The rudest customer service I could wish for. After a long journey from Scotland and a half way stop, the staff were so rude and was rushing me to decide what to buy. They didn’t have everything I asked for so I had to order second best for our dinner that we didn’t even want- the vegetarian option I hasten to add

Disaster !! Never had a Greggs breakfast before, approached the counter, no greeting from staff, and asked what was on offer, she told me it was on the screen, I pointed out that the screen where blank, 'oh' she said, 'not switched them on yet' ?? She then replied 'bacon, sausgae or omelette'.Zero customer interaction. I ordered. '£8.05' was her answer, no please no thank you, clearly no manners. Food and drink arrived, dirty big long hair in my coffee, threw it n the bin and left. MASSIVE DISSAPPOINTMENT.

Absolutely disgusting CRISPY chicken balls were soggy slimey and RAW. The shredded chicken was also soggy and undercooked. Chips and prawn crackers were stale and the chow mein was slimed and looked like worms absolutely vile.

Went to do some work in the cafe, hadn’t ordered yet but was approached not 2 minutes later by a lady(polite as she was) and told to leave if I was not able to buy anything. Apparently this was for “policy reasons”, none which that could be specified. I told her that this was strange but I would leave if needed, however I noticed a worker, who I assumed to be a supervisor in the background watching. Must say that if this is the case, maybe grow a pair and tell me yourself instead of sending some poor girl to kick me out. Rather embarrassing ordeal if I must say so. I’m ok with policy but the manner of which was not appropriate.
