Came here for a quick snack before a night out. Great service and good food, but if would have been helpful if they had left the chairs available when I arrived after 7pm instead me having to go back out into the street to find somewhere to sit down and eat in the cold. That cost them two stars from me.

This Greggs in Reading I always grab something coming out of the railway station before I got into the shopping mall - but mostly one of the staff Raphael he is so bubbly and helpful makes the place feel great to come too. Another lady who was working with him whom I can’t remember her name she was lovely she made sure I got a hot fresh pizza. Definitely check this Greggs out ……

4 Butter MarketStaff acted annoyed because I came in 3 mins before closing time to grab an espresso. Something which takes less than 30 seconds. Incredibly rude like she was doing me a favour by making it. So I said nah forget it and left. Either serve me, or don't, you haven't closed yet, so you should serve me, and if you don't want to then at least have the gaull to say I don't want to serve you because I want to close early, don't serve me and act like you're doing me a favour and I've pissed you off. Anyway, no stress, I won't be back. Not my fault the clock on your till is 5 mins fast and says it's 6:02 when actually I'm writing this now and it's 6:02 so how could it have been 6:02 when I was in there 5 minutes ago. Ludicrous. This was April 1st 2025 at 5:57pm

88 Queens RoadNipped in for Sunday lunch, going for the pie & pint deal. Excellent home made proper food, excellent pint of TEA. Excellent service. Five star. ps: excellently kept real ale
