special fried rice was drowned in soya gravy disgusting after taste not even the dog would touch it

Absolutely awful. Ordered tonight and they said food would take 45 mins - an hour. I called after an hour and the man huffed down the phone and said it was on the way, but was just so rude. After another 30 mins, the food arrived. It was all cold and soggy and tasted absolutely awful. I feel absolutely ripped off. If you’re too busy to take the order, you should say that instead of serving disgusting food. Should be ashamed taking people’s money.

I ordered from here a few months ago the food took ages to arrive they said 1.30hr but it took around 2, the food was ok so gave it another chance and as usual Chinese was closed. The food did not come for around 2.5 hours, phone was constantly engaged and when it arrived it was luke warm, chicken balls were stale as were chips and the rest wasn’t very nice. Wouldn’t go here again.

Lovely meal last night Special curry was awesome, also fab chips and pancake rolls Large portions too

Ordered roast chicken chow Mein! Disgusting just noodles with watery soy gravy and sliced chicken on top, it was delivered in 7 mins which had my alarm bells ringing, don’t waste your money on cheap rubbish that I could have made myself

Never will I order food from here again noodle/ rice are like glue way over cooked chicken ball are buzzing like rubber Tried phoning the shop and there not even answering it ? Quick enough to take your money but can’t even resolve it ????

Ordered my food a hour and half ago to be EMAILED that my order was CANCELLED. It’s 9:30 on a Sunday so everything’s CLOSED! I’m beyond starving , lady also lied to me on the phone. Shove ur 1.5* rating up urself :(((

We ordered some food via Uber Eats: Beef Vermicelli, English Stirlion Beef with peas and mushrooms and some starters. We been given a time between 45-65 min, but to our surprise, we received the order under 30 min. The delivery driver was very friendly. The food was delicious, the sizes were enormous (comparative with some takeaways in London) and the food was hot. Very happy with the service. Thank you for a very nice dinner!

Tried to order online via Just Eat, was already being charged £4 delivery for an over £30 order and called to tell us we would need to pay an extra £5 for delivery. Wouldn’t use again.

Where do I start?! We have ordered from Sun Moon for years via Just Eat and usually have to pay an extra £3 for delivery on top of what is charged online due to where we live. We have always paid the additional amount, even if it feels a little bit unfair at times. Food has always taken longer than advertised but in all fairness has been lovely on delivery. Today we ordered at 7.05pm and at 8.10pm the app updates the say the delivery driver could not find us. We call Sun Moon and speak to an incredibly rude lady who basically says they have tried to call us about the £3charge and have not sent our order. We explain we always order from them and will happily pay the charge but she abruptly says that our order is now cancelled and hangs up on us. We call back to query why she’s hung up which she appears to ignore and then tells us they will no longer deliver to us. Talk about looking after loyal customers. Wouldn’t bother ever using again or recommending to others.

If I could give zero I would food was tasteless my 3 year old could of cooked that , chicken was dry and avoid this place at all costs

Where do I start 36 quid in the dog😂 chips like concrete. Rice 3 months old!!! Chicken balls deep fried 6 times. And his attitude is stinking like his food.

Food was late, guy on the phones has an attitude. If you think you'll be hungry in 3 hours ,give them a go.

Food missing from order. And my crispy chicken honey roast style came in sweet and chilli sauce instead. Bbq wings were like soggy KFC hot wings in a tub of bbq sauce. And delivery is £4.25 and we don't live that far away at all. No free popadoms or prawn crackers considering our order was over £30. Bit of a shambles tbh. Won't be buying from here again.

This is our standard go to Chinese food option in Llanelli. We have never been dissappointed by coming here. Standard rangebof expected dishes, service in shop is as quick as it can be, but they always seem to be active delivering also. I would say come in and give it a go.

Ordered food and received a call offering to buy a sauce, I politely declined and they cancelled my order, acted rudely and hung up on me, cheers for that 👍

Can honestly say this was the worst food I've ever had! Tasted DAYS old! Not one or two, runny and rancid, totally disgusting, 35 quid in the bin! Shame on them for severing something like this! Just wrong! Don't even want my money back, just would rather warn people that this place is just foul Actually made us all feel ill just looking at the state of the food delivered, just wrong. Take the reviews as a stark warning as I'm not the only person saying this!

Worst food I have ever had, yes it's hot but it's all gone in the bin. How gross tasted stale and disgusting. Seriously do not recommend at all yuk

Worst place ive ever been to.. didnt even get to order. The lady was EXTREMLY RUDE! And was basically told to leave because it wad closed. But there was still 15mins left of service! No apology from lady on desk!

Overly expensive with £5.50 delivery charge to end up with no 1.5l coke that i ordered for £3.50 and when you call the restaurant its always busy

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Food not arrived 3 hours after we ordered. Called them 1 hour ago and they lied to our face and said the food was ready and going out in 5 mins to be taken to us. We called back 5 mins later to check and they have turned their phones off. I never bother writing reviews but feel like people need to know this place is turning their phone lines off just to avoid speaking to customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Awful 😖 first of agree about the delivery as paid online then had a call to pay 3 more when driver came. I cant even eat it its making me feel sick. I dont even know what batter that is meant to be what a waste never ever again

Food was lovely only issue is was it was all very runny.

Ordered a meal through just eat with the clearly stated delivery cost, got a call 10 minutes after to state that delivery charge was 2 pound more which I accepted. 20 minutes later I had another call to say it was 4 pound extra which I then declined and told them to cancel my order. Lady on the phone was very rude and hung up the phone straight away after this. If you can't deliver for the cost don't put your delivery range that high or increase the initial delivery cost for everyone. Don't order here.

Spring rolls were okay Chips were hard Rice was okay But whatever i ate did not tatse like chicken Curry sauce was like water I don't leave bad reviews it hurts any buisness So i did ring to discuss but was very rude and hung up on me won't be buying again

Fantastic food and reasonably quick service

Seems they've watered down all the sauces we had curry with no peas just chicken (9 pieces) some onion and watery sauce and soya gravy that wouldn't even stay on the chicken balls it was so thin! hardly any beef in the chow mein with very few beansprouts and just a few strips of carrot pre ordered at half 4 for delivery at half 7 they confirmed for 7:35 and then turned up just before 8, was dissatisfied with the quality of the food and service I know in the ongoing pandemic times are hard but I still expect the quality of the food to be worth what I paid.

Ordered food 1st may never again after using this as our regular Chinese i understand at the present time they are very busy but to not receive half our order leaving my partner with no food what so ever the food we did have was stone cold staff didnt really want to know when we asked for my partners food we were told that they have run out of beef didnt offer any alternative what so ever when my partner spoke to them he said he wpuld have anything they had yet they gave no food at all never again will i order and strongly advise anyone who does to check they actually have food first when you order not to turn up to collect and have nothing

Just had ours delivered, it's disgusting. Sate chicken is more like watered down curry sauce. Chicken balls fine as they are frozen but the sweet n sour sauce is vile, inedible. Rice old, dry severe lack of peas Would not recommend and def never buy again. Sun & moon use some quality ingredients, get a new chef or retrain and put your prices up customers expect some quality in their food not that rubbish your serving disgusted.

Ordered through just eat, accepted the order, adjusted the delivery time when late then cancelled with no reason, called and they said they had too many orders, my wife and I are keyworkers and it ruined my evening after a long hard week.

Food good..unfortunately they have decided in these hard times to hike prices up at least twice in the last 3 weeks ?..I wont be going there again...principal rules sorry guys...🙂

Had food from sunmoon the chips was cold beef was bad my wife food came and that was bad and cold My son went down to get his and said the food was bad as well he said he will not go there again me to save your money

Disgusting attitude on the phone. I phoned to order something else and the woman just said my food was on the way and hung up, didn’t even let us speak. Won’t be visiting again.

Excellent service, excellent food

Food was absolutely awful. Totally inedible. Was like eating pure salt. Rang manager who refused to refund the cost of the 1 meal. Actually accused me of lying and said that if i hadnt eaten it, then i wouldnt have known it was salty. As i pointed out, customers pay for a meal that is fully edible, not a meal that a customer can only manage a couple of mouthfuls of, because it is physically making them feel ill. Would never set foot in this restaurant again.

Lovely food, always nice an hot, quick in delivery.. Best one I've tasted in Llanelli.. Don't change your recipes, satay sauce in beef chowmein is gorgeous.. My favourite.. Won't go anywhere else since tasting there food 10 out of 10.

The salt and pepper squid is just bad calmari. Overcooked a thin inedible strand of tough hideousness. Avoid avoid!
