Greggs in Aberdeenshire

Bought a coffee and sausage roll Asked the assistant if she could give my dog a bowl of water … she said only for service dogs and if sitting in Poor show ! Wasn’t even a queue and I had bought food & drinks Not much to ask to give a dog some water really ….

Coffee good sausage rolls fine but near cold service spot on as always. I think the shop should install something to keep sausage rolls steak slices etc hot.

I just went in to get a couple of sausage rolls, I was looking at the doughnuts when the woman behind the till aggressively rushed us, and gave a nasty glare. I didn’t get doughnuts as she gave the vibe of someone you really don’t want to mess with. We won’t be going back there. I hate interactions that make you feel awful for the rest of the day.

8.30am and the place is filthy, not 1 clean table to be seen in the place. It was busy but surly someone should be wiping down the tables. I shouldn't have to clean a table to sit down.

Best place every good chicken bake and all round good service highly recommend.And I go there Monday to Friday for lunch because it’s so good it’s 100% better than subway

Requested steak bake from cabinet at counter that i assumed was a hot cabinet but steakbake was cold. Asked for it to be heat up. Informed they didn't reheat them up once they cooled down from oven. No hot drinks available due to cleaning tea and coffee machines. This was 3-15pm. Staff very surly. Not a good impression of my first visit to Inverurie 😖

I came here with my friend and I got very polite and energetic customer service, definitely recommend coming here

Very disappointing attitude of staff at counter. No seat available, fair enough. Decided to go for takeaway. Picked bottle of water and asked for two buns. Told would need to wait, as shop closing in 25mins, and would have to wait while she set up the counter for the following morning. Toilets a disgrace with paper lying about. Old lady behind agreed toilets so dirty. Greggs usually so welcoming, oh well, I suppose staff tired after a busy day.

went there for a steak bake but the que was outside the door. they really need to pick up the pace of serving

The internet says the Inverurie Greggs opens at 7:00 am but went today at 7:10am and the doors are locked!! You can see the staff standing inside looking at you. This place has really gone down hill in the last 6 months, stroppy staff, no Manager, tables are not cleaned regularly. They also close at 4 pm now.

Very Poor, Absolutely horrible member of staff, no interaction with the customer! What do you want? Throw it at you, take money! No please thank you, do you have app? Get out as soon as you can!!! Come on Greggs, train your staff!!!! Shocking

Food is always cold when purchased. Staff look like they cannot be arsed working and never seem to be bothered at all. One woman was ignoring another staff member while she was asking her questions. The floor was a mess, tables not cleaned. Will never set foot back in here again!!!!

Was in today (Saturday 28th November) with my husband and ordered a bacon roll and bacon baguette. Girl serving was very slow and stroppy. Going to be messaging Greggs about this and going to ask for it to be investigated. Not happy with the girl serving. Wish I had the kind young gentleman that cleaned my table and apologised for the service. He was very kind and apologetic. Next time I am in I hope I get the young man

The food we had was ok. The shop itself and the food eating area was a mess. Rubbish on floors and dirty tables....

It's a Greggs, so you know what you'll get. Pre-packed sandwiches and formulaic pastries and bakeries. That doesn't excuse one person serving on a Saturday lunchtime, and a "restaurant" floor like the somme. Is it beyond anyone to have a little pride in their work? Disgusting

Had coffee and cake here one afternoon. Pleasant staff and surroundings with good coffee and cake. Coffee got spilt and this was mopped up without any fuss and another coffee supplied at no extra cost

Sadly there were not able to supply a HOT sausage roll for some reason. Average quality, ok for the price.

As always with a national chain the quality is the same no matter which shop you go into A good range of hot and cold pastries with plenty of sandwiches and baking on display. The new vegetarian sausage roll seems to be a winner .When we were in there was a steady trade in bacon and sausage rolls with the local trades men picking up their lunch

The normal range of items from Greg's are available to eat inside. Tea and coffee are served in paper cups, which you expect. Tables could if done with a clean. Not a lot of seating area, so I suggest you get a table first if you want to eat inside. If you are in a rush and just need a quick meal, this is ideal.

Stopped for coffee on a rainy day. It has the usual range of products and some seating looking over the square. There's a really warm welcome and staff are friendly to everyone including regular customers they recognise. A fine way to people watch.
