Missed half the order called to tell them said couldn’t do nothing as ordered had already been delivered

hash browns missing, no answer on phone to enquire about it

Arrived cold, and kept adding time onto the delivery expectancy. Overall… not a good experience, wait time was ridicules

I won’t be ordering from here again bacon was hard and both sausage bap and bacon bap and has browns were cold when delivered it’s the second time it’s happened Greggs on marine quay need telling

Food was freezing and under cooked

I was disappointed the bacon was hard and burnt not blaming the courier it’s the shop and when I rang up they said it was nothing to do with them

Exactly what I ordered and on time, would ordered again.

The delivery was super fast, which is why it's extra strange that the food was so cold. The inside of the steak bakes were colder than room temp, somehow.

I made a order for Costa at 2.20pm the time was changed 5x then it got cancelled a hr and half later and was told to order somewhere else so we did for greggs that time changed 3x and it was finely delivered 1 hr later I'm really not impressed today at all .

I've lost track of how many times we go to try but something in Greggs and end up at mackys down the road. The staff need training on how to keep shelves full. 15 mins wait for food from the ovens, no sandwiches, miserable staff, no cakes etc. This is like this all year round. Training is needed on how to smile.

Driver wasn’t very friendly and didn’t come to the door of where I was.

4 quod for a bacon roll, coffee and pain o chocolate.... its always going to be 5 star reviews, bargain

Understaffed but very helpful food is piping hot don't know why other greggs it's always cold to Luke warm

Food is average, sometimes cold and sometimes hot if you are lucky to time it that way and sometimes not even cooked, just a doughy mess. But the cleanliness is something else. Tables never clean. But the staff, definitely not interested in the job with the odd exception. Quite rude in the process mainly one of the guys. Most of staff seem to talk and laugh amongst themselves and have no interaction with customers when serving, no manners and quite grumpy when I witnessed him talk to a customer and customers One of the worst Greggs to be honest

Didn’t put half of the order even in so now only half of the children’s food arrived.

I ordered, on just eat, a Katsu chicken bake but received a normal chicken bake. They didn’t write on the bag that they had to change it. The food was cold and it took 1hr and 10 mins to arrive.

crossed out our bacon baguettes on the receipt and put "no bacon", then sent us those rank sausages on one baguette and sent us a roll with sausages on. totally changed our order. will never order again

Accepted the order and then didn't send the bacon baguette or the sausage baguette. Received a bag with no receipt on it with just two donuts in it. If you can't complete the order don't accept it. Ridiculous.

I received the wrong order and tried calling to fix the problem. No one answered and I rang 5 times

Made an order on Just Eat and brought it back to them as it was wrong. They were able to give me my order and were extremely apologetic and helpful.

my order was wrong i ordered a chicken bake and a steak bake and got two steak bakes

wrong items delivered, driver got got lost and then realised he'd been here loads of times before. hour late. no milk in the stone cold spilled tea

Just like any others back at home enjoyed the food at Greggs in the marina retail park in the nearby town centre and close to the harbour as well.

Staff at this place are not checking the size the sizes of drinks ordered. Charged for large size drink but received medium cup both times I ordered from here.

driver was fast - Excellent However order was wrong and missing items. Sausage and bacon baguette paid for extra sausage, got sent a freezing cold bacon baguette. 1 drink missing off of the other item. No checks clearly being done and with the baguette being cold aswell as wrong leads me to believe it was a prev mistake. Your reading a ticket! Check off what you bag up before sending off. 😤

Good for quick food. Reasonably priced. Vegan Sausage rolls also available. Can get very busy.

Not happy that one of the main components of my breakfast meal deal was missing. How hard is it to put the breakfast item of a breakfast meal deal in the bag? Missing sausage & bacon roll. Unbelievable! Obviously no fault of Justeat.

Best thing to get breakfast with a hangover however please read the instructions. Got brown sauce instead of red. They resolved the issue straight away so will definitely order again

I've had the same order previously & it was fantastic. This time, the lateness wasn't an issue however wedges & chicken cold!! mozzarella too overcooked & solid! I should have realised when the supposed hot food was in same bag as shortbread & drink. Won't order again.

Standard food on the go, not amazing not awful. Everywhere was messy and needed cleaning up but staff were too busy serving customers so this is understandable to an extent.

This is a great little Greggs. Staff are always pleasant and really try to get everything done fast. It's so busy at peak times so just keep in mind that you might have to queue.

Food never turned up even tho states delivered diabetic daughter did insulin for the food no one answers the phone awful services

We popped in here on a whim it was very busy with just 2 staff who worked quickly and were very pleasant. The food was piping hot and very tasty. Much more choice than our local Greggs on the Wirral.

Rubbish. no butter on my baguette. Arrived Cold had to microwave it. I had to put ketchup on myself even though I chose ketchup? so why am I doing it? Surely you can just put the sauce on in the shop like you would if I was there. Lazy prep, poor quality

Bacon baps are a wonder to behold. My wife had two each time as one just not enough.

Usual greggs bargains very reasonable prices good range of meat slices, cakes and sandwiches. Download the app after a few treats you get a free one.

The food is good but the service is awful, I got my food and the girl who served me was gone to the back even before my payment was cleared and this is not the first time it's happened so time to use a different outlet

What's the point in opening early if half the breakfast menu is not ready? No baguettes, no hash browns, waiting for bacon.. If you can't get ready in time, open later!!!

I am un happy with order I would like my money rein burst because one of the meal deals was missing from order and the shop could ot help.

Ordered food took over 2 hours because a delivery driver decided to pick up our order and not deliver so had a call from Greggs asking if we had received it and we didn’t so had to wait longer for our food

The doughnuts all stuck to paper and put with warm sausage rolls so not very good at all

OK the service at this Greggs has improved immensely. I take my mum here for a coffee & a pastie shes 83 years old and she was likeing the service from the greggs staff especially the man that served us.

Little disappointed as I ordered 3 chicken salad rolls and received 3 baguettes. Always look forward to their rolls being soft, fresh and tasty.

Ordered breakfast at 10.33 and a few other items.. It finally arrived 20 mins later than their estimate.. Total well over 1 hour wait. On opening the bag i found melted donuts on top of hot steak bake and no breakfast items at all.. No breakfast items at all.. So paid delivery for something i didn't even get..

I love greggs and with a busy family all going to work some time today I ordered lunch for everyone to take to work and now unfortunately 2 members of the household have had to go to work without there lunch

It’s was missing most of the order and what did came was cold wasn’t the drivers fault he was a lovely guy greggs tho sort it out also got a free pen in my bag that had marked the food that was confusing

Food was hot and delivered quickly

The food was luke warm, breakfast barms and the hash browns were almost cold, not very happy with the order.

Left at front of block of flats and didn’t ring my buzzer passing neighbours informed me….

The driver knocked on the door, it took me less than a minute to get to my front door. As I got there he was driving off. £32 order and we have not received the food.

Absolutely awful food. Sausages were undercooked and the omlette tasted terrible.

complete incompetent staff. order not right, but instead of saying sorry, tried to makeout food was given to driver. and was waiting for him to say that they will get it delivered. but first thing he said was take it up with just eat. Well done still got your job.

I go In regularly in the evening and sit in there's no hot food then so all I can order hot is T.one staff member has this habit of making me uncomfortable when I'm there telling me I'll have to leave soon even though there's another hour to go latest is that it's Greg's policy...two other staff members are very nice one sounds foreign but is always very pleasant the other young probably 17/18 but always bubbly and a smile..I'm made to feel like I shouldn't be there or a smelly tramp.when all I want is a cuppa and watch YouTube with my own router and money....I've never been disrespectful so I don't understand but hay strangers are strange....would be nice to have some hot to eat in the evening....

2hrs late apparently because he was waiting for someone else's order i wouldn't mind but my order was 4xcold sausage rolls and 4 donuts and i only live 5 mins away

absolutely disgusting yet again I ordered my food at 1.30 it has now arrived at 4.04 absolute joke I've run Greggs at 2:00 and they said there was waiting for a driver I've just been informed by the driver that he's been in Greg since two o'clock and has had my order in his car since two o'clock while he was waiting for another order my food is completely stone cold and has been sat in somebody's car I will be reporting this to food standards in hygiene because my food's not being kept properly
