Greggs are usually very good, nice and hot and tasty, well I felt rather let down by this I ordered a sausage, bean and cheese slice, it was just awful, stone cold and tasted horrendous. I was so disappointed not at all up to usual standard, get a grip Greggs, staff seemed that they couldn’t be bothered. Maybe a bit more training and some customer service advice.

Wasnt allowed in the conservatory as they didnt want to clean the two empty tables. Food came out different to the menu, drinks came out warm had to ask for ice. Drinks seriously overpriced compared to food. Not a great over priced experience.
