Legendary tastes amazing always my go to food

Only down side was the pack of doughnuts were put on their side. Of which were all stuck to the box.

sandwich is cold n hard and the cheesebites are cold and squished the drinks aren't cold anymore ?

Took almost an hour after saying 30 mins and we got the complete wrong order!!! Driver said only thing to do is take the order and complain to just eat

Hi till service is very slow make me coffee Is ready but don’t serve me she deals another 2/3 customers then after she gave me a coffee is cold we are permanent customers for Greggs if she deals same you are losses customers and no stamp as well thanks

Twice I’ve ordered and not got my latte what is on my order

pizza was lukewarm. delivered 5.15pm 30 mins late

my order didn't even arrive even when it when it says on my order that it has been delivered,this needs reporting. Such a bad service.

I did not get my order. It was never delivered. I assume the driver went to 17 Wilson street as opposed to 17 Norman street which are close. I would like a refund of the amount paid.

Took over an hour to get delivered, driver called to ask for directions to my street even though they supposedly have sat nav and didn’t even apologise for being late and food was freezing cold because of this.

ORDER WAS NOT RECEIVED AFTER BEING TOLD IT WAS BEING SENT.

Ugh you forgot my main item AGAIN

Shockingly bad delivery service. Placed order at 1.45pm and the driver went on a tour of various locations many miles away from my home on the opposite side of town. Finally arrived at 3.10pm.

Arrived on time. Great quality of food.

Forgot two items that I ordered.

A nice lady called to let us know something wasn't available and offered an alternative even though they are busy! They gave us a free little treat to say sorry too, thank you so much ❤️

Delivery service was shocking the food was un eatable

I ordered a cheese and ham Toastie and a 6 slice pizza box - they only delivered my Toastie and no pizzas. I paid nearly £16 for a Toastie. I called up the restaurant to complain - the First Lady was so rude - blamed the just eat driver for “forgetting the box” I said so you’re not taking any accountability- she ended the call. I called up again ( twice to which again she ended the call- then I spoke to the manager I had this all on record - very rude again until the end which she sorted it out ( well you’d think so ) I was told she cancelled the order and I will receive a refund - she said the refund can stake anything from one hour / 5 days. I told her I’m coming to pick my pizza up - she said she will make a fresh set for when I come and we can have the cold pizza too- my son picked up the pizza we’re we was given free cookies/biscuits too. It’s been 10 days and I never got the refund she assured I will get. I then sent in a complaints to just eat - where they have now given me a voucher. My next steps is to send in the recordings to head office. When I say this girl was rude - she acted like a 16 year old having a tantrum because she was pulled for a mistake - instead of taking some sort of responsibility ( like the manager did ) however her way was to just put the phone down on me. Yeah - so great to your paying customers. If you can’t meet the basics of customer service and respect you shouldn’t be working for Greggs or any other company.

Ordered hot drinks with my sandwich not a menu for milk and sugar so they must just give black coffe even tho ordered white coffre

Actually got my order this time

Food wasn’t very hot when we got it, shouldn’t have to microwave food when it arrives.

Was right neqr but took extra 20 mins on original time also but food arrived cold and we very unhappy as paid for hot food ans ordered hot not cold

The delivery driver was not to fault, he was a nice respectable guy. However just eat itself failed to send me my full order and have yet to reimburse me for the missing items from my order it has now been over a week since I’ve had any response and this is not the first time either.

Pasties were hot, wedges weren't very hot though.

The food was lovely as usual. I wish I could have tipped the driver through the app though as I didn’t have any change on me and he was so polite and got soaked in the rain to deliver our order. I am so grateful to the driver.

I ordered 2 breakfast muffins with 2 coffee and 2 sausage rolls only one muffin came and one coffe The sausages wasn't even cut just shoved whole on the muffin

Was nice but all the sausage rolls and pasties were burnt.

Only disappointing issue was the driver. Please advise your drivers not to park on customer's property. Having work done on the drive, really obvious as there's a skip there. Driver parked on a newly laid drive that was still being worked on.

The nicest set of staff ever! They always go the extra mile, nice note on the bag as well. They deserve all the praise in the world!

Drink was spilt in car by delivery driver and ruined food. Still awaiting a refund.
