Greggs in Warwick

Not only did the Ham and Cheese toastie not have any cheese inside. It also didn’t have any bechamel sauce on the outside so it was extremely dry. They also gave me 2 standard yum yums without my dip and still had the audacity to charge me £3.70 when the yum yums I received are half the price. Absolute joke of a store.

The just can’t get the orders right? 🤷🏼‍♂️ Twice on the bounce now I’ve ordered a Sausage & egg baguette 🥖 and ended up with different fillings. Either not listening, or just can’t be bothered..!

Order was delayed several times, driver then appears to go to 2-3 other deliveries before mine. Food was cold by the time i got it

I didn't get my normal hot chocolate and the mint hot chocolate was only half full

Spent £16.50. The delivery time kept increasing and when it did arrive it was all cold . I rang the restaurant and he assured it was being cooked fresh . Food is barely warm.

The 4 chocolate shortcakes were substituted with 6 mini shortbread the size of 1.5 normal shortcakes. The dip with the cookies was bbq instead of chocolate. The sausage rolls were cold. Disappointing. Maybe they were in a Christmas party last night.

the ice tea was realy bad just felt like watter down expresso not any taste of pumpkin spice

90% of the time there is always missing food from here. Today nearly a full meal for one, yet just eat won’t refund for missing items. Also staff have become lazy regarding the hot sweet food, nothing like the photos just two whole hot yum yums heated up. Won’t be using again.

They always forget something. In fact, you can rely on the fact that something from your order will be missing. So frustrating

I ordered a tuna crunch baguette. So instead of calling me letting me know they didn’t have any. They thought it was a smart idea to give me 2 tuna rolls. Which where in fact loaded with butter like a fat person who doesn’t care about a diet. Now this order was supposed to make my girlfriend where in fact now it didn’t help and I got 2 rolls which we aren’t going to eat. Thanks to this, this shows that the service they provide is indeed appalling. So next time when there isn’t something CALL ME.

Love there food always fresh very friendly staff that go out there way to help

Ordered at 1:59pm and given a 2:20pm delivery time. Didn’t receive delivery until 2:50pm which ended up being too late as have to leave for school run. Part of the delivery was also cold!

wrong order no one can help would like a refund not happy

Incorrect order delivered. Instead of a flat white I received a hot chocolate and the all day breakfast baguette arrived without ketchup or cheese.

2 items missing from order. 2 mature cheddar ploughman's baguettes not received. please reimburse / refund when can please. thank you

Everything good other than a part of our order never came with the food. Ordered the pizza bundle and ordered cookies with it but never received. Very upset kids.

I had a phone call of Greggs saying the food was fresh cooked but the driver was sat outside with my food just drinking a drink food came and was stone cold absolutely terrible service all food had to go in the bin !!! Waste of money and poor service

The driver didn't deliver the order, absolute joke of a driver and joke of a company, Justeat is awful with handling situations like this, refused a refund which is utterly pathetic and I won't be using this service again.

Sausage’s missing from one baguette

not really sure how the shop has been open only an hr and all of my food is cold not warm cold. really disappointed as was pre ordered aswell.

I am awfully disappointed and upset with the Cross contamination as I'm vegetarian and do have allergy the vegetarian and sausage roll and the pepperoni pizza was placed all on one tray doesn't matter what the reason was which was due to coming to end of closing time that is still no excuse for this reason I will not be eating at any greggs store at all

Food was wrong and the pizza box we ordered looked like 2 of the pieces had been chewed up by someone honestly one of the worst things we have received from here and usually we have no issues

Food bag was ripped open. items missing. The guys even asked us to check if things was missing then said there’s nothing he could do!

Sent me the wrong baguette. I ordered a Christmas Lunch baguette and got a Southern fried chicken baguette.

I ordered 2 sausage and omelette baguette’s with brown sauce and 1 with bacon & omelette no sauce. What I got was 3 sausage and omelette’s all with brown sauce and 2 extra sausages. I hate brown sauce.

Food is incorrect i ordered a southern fried chicken baguette and received a cheese and ham toastie and a honey mustard cheese one.
