Greggs in Lambeth

Quería expresar mi agradecimiento a la señora que me ha servido esta mañana en Greggs, en el pantano inferior, Waterloo. Sus habilidades de servicio al cliente eran excelentes, ella era muy servicial y yo estaba muy impresionado por su enfoque amable en un Greggs muy ocupado. Gracias, sólo desearía haber tomado su nombre.

Sábado 17 de agosto mi amigo y yo visitamos Greggs Lower Marsh para café y rollos de salchicha, nos dijeron que sería de unos 5 minutos y para tomar asiento nos llamarán. inicialmente el primer contacto fue con Elisa, que poco después vino a nosotros se disculpó que se había cometido un error, y sería de 15 a 20 minutos más, así que aceptamos. para el in - connivence nos ofrecieron una bebida gratis o cualquier otro pastoso. les agradecemos y estaba dispuesto a esperar. Elisa se iba de turno de nuevo vino a disculparse con nosotros. Sí 20 minutos después Cindy vino a nuestra mesa una vez más disculpándose con nosotros, y como un bufón de buena voluntad nos suministró dos rollos de salchicha extra. Esto no solo es un buen servicio al cliente, sino una buena comunicación de trabajo en equipo entre el personal. Normalmente daría una calificación de 4 de 5 estrellas, ya que siempre debe haber margen de mejora, Honestamente no pude ver qué más Elisa & Cindy podrían haber hecho. Tanto Elisa como Cindy son un crédito para Greggs.

Me detengo en la estación del Puente de Londres Greggs de forma regular hacia y desde el trabajo y nunca he visto tanta gente robando en una tienda en toda mi vida! Veo a tanta gente entrando por la puerta izquierda, cargando bebidas, sándwiches y pasteles, luego girando y caminando de vuelta por las mismas puertas en lugar de pasar por el mostrador. Todos, desde escolares hasta personas sin hogar y de aspecto regular. De hecho, vi a alguien entrar allí la semana pasada con una maleta de vuelo, que la cargó tanto como fue posible, luego se volvió y salió. De hecho, se lo compré a los miembros del personal y simplemente se encogieron de hombros, así que si alguna vez estás en la zona, flaco y buscando comer, ya sabes a dónde ir, jajaja. . . . Es increíble presenciarlo.

Really disappointing. I am an advocate of Greggs and actually have a substantial shareholding (currently) Went to Waterloo at lunchtime. All other food outlets were rammed. Greggs empty. Went in - no queue - most popular items missing or cold. 3 customers asked for sausage rolls and were told it would be a 10 minute wait. All of them walked out - one with only a drink. There were none in the heater. The clear down station was dirty and staff did t look to be engaged in anything meaningful. Next door MacDonalds - staff running and shouting to meet demand.

Someone thought my donut was the toilet it went right through the hole but it wwaas still lovely tehe

Greggs are always reliable for coffee and a pastry and this outlet doesn't disappoint. Couple that with warm and friendly staff and you have a winner! A treat to escape from the poseurs and pseuds all around.

I followed the locals on my first morning in London to Greggs down the street from the Ruby Lucy, I tried the Sausage Roll and a cup of White (milk added) English Breakfast Tea. It was delicious, I later tried their pastries and other offerings, it was a good Working Man's way to start my day!

All the usual goodies for breakfast and lunch served by friendly staff. Bacon rolls were amazing and freshly made in front of us.

It's cheap food that does the trick. The vegan sausage rolls are a pound. It's a lot of things stuffed into pastry crusts. It's great if you're on the go and/or on a budget.

Well after a few months thought things would improve coffee was better, sausage rolls much more tastier so was looking good. Any items which have cooled off on display they will not re-heat. Assistance tried to con on a a buy 4 pay for 3., was done in two transactions. Sadly then when sorted sitting outside my friend and myself was later joined by manager, who decided to smoke in our presence did not have curiosity to ask if could smoke. Something you do not want when eating, neither my friend or or myself are smokers. No respect from manager. Also most reviews are replied by supervisor or manager, nothing from Greggs Lower Marsh.

So we were in need of early morning food & opted for Greggs (a short walk from Waterloo Station) Cold drinks,pasties,sausage rolls & a muffin purchased all at a reasonable cost. Friendlish member of staff severed us. Nowhere particularly appealing to sit so found somewhere nearby. All food ok, but don’t think I’d rush back to any Greggs.

A fairly standard branch of Gregg's. Cheap food at very competitive prices. There's the usual choices of pasties, soft drinks, coffee and of course unhealthy snacks. Most importantly, there's the Vegan sausages I love so much. There's a few seats outdoors, but sadly none inside.
