Greggs in Broxtowe

The rudest customer service I could wish for. After a long journey from Scotland and a half way stop, the staff were so rude and was rushing me to decide what to buy. They didn’t have everything I asked for so I had to order second best for our dinner that we didn’t even want- the vegetarian option I hasten to add

Paid for two steak bakes then told we haven’t any ahhhh was looking forward to them all the way down the motorway !!

Kirsty at greggs in petrol shop needs to learn customer skills.. face like thunder.. not very pleasant.. maybe work an afternoon shift if mornings don't suite her

I was served by a new trainee and I must say she had the most positive attitude for 6 am shout out to the blonde trainee working at. M1 Southbound Trowell NG9 3PL England

Disaster !! Never had a Greggs breakfast before, approached the counter, no greeting from staff, and asked what was on offer, she told me it was on the screen, I pointed out that the screen where blank, 'oh' she said, 'not switched them on yet' ?? She then replied 'bacon, sausgae or omelette'.Zero customer interaction. I ordered. '£8.05' was her answer, no please no thank you, clearly no manners. Food and drink arrived, dirty big long hair in my coffee, threw it n the bin and left. MASSIVE DISSAPPOINTMENT.
