Terrible! Serving satff were unwelcoming, grumpy & didn't smile. It was a real impostion serve me & to heat up the breakfast roll which had no flavour taste when I ate it. The staff member rolled their eyes & nodded at me. Product awful, staff terrible. Not worth stopping of queuing for. Should've tried another vendor/concession.

Called in here for a quick snack, served by a young man called Bradley, who was extremely helpful friendly. He was continuously busy wiping all the surfaces clean, I can’t fault this young man for being a great ambassador for your company.

The rudest customer service I could wish for. After a long journey from Scotland and a half way stop, the staff were so rude and was rushing me to decide what to buy. They didn’t have everything I asked for so I had to order second best for our dinner that we didn’t even want- the vegetarian option I hasten to add

Paid for two steak bakes then told we haven’t any ahhhh was looking forward to them all the way down the motorway !!
